The explosion of Corey's body was so sudden that even Corey himself was not prepared for it at all.
There was no sign, there was no warning, there was nothing.
He just exploded into blood, flesh, and bones.
Pala, Primus, and Prima were shaken by the sudden explosion, and the pieces of flesh and bones mixed in copious amounts of blood did not help in making them to calm down.
"Papa!" Both Primus and Prima scread in horror, and they quickly flew toward Corey, but then they stopped when they saw the pool of blood, flesh, and bones moving to the exact spot where Corey sat.
They were baffled at first, but then their eyes shined with realization.
Pala was about to take a step forward, but when she also saw the moving blood, flesh, and bones, she also stopped moving.
"What the actual fuck?"
Pala had so many questions to ask, but there was nobody to get the answers from.
Except... she looked at Primus and Prima who were in their spirit forms.
"Do you know what's going on with your papa?"
They both shook their heads.
"We don't. All we know is that Papa died for a mont, but he's alive again." Prima said with a solemn expression, and Pala furrowed her brows in confusion.
'He died and now he's alive again?... How is that possible?'
She kept her questions to herself, and she chose to watch what was going on with imnse scrutiny.
The runes in her infinity-marked eyes swirled and brightened as she observed the runes surrounding Corey.
The runes were unlike anything she had ever seen before.
Compared to the esoteric runes and the void rune, these runes were far more chaotic and strange.
They were fighting one another before her very eyes, and through her rune sight, she could see that it was this battle that caused Corey's body to explode.
'Every single rune is complicated and chaotic, but if I'm right, the runes represent the three bloodlines he's trying to fuse together.'
'No... Wait... There's a fourth powerful bloodline?'
'Did he have two powerful bloodlines before eating that heart and drinking that golden blood?'
Pala tilted her head in confusion, and then her attention was drawn to sothing else.
'There's sothing that's preventing his soul and spirit from getting completely destroyed. What's that? It's what is keeping him alive and it's also trying to rebuild his body.'
As Pala furrowed her brows in thought, she suddenly made another shocking discovery.
'Wait?! Shit!!!'
"Get down!"
Without hesitation, she grabbed the spiritual bodies of Primus and Prima and erected a barrier of arcane runes.
BOOOOOM!!!!!
An explosion far more powerful than the previous one resounded in the Forge, and the shockwave and energy wave it carried shattered Pala's shield.
Luckily for her, Pala had created a thousand shields in that mont, and when the last shield shattered, the shockwave and energy wave rely caused her to take a step back and gave her minor internal injuries.
Splat!
But that was not all, dark grey blood splattered all over her body, and Pala froze due to how much blood was on her.
She froze not only out of disgust and shock, but also out of worry.
The blood on her body and face was Corey's, and the amount was extrely worrying.
Corey's body had not reford, and there was no way he should have this much blood.
It was at least three tis more in volu than the first explosion.
Pala used a set of cleaning runes to remove the blood from her face, and she was shaken when she saw the ground which was now filled with so much blood that it was horrifying.
The blood on the ground should be gotten from a dozen n at least, but it ca from Corey instead.
She looked at the center of the blood soaked land, and she saw that pieces of flesh, bones, and even the blood were still slowly moving back to the center, almost like they wanted to reform Corey's body.
However, the speed at which they moved was much slower than before.
'He's still not dead. That power is still keeping him alive despite exploding twice.'
'Only a little bit of his flesh, blood, and bones ca back together before the second explosion, but it still generated far more blood. Where is the blood coming from? And what is exploding?'
'What is Corey going through and would he survive? I can only see the runes battling one another, but I can't see anything else.'
A flicker of worry flashed in Pala's eyes, then she noticed sothing familiar that made her expression instantly beco grave.
She looked at Primus and Prima who were in her arms.
"We need to move."
She didn't wait for a response and she quickly distanced herself the more from Corey.
"Why?" Primus asked with a tone filled with imnse worry as he stared at the imnse blood on the ground.
"Because there's going to be another explosion. I think the explosions are going to be a normal thing until your Papa succeeds in becoming a new race."
Prima looked at Pala who had a grave and worried expression, then she looked in the direction of Corey.
"If it's just that, then we don't have to leave."
"What?" Pala looked at Prima with a frown, but she didn't stop running.
Prima did not answer, she placed her right hand on Pala's arm, and then her physical body began to cover her body.
Pala slowed down to a stop while looking at her body.
"We can protect you from the explosion." Prima said as she covered Pala's entire body with her armour.
"Yeah. So, just stay close to Papa in case he needs our help. We shouldn't be so far away from him." Primus said as he also made his physical body to appear in front of Pala.
Pala looked at the glass rod in front of her for a mont before she held it with a determined light in her eyes.
"Alright. We'll stay here if Corey needs any help."
"Yeah! Papa must survive!" Both of them said at the sa ti.
