The old man Jiang has already believed that the dream Jiang Chengxu had was not just an illusion. However, there are so details he needs to confirm.

"You said in that dream, you married Xu Qinghuan?" the old man Jiang asked, "Now that you two have broken off the engagent, did that process happen in your dream too?"

Jiang Chengxu shook his head, "Grandfather, I suspect she dreamt about her own..."

But as he spoke, he thought of a detail, "No, she wouldn’t. She probably didn’t have that dream. In the dream, although she knew a bit about dicine, she could only use herbs to make soups, never treating anyone."

In fact, his mother had long been drugging her food to prevent pregnancy, and she never noticed.

"What is the biggest variable between that dream and now?" the old man Jiang asked.

"It’s her!" Jiang Chengxu said in horror, "It’s her, it’s Xu Qinghuan."

Xu Qinghuan had already bid farewell to Shen Xiuqin and Huo Chi. Huo Chi ran after the train for a long ti, shouting, "Little sister, next ti you must call second brother!"

Xu Qinghuan’s eyes couldn’t help but get a bit moist. She nodded and waved at Huo Chi, "Stop running, it’s dangerous!"

Huo Chi, content, stopped in his tracks and waved at the departing train until it disappeared from sight.

On the train, both Xu Qinghuan and Jiang Xingye had lower berths. Sharing the sa compartnt with them were a middle-aged woman with a child and a young man.

The middle-aged woman, holding the sleeping child, said to Jiang Xingye, "Comrade, it’s inconvenient for with the child; can we switch? I’m on the upper berth."

She was on the upper berth above Xu Qinghuan.

Jiang Xingye nodded, moved his luggage from the lower berth to Xu Qinghuan’s spot.

The middle-aged woman thanked Jiang Xingye, her gaze subtly falling on Xu Qinghuan’s face, a flash of pity in her eyes.

The child in her arms slept very soundly. Despite the noisy, unsettling carriage, he seed undisturbed. He looked about four or five years old, with ssy hair but very good skin, fair and soft.

Xu Qinghuan quickly glanced around, suspicion arising in her mind.

The young man on the opposite upper berth went straight to lie down, pretentiously reading a book, but his eyes constantly darted toward Xu Qinghuan. After a while, he closed the book, lay on his side, holding one book, the other hand moving under the covers.

His eyes fixed on Xu Qinghuan, radiating a suspicious excitent.

Xu Qinghuan felt disgusted. Before she could react, Jiang Xingye had already gotten up, grabbed the man, and yanked him down. Noticing his pants were loose, his hand still inside, Jiang Xingye pressed him down with the quilt while pinching his neck with the other hand.

The young man was hanging there in mid-air.

"What are you doing, you, you, let go of !" The young man’s eyes widened, stuttering in fear.

Jiang Xingye, through the quilt, clasped his wrist, and with a sudden force, the man let out a pig-like scream.

The middle-aged woman seed scared but moved calmly, holding the child and stepping into the corridor, "Comrade, speak nicely, speak nicely!"

Jiang Xingye leaned into his ear, "Don’t think I don’t know what you’re doing. Believe it or not, I’ll throw you out of the window."

By now, Xu Qinghuan had roughly guessed and nearly vomited.

The carriage beca restless. Soone went to call the train police, and she quickly went over, pretending to pull Jiang Xingye, but actually quickly jabbed a needle into the man’s body.

"Ah Ye!"

She tugged at his lapel.

The train police arrived, shouting, "What’s going on, what’s going on, if you want to fight, do it outside. Why cause trouble on the train?"

Jiang Xingye let go, glaring fiercely at the man, gave him a hard shove, and the man’s back slamd into the partition, almost spitting up blood.

"Comrade, that person hit !" The man accused viciously, counting on Jiang Xingye not daring to speak of his actions.

The train police questioned Jiang Xingye, "Tell , why did you hit him?"

As expected, Jiang Xingye remained silent.

Xu Qinghuan smiled and walked over to the middle-aged woman, "Auntie, please testify, my boyfriend didn’t hit anyone."

The middle-aged woman hesitated, and with a needle already aid at her, Xu Qinghuan swiftly jabbed it at the middle-aged woman. She lost strength, and the child suddenly slipped, caught by Xu Qinghuan, who quickly shouted, "Quick, she’s a human trafficker!"

The change happened too quickly. The words "human trafficker" had extraordinary rallying power. The train police flipped the middle-aged woman and subdued her, while a middle-aged man from the next compartnt fiercely lunged at Xu Qinghuan to snatch the child from her arms.

Jiang Xingye delivered a hand chop, causing the burly man to stagger. He kneed the man’s chest hard, and with a thud, the burly man knelt on the ground.

Xu Qinghuan stabbed another needle, rendering the man’s limbs limp.

"Help, help!"

A girl in a Bulaji dress didn’t get a chance to escape and was held hostage by two n who rushed in. One of them glared at Xu Qinghuan, while the other said to the train police, "Give us back the person, or else..."

He brandished a knife, pressing it harshly against the girl’s neck, a blood mark appearing.

The girl rolled her eyes and fainted.

But if the hostage faints, the negotiations weaken. These people must be repeat offenders. They pinched the spot below her nose hard, waking her up, and she began to sob in terror.

"What are you crying for? Stop crying!" The thug kneed the girl, causing her body to tremble. She clenched her teeth to stop crying but her body shook violently.

The thug swept his gaze around the surroundings, then tightened his grip with the knife on the girl’s neck. The other thug pointed at Xu Qinghuan and said, "Bring the child over here!"

When he finished speaking, he opened his clothes, making Xu Qinghuan gasp as he clearly had a row of detonators strapped around his waist, rubbing a match to observe the people’s reactions.

Sure enough, everyone backed off in a panic, their faces changing dramatically.

"Coming over or not? If not, we’ll all die together!" the thug sneered.

At this point, everyone looked at Xu Qinghuan. Although no one spoke, the intention to force her over was very clear.

"Dream on!" Jiang Xingye said coldly, stepping sideways to shield Xu Qinghuan behind him, looking indifferently and stubbornly at those passengers behind the two n, his emotions sowhat uncontrollable.

There were so many people, clearly holding the geographical advantage. If soone had taken the chance to knock these two thugs over the head with a heavy object, they wouldn’t be so arrogant.

However, these people were cowardly, as if they were the ones being throttled by the neck.

Fortunately, at this ti, a youth in a white shirt moved against the flow, lurking forward.

Jiang Xingye’s expression didn’t change. He recognized this person; they had clashed before, it was Chen Suikang.

Clearly, Chen Suikang also recognized Jiang Xingye. They exchanged a look.

Just when Chen Suikang was about to make a move, the thug with the detonators suddenly turned his back, leaning against the thug holding the hostage, forming a defense without blind spots.

They missed the best opportunity to strike.
