A deep cycle of inhalation and exhalation occurred as Corey sat in the sa position for an unknown amount of ti.
With every inhalation and exhalation Corey perford, the air around him changed.
Sotis, it beca hotter. Sotis it beca smooth and heavy. Sotis a crackle could be heard from the air around Corey with short appearances of electricity. There were tis the air beca extrely hot, slightly heavy, and slightly acrid sll. The acrid sll contained a hint of toxicity.
From the extrely not and acrid air, the air changed once again as Corey inhaled and exhaled. The gravity around him increased by a slight amount putting a slight strain on the bed beneath Corey.
From an increase in gravity to the temperature decreasing to the point where a fleeting misty cloud was released from Corey's lips. From the extrely low temperature, the air around Corey beca sharp. Nurous minute cuts appeared on the bed Corey was sitting on and the floor around the bed, but despite the air becoming strangely sharp, not a single cut could be seen on Corey's body.
Corey inhaled then exhaled once again and just as he did,
Crack Crack
Two cracks resounded in the room as two differently colored elental stones which were in Corey's hands, broke. The two stones which previously had a light green color and a colorless but bright color, now looked dull.
As the two elental stones cracked, Corey dropped the two elental stones without opening his eyes. A focused and slight furrow of his brows could be seen on his face due to the changes that were occurring on and in his body.
Two symbols ford on two different parts of his body. On the left side of his chest was an image of a large green tree in a light green circle. And on his right calf was an image of a tornado in a colorless circle.
Asides from these two newly ford symbols, there were other symbols on Corey's body.
On his forehead was a symbol of a fla in a red circle.
On the right side of his chest was a symbol of a rising wave in a deep blue circle.
On the left side of his chest was a symbol of a large green tree in a light green circle.
On the right side of his back was a symbol of an erupting volcano with flowing magma around it. The image of the volcano and magma was at the center of a deep brownish-red circle.
On the left side of his back was an image of a frozen sea with nurous icebergs atop the sea. The image of the frozen sea and icebergs was at the center of a light blue circle.
On his right bicep was a symbol of a deep brownish mountain in a brown circle.
On his left bicep was a symbol of a golden axe and spear which were crossed against each other in a golden circle.
On his right calf was a symbol of a tornado in a colorless circle.
And on his left calf was a symbol of a lightning bolt in a white circle.
All these symbols pulsed with a bright glow and a few seconds later, another change occurred to Corey's body.
Four silver lines appeared from the fla symbol on Corey's forehead. Two lines moved to the two symbols on Corey's chest and the other two moved to the two symbols on Corey's back.
The four lines connected with the four symbols and as soon as they did, a brighter glow was emitted from the four elental symbols and the fla symbol.
A few seconds later, two silver lines appeared from each of the four symbols. A line from each of the elental symbols moved towards the two symbols on Corey's biceps and as soon as the four lines connected to the earth and tal elental symbols, the two symbols emitted a brighter glow.
anwhile, the other four lines from the first four elental symbols moved toward the two elental symbols on Corey's calves.
The four lines connected to the wind and lightning elental symbols and just like the previous symbols, the two elental symbols emitted a brighter glow.
A few seconds later, the pressure around Corey increased and the wind around Corey beca turbulent. Five lines erged from the two elental symbols on Corey's biceps and the lines moved towards Corey's fingers.
Another set of lines appeared from the elental symbols and the silver lines joined to the elental symbols on Corey's chest.
Similar to the newly ford silver lines from the elental symbols on Corey's back. A new set of silver lines also ford from the elental symbols on Corey's calves.
Five silver lines ford from the two elental symbols then they moved to Corey's toes.
As soon as all the silver lines ford on Corey's body, the lines pulsed with a glow. So monts later, the silver lines and the nine elental symbols gradually dispersed.
"Fuuu."
Corey exhaled and the pressure emanating from him vanished. His eyes opened and with an emotionless gaze, he looked around before looking at his arms which felt more powerful than ever before.
He clenched his fist and popping sounds reverberated in the room as he did. Although he knew he had beco much stronger, he was not sure just how much stronger he had beco.
So to know just how much stronger he was, he willed for his status window to open.

A stunned expression appeared all over Corey's face as he gazed at the changes on his status screen.
His strength increased from Orange star to Green Star. Increasing by a whole two realms!
His agility increased from Orange Star to Green Star. Another increase by a whole two realms.
His constitution increased from yellow star to Blue Star! Another increase by a whole two realms.
His intelligence increased from Green Star to Blue Star. Although the increase was only by a single realm. Corey was still surprised by the increase.
His endurance increased from Orange Star to Green Star. Also increasing by a whole two levels!
"I… did not expect this at all."
Despite seeing the increase in his stats, Corey still had an expression of disbelief, and his reaction was due to a single reason.
Racial limitations
One of the things Corey learned from his recorded books was the stat limitation of normal humans.
Due to the inherent weakness of normal humans, 99.9999…% of all normal humans had a stat limit that they could not surpass unless through so extraordinary help. For example, the old man gave Corey a valuable pill that would be fought upon by quite a lot of forces.
There are seven realms for every attribute: Red Star, Orange Star, Yellow Star, Green Star, Blue Star, Indigo Star, and Violet Star.
When the stat of any attribute, whether strength, agility, constitution, etc, reaches the yellow star realm, a normal human has reached his or her limit. He or she has achieved stat maximization.
When Corey checked his stats after becoming a tier 1, his stats were:
