Volu 3- BOOK OF DEATH

------

In a dark space that was lit up by the light of trillions of stars that were much more brighter and powerful than the sun of New Earth, and were also trillions of light years away, two individuals sat with a wooden table in between them.

One sat on a normal looking wooden chair that looked like it had been made by the hands of an extrely talented Mortal or to be more precise, by the hands of an extrely talented Tier 0.

Apart from the fact that the wooden chair had been finely made, it had no other aesthetic to it... It just looked like a normal wooden chair with armrests.

anwhile, the other individual sat on what looked like a throne that was made out of light and darkness.

This throne was one that most would not be able to comprehend or even look at without running mad.

If Corey were here, he would instantly recognize the individual that was sitting on the wooden chair.

The Paragon Ancestor... The Defying Paragon.

Corey would be stunned by the appearance of the Paragon Ancestor because he could see him wearing dark grey pyjamas with a pair of headphones on his neck.

His long and black hair seed to stretch into infinity but at the sa ti, its length and appearance was like that of a mortal.

In the Paragon Ancestor hand was a bowl of what seed to look like grapes.

The Paragon Ancestor took one of the 'grapes' and ate. As he chewed the 'grape', his unblinking gaze was always on the individual in front of him.

The Supre Ancestor... The All-Father... The Conqueror.

The Supre Ancestor's appearance was like that of an old man with a thick long white beard, and a straw hat on his head.

On his body was a black robe that was embroidered with white lines across it.

The Supre Ancestor's eyes were closed as he rested the side of his head on his fist.

"Tch?"

The Paragon Ancestor clicked his tongue in irritation, and the sound drifted into the ears of the Supre Ancestor.

The Supre Ancestor opened his eyes, and a pair of black and white eyes was revealed to reality.

The Supre Ancestor's black and white eyes glanced at the table that was in between him and the Paragon Ancestor, and then his gaze shifted to the Paragon Ancestor.

"It seems like you won."

The Paragon Ancestor scoffed, "As usual... But you dare utter such words after manipulating with the fate of Divine?"

A slight smile appeared on the Supre Ancestor's lips, however, his gaze was frighteningly cold and emotionless.

None except the Paragon Ancestor could notice, but there was anger hidden in the depths of the Supre Ancestor's gaze, and this anger pleased the Paragon Ancestor.

"Divine's brother was never ant to be in the sa vicinity as Corey. You made sure that they were, and also made sure that they would beco enemies. Just to accomplish what exactly?"

"... Corey's death? Or to obtain another avatar? Or you plan on growing him just so that you can consu him?... Your goals and thods are always sickening."

The Paragon Ancestor threw a 'grape' into his mouth while looking at the Supre Ancestor with disgust.

The slight smile on the Supre Ancestor's face did not change, "Even after countless eons, you're still the sa... There's no difference between the current you and the Mortal you."

The corner of the Paragon Ancestor's lips curled up slightly, "There's a difference... I'm stronger than you."

A tense silence engulfed the surroundings for an unknown amount of ti, and then it was broken by the sound of the Paragon Ancestor chewing on his 'grapes'.

"You restricted him from teleporting, and also from using his void powers. Did you really think that doing that would have led to his death?... He doesn't have my blood for no reason."

The Supre Ancestor stared at the Paragon Ancestor with the sa smile and his head still resting on his fist. However, so monts later, his smile slowly faded.

"You of all people should know how dangerous his existence is to all of reality. Why do you still want to continue on this path of madness?... What is your goal?"

The Paragon Ancestor threw another 'grape' into his mouth, and then his lips curled up into a devilish smile.

"It's his fate to beco a terrifying existence."

"Funny how you've been talking about fate when you're the one that nearly shattered fate itself."

The Paragon Ancestor's smile widened slightly, "Fate was never ant to be in the hands of one of your damn spawns... My wife being the Mother of Fate has been proven to be much more beneficial to reality as a whole."

The left black eye of the Supre Ancestor twitched when he heard the Paragon Ancestor's words. His mind recalled one of the worst defeats he ever experienced in the hands of the Paragon Ancestor, and his face could not help but scrunch up.

So monts later, his expression eased up, and an indifferent expression appeared on his face.

"He has your bloodline. He has the heart of one of the Ancients in him, the Letherions... And he has my blood."

The Supre Ancestor paused with an expression that was unreadable even for the Paragon Ancestor, and after so monts, he spoke.

"If he's able to successfully fuse with the blood of the ancient Letherion race, and... my blood... You know that they wouldn't just standby and watch him evolve into a new race with the potential to surpass both of us and... they especially..."

"Do you really believe that you can handle all of that... Defying Paragon?"

The Supre Ancestor stared at the Paragon Ancestor as he spoke, and the Paragon Ancestor stared right back at him without blinking or saying anything in response for an unknown amount of ti, and then he smiled.

"Isn't that why I'm called The Defying Paragon? Isn't my entire existence defying every single law of reality?"

The Supre Ancestor did not respond and rely looked at the Paragon Ancestor.

The Paragon Ancestor scoffed, and then he glanced at the table.

On the table was what looked like chess pieces, but were not chess pieces at the sa ti.

Any being that had the opportunity to see the chess pieces and the table itself would be shocked because these 'chess pieces' were placed on a map.

And this map was a map of reality.

No mortal, immortal, or god could look at the map and understand the depths of the map without running mad or dying.

"Besides, do you plan on allowing him to absorb your blood?"

The Supre Ancestor raised a brow at the Paragon Ancestor's question, and then he glanced at a particular chess piece.

The appearance of the chess piece resembled that of a masked humanoid with six wings, and then his gaze shifted to a chess piece that was to the left of the winged chess piece.

This chess piece resembled a frozen humanoid with a fla in its left chest.

"Who knows."

The Supre Ancestor replied after so seconds with a light smile, and the Paragon Ancestor threw a 'grape' in his mouth with a cold light in his eyes.
