'The Naless One?... What a strange title.'
Corey was slightly intrigued by Prince Zakar'el's words, and his interest in the book which had been close to non-existent was rekindled back to life.
"I'm interested in the book, I'll take it."
Corey's Tri-Pupil Eyes flashed once again, and a swirling portal appeared on the seat of throne.
The book instantly fell into the portal.
Prince Zakar'el mumbled with a curious and surprised tone, "Interesting."
He shifted his gaze from the empty throne to Corey. His gaze landed on Corey's Tri-Pupil Eyes.
"Those eyes... They resemble the eyes of a particularly annoying race."
Corey raised a brow in curiosity but he said nothing in response.
"The more I gaze upon the surface level of your bloodline, the more amazed I am... What a unique bloodline you have."
Corey just kept on looking without a change in his expression and without saying anything.
He shifted his gaze to Rhea who was still sleeping soundly.
"Oh. How foolish of . I almost forgot about your Spirit Devouring Bird."
Corey looked at Prince Zakar'el.
"Bring her to ."
Corey furrowed his brows slightly in thought for a mont, and then he approached Prince Zakar'el.
Although he was still wary of the Prince, if Rhea could beco stronger with the help of the Prince, then it would be benefit him more in the short and long run.
With a calm expression, he walked toward Prince Zakar'el with Rhea in his arms.
"I guess you do have so trust in ... Even if it's little."
Prince Zakar'el said as he gazed at Corey who stood before him with a calm but fully focused gaze.
Prince Zakar'el snickered, and Corey narrowed his eyes slightly.
Without bothering about Corey's reaction, the Prince pointed a finger at Rhea, and a fingernail sized cube made out of runes was ford at the tip of his index finger in the blink of an eye.
Corey stared at the cube with an unblinking gaze and a burning curiosity.
The mont he saw the cubes, he could feel just how extrely complicated the runes on the cubes were.
They were so complicated to the point that even just a fraction of one corner of the cube overwheld his mind.
His ntal energy was being depleted so fast to the point that it felt like a black hole had appeared in his mind.
The lights of his Stars of Consciousness were flickering in and out, almost like they were about to go off, but Corey still stared at the cube without blinking.
His Tri-Pupil eyes bled profusely.
And only two seconds had gone by.
Just as Corey was about to reach a state of no return, a state that would either kill him or turn him into a vegetable at worst, the cube of runes vanished from his sight.
Corey remained in the sa position for exactly three seconds before he blinked.
The mont he blinked, he inhaled deeply like a dying whale without oxygen, and he staggered backwards with a dazed expression.
Just as he was about to fall, Prince Zakar'el held him by the shoulders and sat him on the throne with Rhea in Corey's arms.
Corey exhaled and inhaled deeply with blood streaming down every part of his eyes in full force.
"For sobody with your talents, you sure are bold, reckless, and foolish. Why would you try to analyze high level esoteric runes at your level?...
"... In fact, why would you look at it, you should have looked away the mont you noticed it."
"I wouldn't be surprised if you go bli...nd?"
"What?"
Prince Zakar'el exclaid when he saw Corey's eyes regenerating on its own.
The regeneration of Corey's eyes was not what shook him.
No.
It was the fact that Corey's eyes naturally dispelled his aura that had tainted Corey's eyes due to him looking at his esoteric runes.
And... The fact that he could sense the aura of Eternity in Corey's eyes.
"Son of a... Eternity?... Your eyes are Eternal?... What in the nine heavens and deepest parts of hell is your bloodline?... How can it make a Mortal like you have the aura of Eternity?"
'The aura of Eternity?... I thought the Tri-Pupil Eyes were Immortal like how I believe that Tier 7s and above are Immortal.'
'Was I wrong?'
'My eyes are not Immortal but... Eternal?'
'Strangely... Eternal feels more... right compared to Immortal.'
'Then what is Eternity?... And what is the difference between Eternity and Immortality?'
'What...'
Nurous thoughts and questions appeared in Corey's mind as he heard the words of Prince Zakar'el.
He picked up on a familiar word in one of Prince Zakar'el's sentence, and his ears twitched.
"Eternity... Then what about Infinity?... Is that why?... Is that the answer to..."
No matter how hard Corey tried to listen to the Prince's words, his mind could not process certain words mainly because the Prince said these words in a completely unknown and foreign language.
Whenever he heard the Prince speak in this language, a chill usually crept up his spine because of the power and authority he could sense from the language.
It was far far far greater than any language he knew of... Even the Language of Mysticism.
Corey was extrely curious about the words spoken by Prince Zakar'el, especially the word- Infinity.
It was after hearing the word, Infinity, from the Prince that he realized sothing that was surprising to him.
From the mont he appeared before the last Letherion Prince, the Prince had constantly shocked him and surprised him by exposing several secrets of his.
But he had never said anything about the three Infinity Crystals in him.
Corey did not think too much about it because he felt that the Prince did not care about the Infinity Crystals since he had probably seen many of them during his ti period.
But now, a second thought appeared in his mind.
'What if he doesn't know about the Infinity Crystals because they didn't exist in his ti period or... when he was alive.'
'What if the Infinity Crystals are new objects?'
'What if the reason why he could not sense the Infinity Crystals in is because my Paragon Bloodline prevented him from sensing it?'
