"Just as perverted as always you sick bastard, Azhrun."
The mont Ryan's voice drifted into the ears of each individual on the shell of the crab-like Goliathspawn, they all turned towards the approaching Ryan and Corey.
Each had varying expressions the mont their gazes landed on both Corey and Ryan.
Azhur had a frown of annoyance on his handso face as he gazed at Ryan.
Kaelan had a baffled expression, but then it turned to one of realization and surprise as he gazed at Ryan. However, his gaze then landed on Corey, and his expression was once again one of bafflent.
The twins, Mira and Lyra, had neutral expressions as they gazed at the approaching duo with calm, indifferent eyes. However, their eyes flickered with thoughtful expressions when their gaze landed on Corey.
As for lissa and Old Man Poison, their eyes were filled with imnse surprise at the sight of Corey. For a mont, they almost spoke out loud, but when they saw Corey subtly shake his head, they understood, and then they kept quiet.
However, surprise and relief could be seen in the gazes of both Od Man Poison and lissa as they watched Corey and Ryan approach the crab-like Goliathspawn.
So seconds later, Corey and Ryan stood on top of the Goliathspawn, and all gazes instantly landed on them.
"Ryan Houtz. What are you doing here?"
Kaelan's excited voice resounded, and Corey and Ryan turned towards him.
"Why can't I be here? Is this place only ant for you?" Ryan raised his brows as he replied, and Kaelan scratched the side of his face with a slightly embarrassed expression.
"Well, it's reasonable for the four of us to be in the Shattered Sea since we can benefit greatly from this place, but it's different for you."
Kaelan gestured as he spoke, and then he glanced at Azhrun.
"Both Azhrun and the twin maidens can benefit greatly from here since their water affinity is extrely high. As for , I can also benefit greatly from here, but what about you?"
Kaelan paused, and then he looked at Ryan with a baffled light in his eyes.
"What can you gain from here? You're a swordsman, and you don't have water affinity. How-"
"You talk too much."
Azhrun's lazy and nonchalant voice resounded in the ears of every single individual, and Kaelan froze.
Azhrun glanced at Ryan with a lazy grin. "Does it matter why he's here? If he's here for the item at the top of the waterfall, then he'd have to go past to get it."
Ryan raised his brows when he heard Azhrun's words. His lips parted open to speak, but before he could speak, Azhrun beat him to it.
"By the way, who's that calf you have beside you?"
Ryan glanced at Corey who had a calm and indifferent expression, and then he shifted his gaze back at Azhrun.
"He's an Underworld resident."
Ryan raised his brows with a scoff. "Am I blind? Of course, I can see that, but who is he? Is he your slave or do you plan on buying him from the Underworld?"
Ryan folded his arms, and then he replied with a nonchalant shrug. "It's none of your business."
Azhrun's left eye twitched, and with a slightly wide smile, he spoke while folding his arms. "You know that I've always disliked you so-called 'righteous bastard'. Always preaching about hardwork and the likes. All of you in…"
As Azhrun and Ryan continued their banter, every single individual had varying expressions.
The twins, especially Mira sighed loudly with a frustrated expression.
Old Man Poison and lissa had strange expressions, however, they would once in a while, take a glance at Corey.
Kaelan had a neutral, but cold look in his eyes as he gazed at Azhrun.
anwhile, Corey had the sa indifferent and calm expression as his pure white eyes glowed with a dim but sharp light as he gazed at a set of runes that appeared in his gaze.
The first thing he did as he approached the crab-like Goliathspawn was to observe the appearances of the twins and the 25th son of the second Vice-Guildmaster of the Adventurer's Guild.
The first persons he observed were the twins, and his gaze landed on Mira because he could sense that she was slightly stronger than Lyra.
Mira had a lean, athletic fra. Her shoulder-length, dark blue hair was straight and tied into a simple ponytail, revealing a sharp, angular face with strikingly symtrical features.
Her skin was fair, with a slight tan that hinted that she usually spent ti outdoors instead of indoors. Her blue eyes were sharp and calculating, always scanning her surroundings, giving the impression that she was constantly planning her next move.
From what Corey could see, her expression was often neutral, though it had a slight frown that added to her air of authority. If Corey was to give her a rating in terms of beauty, he would give her a solid 7/10.
Lyra Neryss shared Mira's athletic build, but she had a softer, more approachable deanour. Her dark blue hair was slightly shorter, cut into a neat bob that frad her rounder face.
Her skin was a lighter shade than Mira's, and her blue eyes had a warm, curious glint, contrasting with her sister's piercing gaze. Despite her gentle and reserved appearance, there was a quiet determination in her eyes.
According to Ryan, Mira was the older twin while Lyra was the younger twin.
The twins stood side by side, and they wore a sleek, ocean-blue top that shimred like a liquid under the dim light of the Shattered Dinsion, leaving their shoulders and midriffs exposed while accentuating their athletic fras.
Flowing skirts hung from intricately designed silver belts, and high slits revealed their toned legs. Beneath their skirts, they wore fitted shorts for mobility.
Silver armlets and fingerless gloves adorned their hands and arms, while sandals with blue gemstones could be seen on their feet.
Corey made sure to observe the twins in full detail because he had a feeling that he'd encounter them even after the Battle of Chosens.
After observing the twins, he observed Kaelan next.
Kaelan Drevar was a tall, broad-shouldered man with a rugged appearance. His short, ssy blond hair looked like it hadn't seen a comb in weeks, giving him a carefree, and almost wild look.
His green eyes were bright and expressive, and his face was strong and slightly weathered with a few faint scars that hinted at the nurous battles he had gone through in the past.
He wore a sleeveless, dark red battle vest that exposed his muscular arms. Each arm was decorated with intricate tattoos of roaring beasts, flas, and weapons. To Corey, it seed like a story was being told on Kaelan's arms.
His pants were made of thick, reinforced fabric, designed for combat, and tucked into heavy boots that seed more suited for stomping than walking. A belt lined with pouches and a large, double-edged sword in his hands completed his look.
After taking in the appearance of Kael Corey did sothing he rarely did on his potential enemies.
He used Record to check their stats.

As Corey went through the stats of Kaelan, Mira, Lyra, and Azhrun, his eyes flashed with surprise and intrigue, while countless thoughts and questions surged throughout his mind.
However, a few monts later, his gaze landed on Azhrun's status window, and his eyes paused on his race and then his affiliation.
'Thalassian?'
'Supres?!'
Corey's eyes instantly sharpened, but the second he had this thought, a song drifted into his ears, and Corey felt his spine tingle endlessly as his instincts warned him.
