"Because it'll be no fun learning everything from you all at once..."

Prince Zakar'el was stunned when he heard Corey's words because he never expected such an answer from Corey.

How many people would say they don't want to acquire more knowledge easily just because it would not be fun.

None... Except for mad n like Corey.

Although the Prince had this thoughts, he chose not to dwell on it at all. Instead, he chose to focus on what he wanted.

He looked at his heart.

"So, are you going to fuse with my heart?"

The throne room remained silent, and Prince Zakar'el looked at Corey.

He saw Corey having deeply furrowed brows as he stared at his beating heart with a contemplative expression.

The Prince calmly waited without saying a word, and after a minute, Corey spoke.

"I'll think about it."

"What?"

Prince Zakar'el was stunned, and Corey looked at him with an indifferent expression.

"I said I'll think about it."

"You'll think about it? How does that even make sense?" Prince Zakar'el felt like he was on the verge of losing his mind.

There were only two answers he expected Corey to give... Yes or No.

But Corey's answer was sothing he never expected.

Hadn't Corey been thinking about it even before he asked him if he was going to fuse with his heart?

Prince Zakar'el could see the imnse and vast calculations that had been going on in Corey's eyes from the mont he saw him.

And he was certain that Corey had been thinking of whether he should fuse with his heart or not.

Although Prince Zakar'el had these thoughts and was extrely baffled by Corey's actions, Corey himself was extrely calm.

Although Prince Zakar'el had not shown any ill intent towards him and did not seem to have any desire for his talents and body especially, Corey could still not trust him.

Prince Zakar'el was extrely old, far far far older than him to the point that Corey could not fathom his age.

If he took his words as the truth, Prince Zakar'el had no idea of the Supre Ancestor or the Paragon Ancestor, and if that was true, then it could have several anings.

The first one being that the Letherions was a race that was older than the Paragons, a truth that would be shocking.

Another aning could be that the Letherions were most likely from another realm or dinsion entirely... A realm or dinsion that had no relations to one another.

Another aning could be that maybe, just maybe, the Paragons were far above the Letherions in all of reality.

There were several other anings that could be thought of if Prince Zakar'el's words were the truth, but Corey did not bother himself about the truth at all.

He could not trust Prince Zakar'el despite him emitting no I'll intentions.

For all he knew, Prince Zakar'el could be deceiving him and he could even have ulterior motives towards him.

So, to be the safe side, Corey planned on taking the last Letherion Prince's heart out of this strange coffin, and then he planned on asking Nina about the Letherions and Prince Zakar'el's heart.

As for Nina, he noticed that she had been oddly unresponsive from the mont he entered the coffin.

He had tried speaking to her and asking her so questions, but she gave no reply.

Corey had no idea why and he could only hope that she was okay and Prince Zakar'el had not done anything to her.

Compared to Prince Zakar'el who he just got to know, he would rather trust the Paragon Ancestor who he had known for so ti now.

Although he knew that deep in himself, he trusted not even the Paragon Ancestor a hundred percent, he still trusted him more than the last Prince of the Letherions.

"You said you'll think about it? But do you know that you don't have so much ti to waste? My heart has been exposed, and a strange power and authority is trying to obtain my heart."

"Ti runs slower here compared to the outside world, but you still don't have so much ti to waste."

Prince Zakar'el tried to talk so sense into Corey and make him see why he had to hurry and make a decision now, instead of wasting ti thinking about it.

However, Corey shrugged nonchalantly.

"Just like you said, I don't have so much ti to waste here. I have a lot of questions to ask you, like why you're on my howorld, what that monster that's carrying your coffin outside is, what your actual goal is, and why you want to have your heart."

"I have other questions to ask-"

"I have no idea what world I'm in, but it's either fate or just pure coincidence that I'm on your world."

"That monster carrying my coffin is my personal and eternal guardian. Once you fuse with my heart, you'll know about their race."

"My actual goal is to protect and free my race. They're sealed in a realm called Oblivion. As long as they are there, none can ever rember them."

"And why I want you to have my heart is for several reasons. Apart from the fact that you shockingly have two of my creations- Full Counter and Obscura Force, you have a Spirit Devouring Bird with you, you have an extrely powerful bloodline that's on par or maybe even higher than my bloodline, an extrely unique and powerful physique, a Cosmic Soul, and a unique mind... The main reason I want you to have my heart is because I don't have much ti anymore."

"What you're talking to is actually from the past..."

Corey's eyes widened.

"... I made Ti forget about and ca to the future where only my heart remained. This is an echo of my past talking to you in the future."

"It would be confusing to you now, but as you advance on the path of power, you'll get to know more about all of this."

Corey's eyes flashed with a strange glint, and Prince Zakar'el remained silent for so ti before speaking again.

"So, have you co to a decision?"

Corey nodded his head and shrugged one more ti,

"Like I said, I'll think about it."
