iren, forrly Xue Renxue, was brought back to the Three Swords Peak by Tan Bingyu as her guest. Of course, she is required to et the Peak Master, as a guest. It is just that Peak Master Guan had been out for a sect mission and hasn’t returned yet.

Tan Bingyu let iren stay with her until the Peak Master returns. At first, iren was detached with the people on the peak, it was until she had survived a sparring with Tan Bingyu that the disciples had seen her as soone amazing. After all, disciples who can fight equally against Tan Bingyu can be counted with two hands.

Even though iren hid the fact that this wasn’t her real body or that her soul was that of a male, she had started to get along with everyone in the Three Swords Peak. Tan Bingyu was delighted to see her getting along with her Junior brothers and Junior sisters. However, her mories seem to never return.

Three months later, Peak Master Guan finally returned from her mission and t iren. Upon seeing the talent she possessed, the Peak Master accepted her as her disciples like Tan Bingyu and the rest.

iren lived her life in the Heavenly Sword Sect in peace and even found soone she loves the most. Tan Bingyu and she had fallen in love with one another after spending years together. These years were the happiest for iren.

It was until Tan Bingyu received a letter from her clan, the Hidden Tan Clan, that things started to change.

Tan Bingyu was shocked with the contents of the letter that she knocked on the table near her. iren, who was staying with her, was surprised and turned around only to see her partner’s pale face.

"Bing’er what’s wrong?" iren asked worriedly as she supported Tan Bingyu to sit at the nearby chair.

Tan Bingyu’s complexion didn’t even return to normal even after drinking the cup of water iren had passed to her.

"A’i, I may have to return back to my clan for a while. Sothing happened to my family. I need to check if my family is alright." Tan Bingyu said with a trembling voice.

iren noticed that sothing must have happened to Tan Bingyu’s family, and the letter had the answers. She took the letter from Tan Bingyu’s hand and read through it. She was surprised by the content of it. It seems that the Snow Clan wanted to take away the clan’s treasure of Hidden Tan Clan’s patriarch’s wife which was in the form of an umbrella.

"The Snow Clan?!" murmured iren in shock.

Tan Bingyu wasn’t surprised that iren knew about the Snow Clan. This clan was one of the biggest clans in the north and possessed enough influence to even contend against the Heavenly Sword Sect.

The Princess of Tan spoke, "Hm. A’i, I haven’t told you before. My mother is from the Snow Clan. But this clan doesn’t allow marriage from outside the clan. That’s why my mother was exiled before she married into our Hidden Tan Clan."

"It can be said that the Snow Clan hates my mother but that is not all. The current Clan Master of the Snow Clan wanted to take away the family treasure of my grandmother which my clan didn’t agree with. Now the war between the two clans is ongoing. I must return to support my clan."

"Can’t I co with you?" iren asked.

iren plans to return to the Snow Clan and seeks her parents. She knew that as long as her parents are willing to help her stop the current clan master, the Hidden Tan Clan can be spared.

"You can’t!" Tan Bingyu imdiately disagreed to the request of her future dao companion to leave with her to help her protect her clan and fight against the Snow Clan.

"Right now, the Snow Clan is pressuring all our allies and most of them have backed away already. If you co with , they will definitely target you. Please just stay in the sect. I will... be back soon. I need to find Master. Find Master and seek permission to leave the sect," Tan Bingyu said.

The two of them left their abode and sought to find the Peak Master of the Three Swords Peak, Guan Yueyi. After finding her in her hall, Tan Bingyu told Peak Master Guan everything about what is happening with the Hidden Tan Clan. Peak Master Guan granted Tan Bingyu special permission to leave with her na. iren who wanted to leave with Tan Bingyu was forbidden by the Peak Master to leave. It seems she also knows about the fact that the Snow Clan is targeting all people who had connections with the Hidden Tan Clan’s descendants.

iren, unable to leave the sect, can only send off Tan Bingyu as she took her leave.

Tan Bingyu said, "A’i, wait here with Master. Master said that after she got permission from the sect our peak will definitely co to support . You can leave with our master and everyone else when the ti cos."

iren whose heart was in turmoil can only send Tan Bingyu off on her journey. It was only at this mont that she hated that she couldn’t return to her real body. After all, her identity as Xue Renxue is not simple within the Snow Clan and that her parents were also quite honorable within the clan. After returning to their abode, the empty place made iren’s heart anxious. She is afraid that sothing might happen to Tan Bingyu in the North while they had separated.

However, there is nothing that she can do. Their Master, Peak Master Guan Yueyi, hasn’t returned at all after heading to the main peak and it’s been a week since then. Just as iren decided to destroy her current body to forcefully return to her original vessel that Mo Jue had co to her place and report about the return of their Peak Master.

"But what?" iren asked.

Mo Jue said, "I heard that Martial Uncle Yuyan was sent to the back mountain and got punished with imprisonnt for freeing Master from the Main Peak."

"What do you an? What the hell is happening in the Main Peak?" iren asked.

The other disciples had also arrived seeking her. While their Master and her direct disciple, Tan Bingyu is not around, iren has the most seniority among all the disciples as she is Tan Bingyu’s future dao companion. Though they haven’t completed the ceremony yet, no one is allowed to ignore her seniority. That’s why the other disciples of the Three Swords Peak are now coming to her to report.

"The Sect Master has also arrived with so elders!"

"iren-Shijie, they wanted to close off our Three Swords Peak!"

"Master said to co over and stop them."

iren couldn’t believe what was happening. But after learning that the sect wanted to close their peak ant that they didn’t want them to co out of the sect and lend help to the Hidden Tan Clan. This is sothing that mustn’t happen after all if sothing happens to Tan Bingyu and the cause of it was her clan, she might not be able to forgive herself.

"Let’s go! Support Master!" iren said.

After they all gathered to the peak of their mountain, they saw their master, Peak master Guan’s weakened state, all disciples were in disbelief including iren. Floating in the sky above their peak is the sect master, Wan Yuyi, who is also the master of Wan Yuyan, their Martial Uncle and also the one who is courting their Master.

"Guan Yueyi, you must make a choice between your disciple and my disciple, Wan Yuyan." Sect Master Wan Yuyi said. "You are not allowed to send disciples of our sect to support the Hidden Tan Clan. This is my order!"

"No! My disciple, Tan Bingyu is waiting for ! How can I not support my own peak’s successor!!" Guan Yueyi said.

Sect Master Wan Yuyi frowned, "The Hidden Tan Clan’s demise is already sothing that cannot be changed. The Snow Clan decided to exile them to the Mortal Realm. This is already out of our hands."

"Impossible! How can my disciple’s clan be wrong? It’s the Snow Clan who are being greedy, wanting to steal their family treasure! We need to help them and stop the Snow Clan!" Peak Master Guan Yueyi said.

Sect Master Wan Yuyi’s expression turned completely cold at this mont and gestured to the elders who had now surrounded the Three Swords Peak. They wanted to create an Isolation barrier which would be locked in this mountain preventing anyone from it from leaving.

He said, "My decision is final! We aren’t going to help the Hidden Tan Clan! Locked them up! The whole Three Swords Peak will be closed off until the disturbance in the North has stopped. Elders activate the array!"

"NO!!! I don’t agree!" Peak Master Guan Yueyi shouted as she tried to stop the elders who wanted to start the array.

"Stop them!" iren shouted.

The other disciples of the peak wanted to join but the expression on the Sect Master turned hideous at this mont.

"You guys don’t know your place! I told you this is the Sect Master, I, my order!!!" Sect Master Wan Yuyi said.
