However, from what she could see, Pei Yansi seed to have no news to offer her about the situation.
Pei Yansi looked deeply into her eyes and asked, “Did you dream about Shen Fanshuang?”
“Yes,” Shen Heyu said unreservedly, “I dreamt that she was accusing .”
Shen Heyu didn’t continue, but Pei Yansi knew what she would have said next. He looked at her intently for a mont, then patted her cheek comfortingly and said, “Don’t worry, there will be a result soon.”

There was no room for negotiation.
Shen Heyu quietly watched his gaze, reading the firmness and insistence in his eyes, and she knew she couldn’t avoid it this ti either.
She slowly got out of bed, her movents exposing the suggestive kiss marks on her nightgown.
Pei Yansi saw them and, thinking of last night’s craziness, his gaze darkened. He instinctively reached out to assist her but was deftly avoided by Shen Heyu as she stared at him and said, “You better stay away from .”
Pei Yansi retracted his hand without a change in expression, sat back, and refrained from assisting her further.
He just watched her with those cool, thin eyes.
He wanted to see how long she could keep up her pretense. Seeing that he made no further move, Shen Heyu finally got out of bed. Just as her toes touched the floor, she felt her legs weaken, and her body started to lean forward, almost causing her to fall.
Quick as a flash, Pei Yansi grabbed her wrist and pulled her into his arms, laughing softly, “Still avoiding?”
“I told you, you don’t have the strength, yet you insist on pretending.”
Shen Heyu’s initial embarrassnt turned into mortification at Pei Yansi’s words, her cheeks flaming red in an instant.
She struggled in his arms and said, “Isn’t it all because of you?”
Hearing this, Pei Yansi seed to be in a better mood. With a soft smile on his face, he carried her into the bathroom.
He personally helped Shen Heyu dress and freshen up, which took over an hour.
When both were ready and left the house, it was already ti for lunch.
As they got into the car, Shen Heyu, still sowhat uneasy next to Pei Yan, asked, “Is this eting really just a simple al to get acquainted? You won’t do anything else, will you?”
She was always worried because Pei Yansi never played by the rules, and he was so angry last night, harboring deep resentnt towards Lu Yi.
Who knew what he might plan to do in such circumstances?
Pei Yansi quietly watched her for two seconds, “I don’t want to see you worrying about other n. If you really must worry, then hide and don’t let see it.”
Shen Heyu was speechless.
Once again, her perception of Pei Yansi’s petty jealousy was refreshed.

“Really?”

As he spoke, he took out a cigarette but didn’t light it, just turning his head to look at the scenery outside the car window.
He thought to himself about how exactly he could keep Shen Heyu by his side forever? He had originally planned to fairly compete with Shen Jiangli and others, but at this point, one had no status in front of Shen Heyu and the other had too high a status.

He was lost in his thoughts when he suddenly felt a tug at his sleeve. He turned his head to et Shen Heyu’s resolute eyes, and before he could react, she leaned in and planted a kiss on his cheek.

As he spoke, he pointed to his own lips.
“Here.”
He shalessly indicated to Shen Heyu.
Shen Heyu looked at him for a long mont as if struggling internally, but ultimately she compromised and moved closer, dropping a fragile kiss on his lips.
Just as she tried to pull away, Pei Yansi suddenly reached out, held the back of her head, and forcibly deepened the kiss, kissing her passionately.
Shen Heyu was breathless, her hands pressed against his chest, pushing him away with her strength.
Pei Yansi benevolently released her, chuckling, “Good girl.”
Shen Heyu, described by his two words, blushed and hurriedly created distance between them in the back seat of the car, as though he were so kind of flood or wild beast.
Pei Yansi didn’t mind and said contentedly, “I’ll let you off this ti.”
