Shinji originally didn't have the habit of keeping a diary, but after entering the fictional world within Mooncell, he realized he should record so things. So, he began creating information constructs within the fictional world to serve as his diary.
Initially, he only recorded information about the fictional world. Later, he started jotting down whatever ca to mind, making it easier to review and reminisce in the future.
The information constructs are currently numbered in two ways, using Earth and Mooncell as identifiers. The forr represents the Earth, and the latter represents the fictional world, making it simple and easy to rember.

I'm ho, finally ho. Ho is indeed the most comfortable place.
Father and Uncle opened a bottle of red wine, and Mother and Sakura made an abundance of dishes to celebrate my return. I told them not to go through so much trouble, as I hadn't been away for long, but they wouldn't listen.
Everyone drank quite a bit, and that large table of food ended up being Arcueid's feast. Although she doesn't need to eat, it doesn't an she can't consu human food.
