579 578: Breakthrough

After arriving in the Mirstone Suite, Corey, Divine, and lissa were brought to a hidden basent, not the Prince's room.

They t the Prince along with twenty-five other people. These twenty-five people were a mixture of Tainteds, Chosens, Outsiders, and Underworld prisoners. Corey, Divine, and lissa were taken aback by the sight of so many people in a basent that was larger than it seed.

Sitting on the only chair in front of these people was the Prince whose eyes were closed, and on his right and left were two huge looking n that looked like bodyguards. These two bodyguards were Tainteds, and Corey could see the light of reverence in the eyes of the bodyguards.

Corey instantly knew that these n were also brainwashed like Brandon, just like so of the people amongst the twenty-five people.

The Prince said no words when they arrived, and the guide who brought them to the hidden basent told them to wait till further instructions, and so they did.

After waiting for about ten minutes, two more people arrived. Divine decided to interact with so of the people around them, and unsurprisingly, he was able to seamlessly include himself in the conversation of people, and before most knew it, a small crowd of about eight people was surrounding Divine, talking about the best, most common, and most important topic n can have.

Booze, money, power, and most importantly, won.

Corey was certain that the conversation before Divine's arrival was not any of these and was about the battle against the Throne. They had been talking about their fears, anxiety, thoughts, the rewards, the sheer number of those participating in the battle, and the possible prowess of the Throne.

None of them spoke about booze, money, power, and won before Divine joined in the conversation. However, the tense atmosphere that filled the room dissipated little by little as the n and won who joined the discussion on these four topics were no longer as anxious and fearful as they were.

Twenty minutes went by, and three more people arrived, increasing the number of people in the basent to a whole thirty.

A minute passed, and then, Prince Zeran stood from his seat. The already loud basent beca silent instantly, and everybody, including Divine, looked at Prince Zeran.

"It's ti."

Prince Zeran said, and everybody was instantly confused.

"Ti?"

A man from the crowd asked, but the Prince remained silent. He kept on looking at the space in between him and the group of thirty. Everybody was confused and curious, including Corey, Divine, and lissa.

Another minute passed, and then Corey heard it before he felt it… a subtle crack in space.

Corey's expression changed slightly, and his eyes shifted to the right of where Prince Zeran was looking. A few seconds later, a light with a color that could not be described flashed where Corey was looking, and his gaze sharpened when he saw an extrely tiny crack in the air that could be missed and ignored even by mystic beings.

"Hmm?" Prince Zeran turned to his right in surprise when he saw the light and the crack in the air.

'My calculations were wrong?' Prince Zeran frowned slightly, but a second later, his expression eased up as he decided to put the matter to the back of his mind.

The space crack increased, and approximately four seconds later, it was the size of the two huge bodyguards combined. At the center of the space crack was a black chaotic moving liquid, and the edges of the space crack emitted a grayish-silver color.

The gazes of each of the thirty individuals in the basent were filled with surprise, curiosity, and awe. Even Corey observed the space crack with an intrigued expression, he disregarded everything and activated his pure white eyes to observe, record, and study the space crack.

Without saying a word, Prince Zeran entered the space crack, and everybody was instantly confused. They looked at one another, wondering if there were no instructions and if they could just enter. But as this was going on, the two bodyguards of Prince Zeran stood on both sides of the space crack with their arms folded.

"Be orderly, make a line, and enter." The bodyguard by the left said with a deep and nonchalant tone, and everybody looked at one another for a few seconds before looking at the glowing and dark space crack.

Uncertainty and wariness erged in the hearts of most people, and for a mont, whispers and murmurs filled the basent as most questioned if it was safe for them to enter this unknown space crack that most of them did not know of.

This continued for thirty seconds, and the expressions of the bodyguards were beginning to portray the annoyance they were beginning to feel at the crowd of thirty.

Just as the bodyguards were about to take action and start throwing people inside the space crack, Divine stepped forward and stood in front of the space crack with a tinge of intrigue in his eyes.

"I didn't know that y'all are just a bunch of pussies. It's just a bloody space crack." Divine scoffed, and without waiting for the response of the crowd, he walked into the space crack.

lissa was behind Divine, and she shook her head with a light smile after hearing Divine's words. She glanced at the bodyguards and gave them a light smile which made the n slightly uncomfortable.

Without saying anything or doing anything else, she entered the space crack.

Corey was next, however, his expression was indifferent and stoic, but his pure white eyes glinted brightly with countless calculations and thoughts running through his mind.

Without a change in his expression, he took a step into the space crack. Before his body fully entered the space crack, his eyes brightened and then it changed.

His Eyes of Omniscience transford into his Tri-Pupil Eyes, however, this ti around, there was a difference.

Usually, his Tri-Pupil Eyes only had a single golden triangular pupil, however, a second golden triangular pupil appeared in his Tri-Pupil Eyes, and Corey knew that he had attained a massive breakthrough in his Tri-Pupil Eyes.

'Well, that was surprising.' Corey thought with a light smile, and then he vanished.
