Capítulo 1031: Chapter 1031: Confronting Nora Brown
Nora Brown saw Zoey Sanders at that mont and knew she was in real trouble.
She couldn’t believe that Zoey Sanders had really been found by them. She originally thought, after so many days, Zoey Sanders must be dead for sure.
But here she was, perfectly fine.
Nora Brown was instantly in despair.
With Zoey Sanders back, she would definitely tell them the truth about being pushed into the sea, and then Nora would be dood.
Zoey Sanders looked at Nora Brown, who was being dragged by Eliana Shaw. Her clothes were still stained with blood, her lips were pale, her face looked terribly bad, as if she had been tortured.
Zoey Sanders strode forward and grabbed her collar, “Nora Brown!”
“Zoey, Zoey I…” Nora Brown kept retreating, but was pressed down by Eliana Shaw.
Nora Brown’s expression changed, she looked at Zoey Sanders with a feeble face and said in a trembling voice:
“Zoey, it’s so good, Zoey, it’s really good that you’re okay. You fell into the sea then, swept away by a wave without a trace, I thought you had died.”
Hearing her still trying to defend herself, Zoey Sanders was even more furious, “You thought I was dead, so you just sailed away, right?”
Nora Brown teared up, “When I saw you fall, I panicked. I originally wanted to find the captain to save you, but I had never encountered such a thing, I was scared stiff, and didn’t make it in ti.”
“You’re full of shit.”
Zoey Sanders was so angry her hands couldn’t stop shaking, Nora Brown was still spouting lies even now.
“I fell into the sea, I didn’t get water in my brain. Whether you really wanted to save or not, couldn’t I see it?”
She grabbed Nora Brown’s hands, her beautiful eyes full of rage, glaring at her fiercely.
“You’re still lying. You pushed into the sea, and after seeing fall, you deliberately didn’t tell the captain, wanting to die in the sea and to replace , yet you claim you wanted to save . You just wished I were dead.”
Hope Williams heard Zoey Sanders say this, and looked at Nora Brown with cold eyes.
She knew Nora Brown hadn’t told them the truth at all.
Zoey Sanders was perfectly fine on the boat, how could she have fallen into the sea out of nowhere? It was clearly Nora Brown who did it on purpose.
Feeling the icy gaze beside her, Nora Brown beca even more flustered.
Intentionally pushing her into the sea and not saving her were two different things, and obviously, deliberately pushing her into the sea was far more serious than not rescuing her.
Nora Brown knew the seriousness, of course she wouldn’t admit it easily, “No, no…”
Nora Brown explained loudly, shaking her head, “Zoey, at that ti, you clearly fell accidentally…”
“If you hadn’t stubbornly pulled , would I have fallen? You want to shift the bla onto , do you think I’m an idiot?”
Nora Brown saw she couldn’t fool Zoey Sanders, so she changed her tune and continued to cry, “But Zoey, I really didn’t do it on purpose then, please believe , I wanted to save you too, it’s just that it was the first ti I encountered such a thing, I panicked at the ti and didn’t save you, can’t you forgive ? Nora Brown knew if Zoey Sanders didn’t forgive her, this group of people probably wouldn’t let her go.

So she could only beg Zoey Sanders to forgive her, to let her go.
Because she knew, Zoey Sanders had a soft heart.

Zoey Sanders flung aside the hand Nora Brown stretched toward her.
Zoey Sanders wouldn’t believe a word of her deceitful nonsense anymore.
“No, Zoey, you really have to believe , you know I’m not malicious at heart, we’ve known each other for so long, you know my personality.”
Zoey Sanders looked down at Nora Brown, begging for rcy.
Zoey Sanders let out a cold laugh directly.
Such innocence!
Her lack of malice almost got her killed; if she couldn’t swim, she would’ve drowned.
Moreover, the next day, she saw them dragging her onto a boat at the shore, and Nora deliberately pretended not to see, letting her get dragged away and thrown out.

“Take her out, she’s too noisy.”
