Fu Shihan had taken advantage of Su Yao’s inattentiveness earlier to share a kiss with Su Wanxin, so he was quite satisfied.
Once he left, life returned to calm, and Su Wanxin only learned later from Su Yao that Fu Shihan had gone to the law firm to look for Qi Ran, and they had talked in the office for a long ti.
She hastily sent a ssage to Fu Shihan, asking what he and Qi Ran had talked about. After a while, she received a reply from Fu Shihan.
H: Didn’t talk much, just knelt and cried for a while, and she softened and agreed to let marry into her family.
Su Xiaopian: Do you think I would believe that?
H: If you don’t believe it, go ask Aunt Qi, ask if my sincerity is enough.
Unable to get a correct answer from him and daring not to approach Qi Ran, Su Wanxin could only put the matter aside. However, she was still preoccupied with another matter, that of returning to that restaurant to look for their photos.
At two in the afternoon, Su Wanxin arrived at the destination and after eating sothing, stood again in front of that wall.
She searched ticulously, ti slowly passing by until, when her eyes were almost sore, she found a pleasant surprise.
The photo looked like it was taken in a mont when they were caught off guard; Fu Shihan was holding her in his arms, using his hand to cover her eyes, his gaze stark and cold as he looked at the photographer.
The handwriting on the back of the photo was still Fu Shihan’s. It only had one sentence: Hurry up and turn 20.
Su Wanxin was stupefied for a mont, quickly understanding the aning of those words.
She smiled lightly, took the photo with her, and put it in her wallet, hiding it behind the photo she had found previously.
Su Wanxin dared not tell Fu Shihan about finding another photo, and neither did she dare ntion that sentence, fearing that he would pressure her into marriage.
Fu Shihan had been skipping work for a few days, and upon returning, was so busy that he naturally had no ti to pay attention to irrelevant matters outside.
Shen Xiaochen got divorced.
Although the news didn’t make the headlines, it was still a hot topic within the Imperial Capital’s business circles.
Everyone vaguely rembered how Ding Kai Ze had initially, out of unwavering devotion, entered into a relationship with Shen Xiaochen to save the Shen Family.
Everyone knew their relationship; one was lascivious, the other loved money.
Such a combination could actually last a long ti if no issues arose. But unexpectedly, it ended in just a year.
Ding Kai Ze, who once adored Shen Xiaochen, now despised her to the sa extent.
Since Ruida took the case, Su Yao also knew so of the inside story: "I heard that on the day they t to sign the divorce agreent, Shen Xiaochen cried her eyes out. She was especially reluctant!"
Su Wanxin was puzzled: "If she was reluctant, then why not just not divorce? How co they signed so quickly?"
"The Ding guy probably has sothing on her; anyway, he looked very confident. Now that they’re divorced, Shen didn’t gain any benefits at all."
Su Yao curled her lip, shrugging her shoulders.
"It seems Shen Xiaochen is pregnant, but Ding Kai Ze doesn’t acknowledge that the child is his, saying she ssed around outside. Anyway, the relationship is extrely bad now, both seemingly wishing they could kill the other."
After hearing this, Su Wanxin thought for a mont and scoffed, "At such a ti, to still confidently say that, it must indeed not be his. Didn’t you say that Ding Kai Ze has sothing on Shen Xiaochen? If I’m not wrong, it probably has sothing to do with infidelity."
"A dog-eat-dog situation; who can be sure Shen Xiaochen doesn’t have sothing on him?"
Getting a divorce isn’t so easy for the wealthy, so even though they are now divorced, Su Yao still thinks there will be more drama to watch in the future.
