Su Wanxin closed her eyes to rest, ignoring him.

Suddenly, a gust of wind by her ear made Su Wanxin shiver involuntarily. She snapped her eyes open and reflexively turned her head, only to be pecked on the lips by soone.

"Don’t sleep yet, it’s still early." Fu Shihan spoke to her in a breathy voice, audible only to the two of them: "Tell what I’ve done again to upset my little ancestor?"

Su Wanxin’s lips were tightly pursed as she watched him warily.

"Looking at is useless, you’ll have to speak eventually after several hours."

Fu Shihan smirked as a reminder, and Su Wanxin raised her eyebrows: "Are you threatening ?"

"Of course not, I can barely keep up with trying to please you."

Su Wanxin thought that maybe if he just stayed far away from her, it would really be pleasing for her, but as she rolled her eyes, she caught a flight attendant not far away stealing glances in their direction, and she quickly changed her mind.

Su Wanxin lowered her eyelids, calming her emotions.

To be exact, she wasn’t angry, she was just uneasy.

Ever since the day she had a showdown with Qi Ran, her heart had been in turmoil. Especially seeing Qi Ran’s always solemn expression, she felt even more that she had made him unhappy, which left her conflicted and regretful.

She felt that she shouldn’t have spoken like that that day, or perhaps she shouldn’t have chosen that day to explain everything.

Her mind was a ss, and Fu Shihan ended up being her outlet, unfairly dragged into it.

"My mom is angry."

After a long silence, she finally spoke. Fu Shihan, puzzled, asked, "Did I cause it?"

"No, it was ," Su Wanxin confessed in a low voice. "She should have really liked the necklace you gave, it was who spoke wrong."

"What did you say?"

"I..." Su Wanxin hesitated, unable to continue. "Don’t ask anymore, I won’t tell you."

This response clearly indicated there was a problem, and upon hearing it, Fu Shihan imdiately pulled down the side curtain, making their space relatively private.

He unbuckled his seat belt, his deanor becoming assertively forceful.

"Tell what you said."

Knowing Su Wanxin couldn’t escape, he let her go. He firmly imprisoned her in his arms, his tone teasing yet serious.

"Did you tell her it’s or no one else, or did you accidentally let slip that you’re carrying my child again?"

"Who’s carrying your child?!"

"Sooner or later, you will," Fu Shihan asserted with confidence. "You think I’d be satisfied that easily, with just Yangyang?"

Life without a daughter is incomplete, so he knew he had to try harder.

"Shaless." Su Wanxin muttered scornfully, "I really should let everyone know what the CEO of Fu Group is like privately."

"If you’re willing to go public with our relationship, I definitely won’t object. Just as you wish, I’ll let them know what the self-discipline of a young and pretty man is."

Su Wanxin: "..."

After keeping a straight face for a mont, she couldn’t help but laugh. Seeing her finally smile, Fu Shihan breathed a sigh of relief.

"Good girl, talk to , so I can help you co up with a solution." He kissed her forehead, coaxing patiently.

"My mom asked to return the gift to you, but I convinced her to keep it."

Fu Shihan listened intently and asked, "Hmm, how did you manage that?"

"Just... just said there’s no need to return it, that you pursuing should co with so costs."

"That’s right," Fu Shihan nodded in agreent. "Anything else?"

"Yes." Su Wanxin clenched her teeth, her voice extrely, extrely soft, so soft that Fu Shihan almost couldn’t hear her. "I said I like you and want to be with you."
