In the early hours of the morning, the dense fog that ford at the base of the Youkai mountain washed over the mansion like the fog of a certain horror novel.
As the cold wind blew, the waves of fog blurred the mansion’s view from an external perspective, it made the mansion look like a mirage among the fog.

Soone ordered him to stop.
A figure jumped up from the other side of the gate. She sorsaulted down near Wu Yan.
If he hadn’t dodged she would have landed on his face.
Wu Yan evaded that landing.

A lady with flaming red hair and a Qipao-thed dress introduced herself. She looked like a character from a Chinese wuxia novel.
Hong iLing: Level 75
“This is the Red Devil Mansion.”
Hong told them off.
“Unauthorized personnel are not allowed entry.”
Hong iLing recognized Flan with an excited look.
“Second Ojou-sama.”
“iling!”
Flan waved her hand.
“I am back, iling!”
“Ojou-sama!”
She grabbed her hand before jumping up and down.
“You’re finally back!”
Wu Yan smiled when he recognized the genuine joy on Hong iling’s face.
This martial practitioner-looking lady is actually the guard here. However, her low position belied her abilities.
She is an important figure here.
Other than Remilia, patchouli, and Sakuya, she is the fourth individual in the sa tier of powers as them.
She is the first and a formidable line of defense for the mansion.
However, she is a poor guard as she would always nap on the job. This resulted in a certain black and white witch sneaking into the mansion to steal books.
She is also very friendly with Flan.
She is one of the few who isn't afraid of Flan's power. She would sotis play with Flan behind Remilia's orders.
She imdiately greeted Flan because she missed her.

Hong iling started crying out of nowhere.

Flan rubbed her head.
"What's wrong?"
"Ojou-sama, why did you run off yesterday?"
She grumbled.
"Sakuya kept blaming and docked 10 years of my pay!"

A silver light shot out as the knife nailed her hat to a nearby pillar.
"A comnsurate paynt for all the ti you've slacked off on the job."
A tall figure appeared near the gate too.
"China (sakuya's term for hong iling), did I just hear you tattling to the second Ojou-sama?"
"Sakuya-san."
Hong wled weakly.
"I am Hong iling, not China..."
Alas, Sakuya has no ti for her.
"Welco to the Red Devil Mansion."
She bowed as if he wasn't an enemy, but a guest of the mansion.
"Please co along, Ojou-sama is waiting for you inside."
