The Child of Ice and Fire
Divine's class was an extrely unique and top-tier class that would be ranked higher than even Corey's Poison Warlock Class.
It was a class that granted Divine an affinity for fire and ice elental energies comparable to that of the Supres.
Even fire phoenixes, ice phoenixes, dragons, and several other beings with extrely high fire and ice affinities could not be compared to Divine's affinity for the two elents.
Only a Supre could dare to use fire and ice in front of Divine.
To express just how absurd Divine's class was, even if a Tier 7, a Tier 8, or a Tier 9 used a fire or ice attack on Divine, the chances of him dying to the flas or ice was minimal.
Because he was still a Tier 3, the only reason why he would even receive damage from the fire or ice attack of an Immortal was because of the vast difference between his mana and theirs.
No mystic being could damage Divine with a fire or ice attack. In fact, he could even take control of the flas and ice of a Mystic Being and even so Tier 7s as a Tier 3.
Due to Divine's trust in her and his love for her, lissa knew this, and she knew that killing or capturing Divine was going to be an imnse problem because of his talents and class.
Apart from Divine, she knew that killing just a single mber of the Breakers was not going to be easy because of how extrely talented they were.
So, she ca up with the idea to use an absurdly expensive anti-mana array.
This array not only erased the mana in the surroundings which prevented anybody that did not possess the talisman that protected them from this effect, it also erased the elental energies in the area of the array.
lissa did all of this to prevent Divine especially from being able to utilize his fire and ice elental energies, and she also made sure to not include anybody that used any of the two elents in the ambush of the Breakers.
However, despite doing all of this, what she never accounted for was Divine being able to use a completely different and more powerful type of energy.
Elental Essence
Elental essence was a variant of elental energy that was more powerful than normal elental energy which utilized mana to operate.
Only those who have either reached Tier 7 and above, or those with a high enough talent, or those who were lucky could utilize elental essence.
Even with Divine's talent, using elental essence as a Mortal was dangerous for him, especially using the elental essence of two opposing elents.
His external and internal was both freezing and burning his body at the sa ti, and although he was reducing the damage to his body to the minimum with his talents, using elental essence for so long could eventually cause severe consequences to his body.
lissa knew this, Divine knew this, and even Corey knew this as he observed Divine through his Eyes of Omniscience.
The sight of Divine being covered in pure white prismatic flas, his hair also having the sa color, and the veins all over his body up to his eyes having an icy blue and fiery red color up to his eyes, made Divine to seem well... Divine.
'Ten minutes. If I go above ten minutes, my mana pathways would suffer greatly and I'll need extrely rare and powerful herbs to heal myself. I can't allow that.'
'In ten minutes, I'll kill all of them and protect Smile Reaper.'
A determined light flashed in Divine's eyes, and then he looked around.
'There are a total of fifteen Tier 5s and fifteen Tier 4s. Each of them are equipped with powerful weapons and armors.'
Divine gritted his teeth in anger when he saw this, and he could not help but curse lissa inwardly.
'lissa. She planned very well for this.'
lissa chuckled softly with a smile when she felt Divine's killing intent, and with an indifferent tone, she pointed at Divine.
"Fire."
In the blink of a mortal human's eye, hundreds of bullets rained down on Divine. The sound of so many gunshots fired by Blue Grade guns was like that of a nuke, and Corey closed his eyes due to the shockwave that was produced by the gunshots and bullets.
A dense amount of dust appeared in Divine's previous position, and as the dust slowly receded, they saw an outline of Divine swiping his hands horizontally.
The dust flickered, and the eyes of those who could react faster widened, and without hesitation, they jumped.
For those that were slower, all they felt was a burning sensation on their waists and to their disbelief and shock, they felt themselves falling.
For those who lasted long enough to observe their bodies, they saw that their torso had been separated from their legs, and a burning white fla was slowly engulfing their entire bodies.
"Dodge that whip no matter what and get close to him."
lissa shouted as she stared at Divine who was calmly controlling a pure white whip that was made out of sharp ice but was covered in white flas with nothing but his fingers.
lissa who had just shouted had no choice but to dodge because Divine controlled the whip to attack her and the others who were surrounding Corey.
BANG!
"Damn it."
lissa cursed when she saw that seven Tier 4s and one Tier 5 had died from a single swing of Divine's whip.
She saw Divine walking towards Corey as he swung his whip and kept all of them from reaching him, and light of realization flashed in her eyes.
"Target Smile Reaper! Capture him and slow down Divine!"
Divine's eyes flashed coldly when he heard this and saw nine Tier 5s approaching him to prevent him from stopping the remaining mbers of the Black Mandate who were approaching Corey.
"No you don't."
Divine raised his hands, and a large cube of ice engulfed Corey. He then pointed his hand at the sky, and a small ball of white fire appeared above his finger.
The small ball of white fire flew into the sky, and then a rain of white fire balls fell from the sky and curses and screams of pain echoed in the surroundings from the mbers of the Black Mandate.
