“And why are you all here again?” tossed out Mo Kongyuan as he stood by his lake. Upon seeing Ling Chuxi, Fu Chengyu and Ling Yichen again, he did not have a pleasant expression on his face at all. The only thing that was lacking in his unwelcoming deanor was having the words “NOT WELCO” written across his forehead. In his heart, he was shouting about how unlucky he was. “Greetings Mister Mo, though we have not t for a very long ti, you still remain as graceful and elegant as ever. And your garden has beco even more exquisite and dainty than it was before.” Ling Chuxi acted as if she did not see Mo Kongyuan’s expression and showered him with praises left and right.

The Golden Pill Sect’s three streams were combined into one in Ling Chuxi’s demonstration of the application thod and her Battle Qi condensed into fine lights resembling needles. Suddenly, the unnoticeable small bead on Ling Chuxi’s wrist lit up and released an odd illusionary ray of light.
“Isn’t that...” Mo Kongyuan’s eyes lit up. The words “Dazzling Heart Stone” almost left his lips.
“I would like the rest of you to leave for now. I have so things I need to discuss with Chuxi alone,” said Mo Kongyuan to Fu Chengyu and Ling Yichen, suppressing the excitent he felt as he did so.
Seeing Mo Kongyuan’s solemn expression, Fu Chengyu and Ling Yichen knew that the topic of discussion was no simple matter and thus quietly retreated, leaving space for Ling Chuxi and Mo Kongyuan to have a private conversation.
“Dazzling Heart Stone. That is actually the Dazzling Heart Stone you have there!” said Mo Kongyuan excitedly once Fu Chengyu and Ling Yichen had left. In the past he had also seen this bead on Ling Chuxi’s wrist, but even he never thought that this bead that looked so ordinary without any special oddities was actually the legendary Dazzling Heart Stone.

She cut to the chase and told Mo Kongyuan about how she had coincidentally encountered the odd rock all that ti ago, and how with the aid of the extrely cold and gloomy qi generated by the rock, she managed to break through to the realm of Great Fulfilnt. She also told him about the mysterious appearance and disappearance of the cold and gloomy qi in her Qi Ocean as well.
“Is there even such a thing?” murmured Mo Kongyuan, surprised and baffled. He checked Ling Chuxi’s pulse and took a detailed look at her health points and was yet unable to find a single sign as to what could have caused it, so he pondered in silence.
“I’ll teach you a cultivation thod, and I’d like you to properly comprehend it in a short span of ti.” Mo Kongyuan knew that Ling Chuxi would not joke with him without any rhy or rhythm, so he thought about it and after a while, he started uttering a chant.
“What kind of a cultivation thod is this?” asked Ling Chuxi, trying to figure things out. She was able to rember the entire chant without missing out any words. From her experience, this chant was totally different from any ordinary Battle Qi cultivating thod.
“This is a Mind Training Chant. It will be very helpful to you in your cultivation in the future. You should give it a proper try,” said Mo Kongyuan.
Ling Chuxi nodded and closed her eyes to concentrate before she silently started muttering the chant. Battle Qi slowly flowed through her entire body and her mind slowly fell into emptiness.
In the darkness before her eyes, countless ridian networks and dots of lights appeared. Taking a closer look, it was actually her own ridians within her body! She was actually able to see such a wondrous scene!
