The 'Representatives' are bridging the gap between the ninjas and the clients. They are the ones who bring in the missions. And unlike the ninjas their identity is almost never hidden.
In fact, the Kage was not only the head of the entire village but also that of the representatives as well. He was a special representative who brought in the big shot clients. It is not an anomaly that the Kage's identities are almost never hidden even if they might have been once but a ninja.
"I see, so representatives nowadays work this way," Akihiko whispered to himself.
For better or worse, Klautz had tricked Akihiko into believing his false claims.
Indeed, It was not a baseless theory. If representatives were to be eunuch wouldn't that make them easier to trace and kill? Gone were the days when having eunuchs was a part of the society.
'This is what happens when you are too obsessed with sothing,' Klautz internally sighed. 'Was I like him in my past life?'
Most of the things that Klautz made up were just random bullshit. Yet Akihiko couldn't help but believe in them.
All representatives are trained in the ninja way to a certain degree. While at the sa ti they are not ninjas. Wasn't this the perfect guise for Klautz?
"Well, that was sothing new even for ," Akihiko sighed while nodding all the sa. "Very well, the reason I ca here was to recruit you as a ninja since you have high talent for the sa."
Klautz was expecting sothing like this. How could he not? Akihiko was known to be obsessed with anything relating to ninjas.
"Ninja? They exist in this world? Don't joke with !" Klautz feigned ignorance fortifying Akihiko's belief that he was a ninja from earth.
Klautz's fit of anger seemingly brought joy to Akihiko's face. Akihiko bead seemingly proud of his work.
"Why of course they do!"
The reason why Klautz was acting this way was simple. He wanted sothing out of Akihiko making the best of the situation he was in.
"Impossible! I won't be fooled. The laws of this world don't work the sa as back on earth. I have already tried assassinating an enemy from his blind spot yet my blade was unable to pierce through even his neck!" Klautz continued, "I don't know how that was possible but I am guessing it was sothing related to this weird system that we have on us. And mind you my blade had never failed before!"
Akihiko nodded his head.
'He was able to deduce that so early in his ti in hell' Akihiko thought. 'Indeed I am not wasting my ti on him.'
Akihiko had but one goal in mind. To make his village serve as the perfect competitor for the Kishiogakure village. That is why he tries his best to recruit the best new talents as possible.
"You are right. The laws of this world are different. But we ninjas have our own way around it. If you beco a part of my village, naturally those powers and techniques will co to you."
Klautz shook his head as he shrugged. The point of the act was to show Akihiko that he was least interested of the powers he speaks of.
"Nah, I pass. Who would leave behind his won and sex to enter a ninja village? At most I can work as a representative for your village. After all that was what my job was even back on earth."
Klautz gazed at Akihiko from the corner of his eyes as he shrugged. Klautz could feel his body bask in a killing intent that emanated from Akihiko's glare.
Akihiko could bear anything but he can't bear disrespect to his culture. Yet Klautz had to take the risk of offending him here. Why? Things won't go according to his calculations otherwise.
Yes, he was taking a risk but he believed that he would co out unscatched. Why? Of course because Akihiko is a ninja at heart… a tool! And a tool never kills for 'personal reasons'.
"You have quite a big mouth for disrespecting my ninjas. Are you sure you can co out alive after facing a platoon of their anger?"
'Yup! I am definitely sure. Unless one of your clients sets a bounty to my na you won't kill . Your values and your fake pride would never allow you to kill .'
Klautz shrugged. This was a risk he was willing to take.
"You think your ninjas are so great? You think that they can abstrain even if they were given a chance at sex? You must be dreaming."
Klautz was the living testimony of this. Once he had tasted the forbidden fruit he could not go back to his old ways at all!
Akihiko glared at Klautz with a piercing gaze.
"Yes, I have trust in the abilities of my ninjas. I have grood them myself!" Akihiko claid with his chest out and chin high.
But Klautz couldn't help but laugh. Indeed his laughter was just a show.
"Ha Ha! Ha Ha!"
Klautz laughter resounded throughout the room. He couldn't help but have fun poking Akihiko over and over.
"Then let's make a small bet. Bring any of your ninjas and let her warm my bed for tonight. If she cos back to for another fuck, then I win. If she doesn't then you win." Klautz continued, "If you win, I will work as a representative for your village. If I win, you would pass on the power that allows you guys to assassinate targets."
Sure, the ninjas of Hell were incapable in bed. But was the sa true for the won? The kunoichis aka the female ninjas had to rely on their will power alone to abstain and uphold the ninja ways.
But It was Akihiko's turn to laugh. His inflated pride in his culture had got the better of himself. He was rather confident of the kunoichis of his village.
