For the next five workdays, all contestants’ activities were limited to the 21st floor.

Computers had been prepared for them in the big conference room, cell phones were to be submitted, all contact with the outside world prohibited, and als were to be had in the restaurant on the sa floor, with very comprehensive facilities.

President Fu was generous. Rooms that cost thousands per night were provided for free. People from the sa company shared a room, while pairs like Su Wanxin, a man and a woman, each had their own room.

After the eting was dismissed, everyone returned to their rooms to rest. Dinner ti was from six to eight in the evening. Su Wanxin filled her belly early, then returned to her room to turn on the TV and computer, using these only available ans to obtain information from the outside world.

The computers had been tampered with by professionals, only able to access relevant data websites, unable to log into various applications and communicate with the outside world.

As Su Wanxin stayed busy, she couldn’t help but admire the thorough preparations made by Fu Shihan.

Ti slowly passed. At nine in the evening, Su Wanxin stretched lazily, feeling sowhat tired.

She climbed out of bed, entered the bathroom to take a shower, put on her pajamas, and got back into bed. Then, she heard a "beep" from the door—it was being opened from the outside.

Su Wanxin silently eyed the door and laughed when she saw Fu Shihan enter and close the door behind him.

"President Fu, this isn’t appropriate. If soone sees you, won’t I look like soone who got in through the back door?"

Fu Shihan was not in the mood for jokes. He ca over with a frown, unable to smoothe the anger in his heart.

The way he looked at her made Su Wanxin panic, uncomfortable, she tugged at the blanket on her, whispering, "What is it? Just say it."

"Have you been with Zhan Che all these days?"

"Yes," Su Wanxin naturally nodded, "He’s my boyfri..."

Before she could finish, Fu Shihan grabbed her by the wrist and pulled her up.

Su Wanxin bumped into his chest, her slender waist firmly encircled by his arms, unable to move.

She gasped for breath, listening to him speak with a cold voice. "This is my last reminder to you, if you don’t want him to die, don’t let hear such words again."

"Don’t you think you’re being too controlling?"

"Controlling? From today on, I will let you know what it ans to be really controlling." Fu Shihan scoffed, looking down at her, his eyes filled with shadows. "Also, if you disappear silently again next ti, I will lay my hands on Mu Suyu."

Su Wanxin’s body trembled, her emotions flaring up, "She is innocent!"

"It doesn’t matter. You know that for , so lives are not worth much." After Fu Shihan finished speaking, he let go of her. Watching her collapse onto the bed, he asked, "I guessed you would co today, so I specifically canceled an important overseas project acquisition eting to co back. Are you touched?"

"I dare not be moved."

Su Wanxin spoke the truth, sitting still on the bed.

Fu Shihan saw that she was sulking and smiled faintly. He towered over her, his gaze lingering on her slightly open collar, his eyes burning.

"If you keep tempting like this, I’m afraid I won’t be able to hold back."

Su Wanxin frowned, tried to contain herself, but failed to do so in the end. "You enter my room on your own initiative, and you say I’m tempting you?"

"This hotel belongs to , why can’t I co?"

His reasoning was so sound that Su Wanxin couldn’t argue.

Fu Shihan loosened his tie and sat down on the edge of the bed to watch her. Su Wanxin avoided eye contact, focusing on the television instead, and the room fell silent for a mont.

Seeing that she still ignored him, Fu Shihan raised his hand to turn off the television but was stopped by Su Wanxin.
