It's been 2 hours since Noah has repeated the sa thing over and over, and now he learnt a few things about the system, stats and how to increase them. At least as far as 'Intelligence' is concerned.
When Noah did it for the first ti, it was hard. Unbearably hard. But after using [Purification] and [Cleanse] a couple of tis, he was once again brimming with energy.
With that energy, when he repeated the sa task, it felt easier. Still straining, but a tad bit less straining than before. Noah obviously understood the reason why.
It was the sa as exercising.
Your body gets tired, you rest, you recover, you try again. A break and make process that takes place over a 24 or perhaps 48 hour cycle.
But with the two spells, its recovery is almost instant, allowing Noah to try again imdiately. And since he is stronger than last ti, the strain that was before felt much easier this ti.
Hence, this next ti, it took two books for Noah to get completely exhausted. Following that, it was 3 books, then 5 and lastly 8 Books, which put a heavy toll on Noah as he could barely use any mana on his own.
But by this ti, Noah's head was throbbing just by even trying to use mana. Even thinking of it made him almost puke.
[Seems like this is the limit. I guess, we can first try to increase our physical stats and see if there are any improvents on the mana.](Elios)
According to Elios, the refreshnt spells can make him feel better by stimulating the nerves, but the body muscles are still exhausted after the initial dose, and successive repetition only made it worse. Overdosing would be another word for it.
Another explanation was that the spells weren't healing the body directly but using the 'extra fuel' within the body to heal itself. A safe storage that the body can use in ergencies. And as the successive repetitions were done, the fuel got empty, finally leaving Noah in this condition where the healing spells didn't work at all.
Up until now, Noah has never used his own spell or skill. He was totally reliant on the system, thus by passing this pain. But now that he did it on his own... the results are what he was going through.

Noah tried to think but the throbbing headache was too much for him right now.

A bread materialised in front of Noah, who slowly grabbed it and began eating it. At first it was hard to move, but after the first bite, Noah instinctively started eating like a monster.

After burning about 300 Karma, Noah was finally sane. His body was still exhausted but the headache was no more. Honestly, this experience was far worse than when he first entered this world.
Drinking the last bit of water, Noah slowly got up and then slowly began moving towards the bath. Perhaps because his body was hyperactive for the last 10 minutes, he sweated a lot. He needed to take a bath before changing into a new, fresh dress.
Only then he would be able to feel better.
As Noah hurried, leaving the books behind, Elios was extrely excited at the phenonon he discovered. It was only in theory, and many parts were just not explained properly, but now that he looked at the experint and the result, he was pretty much satisfied with it.
With this he would try creating a few more spells that would be far more efficient than other spells. Spells that can increase the amount of 'Safe Fuel' within one's body, spells that can utilize that 'safe fuel' more effectively.
Elios was already burning with passion as he thought of all the ideas he had in his mind. And then he began wondering about the skill that he wanted to work on. The Self-Heal one.
-A bulb was lit up in Elios' mind.

And then with a certain gleam in his eyes, Elios began reading the new books that Noah had just scanned by using everything he had a few minutes ago. He humd a little while getting engrossed in the contents of the book.

After taking a fresh shower and cleaning the robe manually first, then using magic later, Noah dried it in the drier artifact provided by the temple. And then, wearing it again he moved towards the area where Aliana would be right now.
The reason he did not wear a new set of clothes was because he was going to change it into his 'Night Outfit' anyways, so there was no point in dirtying another set just for 30 minutes of eting.
Aliana's room was in the far corner of the hallway, at the north-western edge of the temple at the third floor level. It was a small study room similar to what older nuns and older sisters of the temple use.
"Teacher."(Noah)
-Knock! Knock!
"Co in."(Aliana)
Noah opened the door and entered the room, finding Aliana sitting at the corner table reading so notes.
The inside of the room was about 100 square ters, with a balcony and a seperate bathroom. The city view through the large window was rather calming and pleasant, while the rich aroma in the wind coming from the balcony swiftly brushed against Noah's face.
Aliana's room was rather simple. A single bed, a corner table in the right corner, and a wardrobe on the left corner. There was a single mirror on the wardrobe, while another sofa and a table was placed a few ters away from the foot of the bed.
Even still, its arrangent was calming and relaxing to the eyes, which sohow both Elios and Noah found pleasant.
And then Aliana looked at Noah with a rather tired expression before she asked in an irritated voice.
"All right. Tell why your innate mana is showing signs of deficiency."(Aliana)
