Fu Shihan left the hotel and drove back to the Fu Residence.

"Eldest Young Master, you’re back."

The servant in the living room greeted him respectfully, to which Fu Shihan uttered a "Hmm" and headed straight upstairs to the bedroom.

The room was vast and tranquil, save for a little atball on the bed with his butt in the air, asleep.

Fu Shihan had a reason for coming back so late; he had promised Fu Yu’an that he would return in the evening.

Yangyang seed to have heard the door opening. He whimpered unhappily twice, then opened his eyes groggily and struggled to sit up after seeing the person by the bed, his voice soft and tender as he said three nas.

"They sneaked in and insulted Mom this afternoon; I heard them," the little guy, still sleepy, didn’t forget to tattle.

"I know," Fu Shihan morized the three nas, "You rushed to co back just for this?"

Yangyang nodded his little head, speaking with childish solemnity, "I’m still small, I can’t beat them; when I grow up, I won’t need Daddy."

Fu Shihan chuckled softly, tossed his coat aside, and started to bargain with him. "You saw Mom today; you should go to kindergarten tomorrow."

"No!" The instant he heard this topic, Yangyang beca thoroughly awake. He looked at Fu Shihan with resistance, vigorously shaking his head. "I won’t go to kindergarten!"

Fu Shihan’s eyes darkened. Yangyang noticed and carefully burrowed into the bed, his voice also much lower.

"Kindergarten’s not fun, others will bully ."

Fu Shihan snorted coldly; he believed the first part of the statent but not a word of the latter half.

"Daddy." Yangyang peeked out his little face at him. "If I go to school, and if soone asks who my dad is, what should I do? I can’t say it."

Fu Shihan was montarily stunned but listened as he continued, "Can I tell them who my mom is? Grandma said not to easily reveal that you’re my dad; otherwise, I could be taken away by bad people. What about mom? Can’t I say her na either?"

"You can." Fu Shihan nodded readily, "You can say her na whenever."

"Okay." Yangyang obediently nodded, and the father-son scheming alliance temporarily reached an agreent. "Then, I’ll go to kindergarten tomorrow."

Fu Shihan was satisfied and let him sleep while he himself went to the bathroom to freshen up before returning to his side. He gazed at his sleeping face, and involuntarily thought of Su Wanxin.

She had seen Yangyang twice now yet hadn’t recognized Yangyang’s identity. What expression would she have if she knew?

Su Wanxin’s aloofness always unsettled Fu Shihan, and all signs indicated she was reluctant to return to his side. If he couldn’t keep her, he wondered, could this child?

Mired in a whirlwind of thoughts, it took a long while before Fu Shihan finally made a decision.

...

The night passed, and in the early morning, Su Wanxin got up early, had breakfast in the restaurant, and then went to the eting room. She chose a spot with good lighting, sat down, and turned on her computer to familiarize herself with the operating system.

The anger from last night caused by Fu Shihan had not completely dissipated, so her expression was sowhat cold and stern.

As ti drew on, other people began to arrive, finding seats, and logging into their accounts to warm up.

At nine o’clock, the room was filled with a tense atmosphere.

Su Wanxin wore headphones, one computer screen rolling with real-ti updates on various news stories, the other displaying the trading system.

Twenty competitors, each with the sa amount of capital in their account. Five days later, the person whose account had the largest amount would win this competition. The thod of trading chosen for them by the organizers was foreign exchange trading.
