The deafening roar of the V-shaped, four-cylinder, 1400cc engine was like a ferocious carnivorous beast—a steel lion emitting a deep, mighty growl, shaking the calm night.
The base of the vehicle was none other than the YAMAHA V-MAX, currently hailed as the most powerful monster bike. The original 1200cc engine, capable of producing 140 horsepower, had been enlarged and equipped with an air-intake twin-turbocharger, with all related driving systems reinforced, transforming it into a two-wheeled chanical beast with over 250 horsepower.
Of course, with such extre modifications, the bike could no longer function properly as a regular two-wheeled vehicle. The torque of the tires was so imnse that they couldn't grip the ground, causing the wheels to spin uncontrollably. A simple twist of the throttle would make the front wheel lift into the air and toss the rider off.
To put it bluntly, this was a monstrous machine that no normal human, not even the best professional racers, could control.
Yet, this 300-kilogram two-wheeled beast was completely tad by a petite knight.
The knight wore a tight-fitting outfit that combined the elegance of nobility with the sleekness of athletic gear. Over that, she donned the latest leather jacket of the season. As she lay forward on the engine covered by a dummy tank, clutching the handlebars while her entire body absorbed the vibrations from the massive engine, she perfectly embodied both wildness and grace.
The mont she arrived, the combination of the bike's powerful sound and her striking appearance instantly drew the attention of everyone on the battlefield.
Without paying any mind to the gazes surrounding her, the rider of the V-MAX, instead of slowing down, roared in sync with the engine's bellow as she entered the fray.
"Charge, my partner, Llamrei II!"
The two-wheeled beast howled ferociously, responding to the knight's battle cry as she pressed down on the throttle.
The knight suddenly twisted the handlebars.
Accelerating before a turn—this was a major taboo when driving any vehicle. Let alone a V-MAX, which was built for straight-line acceleration and had almost no turning capability. However, under the rider's exquisite control, the common sense that "too much speed makes turning impossible" was shattered.
All the excessive torque was transferred to the rear wheel. As the front wheel lifted, she forcefully pushed it back down with her upper body, carving a perfect arc across the battlefield.
As the bike crossed the field, the compressed air around the V-MAX was released, stirring up a storm-level gale.
In just a few seconds, Asakami Fujino squinted her eyes; the enraged Freedom Gundam and Thunder Hoof Bull were separated; Iskandar and Waver pressed themselves to the ground, hugging it tightly; Lorelei and Scathach had no choice but to retreat and evade.
Even Shinji and Gilgash, who had been endlessly firing Noble Phantasms at each other, montarily halted their attacks, turning their gaze toward the high-performance bike that had just burst onto the scene, brushing aside the extended Altera as it roared to a stop behind Shinji.
The rider removed her helt, revealing a delicate and androgynous face, with a wisp of golden hair shooting up and fluttering in the wind.
Upon seeing this face, Waver, Iskandar, and Gilgash all exclaid in unison:
"King of Knights."
The woman, addressed as the King of Knights, lightly tapped the ground with her toes, one hand on the handlebar and the other gripping her golden sword, flashing a dazzling smile at the boy in front of her.
"Servant Saber, here I am. I'm not late, am I, Shinji?"
"No, no."
Shinji shook his head furiously, clearly stunned. Artoria's entrance was just too cool to handle.
"Not early, not late—just in ti. You almost made think you were hiding nearby, waiting for the perfect mont."
"As long as I'm not late."
Artoria let out a sigh of relief.
"I got a ssage from soone, saying you might be in danger and that I should get here as fast as possible."
"Fastest possible..."
Shinji's eyes instinctively drifted downward—to Artoria's bike.
"This... looks kind of familiar. Don't tell ..."
At the ntion of this, Artoria's face lit up with excitent.
"Oh, this? This is the mount Irisviel gave . Pretty neat, right? I've nad it Llamrei II."
Shinji: "..."
There was nothing to complain about the na. Llamrei just like Dun Stallion from a parallel world, was one of Artoria's beloved horses. Dun was a white horse, and Llamrei II was black. Since the bike was black, it made sense for the nostalgic Artoria to na it after her horse.
What was worth complaining about was the person who gave her the bike: Irisviel—a bona fide speed demon and an unintentional but enthusiastic racing fanatic.
The origin of all this could be traced back to when life at the Einzbern Castle beca dull. Kiritsugu, with nothing better to do, taught Irisviel how to drive. As a result, she fell in love with the thrill of driving. The first ti she went out ten years ago, her wild driving skills scared even Artoria, who had an A-rank Riding skill, into a cold sweat.
After settling down in Fuyuki City, Irisviel's love for vehicles only intensified. She didn't just stop at cars—she moved on to motorcycles, speedboats, and even airplanes. Eventually, she realized that no comrcially available vehicle could satisfy her, so she began learning how to modify them.
Kiritsugu, being an expert in this field, indulged in Irisviel's new hobby. The result? Well, let's just say that aside from being a housewife, Irisviel also beca a part-ti modification engineer. The underground racing scene of western Japan was well aware of a skilled engineer tied to the Fujimura Group in Fuyuki City. Whether it was a vehicle that flew, sailed, or sped on land, she could modify it. According to Taiga Fujimura, the Fujimura Group's boss and Irisviel's agent, her modification services were booked out until the second half of next year.
Raiga Fujimura, the boss of the Fujimura Group, was even considering increasing his investnt, making vehicle modification one of the group's core industries (the other being real estate, as they were the largest landowners in the area).
The bike Artoria was riding was Irisviel's greatest masterpiece, created using a combination of alchemy and modern technology over half a year. Powered by a mix of gasoline and mana, its top speed reached 400 km/h, comparable to Astolfo's Hippogriff.
Because of its difficulty to handle and its extre danger, Shinji, Justeaze, Illya, and Sakura had all jointly confiscated it—originally intending to destroy it. However, the bike was so ridiculously cool that Shinji couldn't bear to do so and sealed it away in the Matou estate's garage, planning to challenge it when he was older and at peak physical condition.
But tonight, when Artoria heard that Shinji was in danger and needed a fast ans of transport to get to the outskirts, Irisviel took the opportunity to unleash this beast from the garage.
