Su Wanxin: "???"

Working?

Sure.

From president to employee, could anyone be more miserable than her?

No.

Dressed in a six-figure haute couture suit and wearing five-figure high heels, Su Wanxin faced the general manager emotionlessly, eye to eye.

Chen Lei looked at Su Wanxin, then glanced at Fu Shihan, not daring to make any hasty moves, and asked, "So what position is President Fu thinking of arranging for her?"

Fu Shihan looked over at the rows of desks in the distance, causing Su Wanxin’s heart to skip a beat. Fortunately, he still had so conscience and didn’t actually send her to do odd jobs as an analyst. Instead, he said a few words: "Foreign exchange trading."

After arranging work for Su Wanxin, Fu Shihan headed towards the president’s office. Su Wanxin stopped him, asking in a low voice, "Are you playing again?"

"If you don’t want to, you can leave."

Su Wanxin: "...Okay, I’ll do it. How long do you want to do it?"

"Until I’m satisfied." Fu Shihan grinned wickedly, "Once I’m satisfied, I’ll take you to see Yangyang."

Using her son to threaten her, Su Wanxin had nothing to say. She turned around and headed to the office area, resigned as she sat down and turned on the computer.

Fu Shihan, who had escorted Su Wanxin over in the morning, privately instructed Chen Lei before heading back to deal with company affairs.

Chen Lei watched Su Wanxin’s back from afar, his head aching at Fu Shihan’s words before leaving.

Fu Shihan said, you can order her around, but don’t bully her.

Despite being an Ivy League bright student, Chen Lei always thought his comprehension was decent, but he couldn’t make sense of Fu Shihan’s words today.

Isn’t ordering her around equivalent to bullying? He didn’t want to bully the girl, so why say you can order her around at will? Isn’t that contradictory and excessive!

The fact that Fu Shihan personally brought her and said such things ant she wasn’t an ordinary person. So even though Fu Shihan said he could order her around, Chen Lei dared not overstep.

He observed Su Wanxin covertly, initially thinking she would be a capricious rich girl or ss up the work and drag everyone down. Surprisingly, everything went smoothly for half the day.

Su Wanxin quickly got into the rhythm of work; set up by Fu Shihan, she had no outlet for her frustration except to imrse herself in work.

As evening approached and it was nearly ti to leave, Su Wanxin chatted leisurely with Mu Suyu on WeChat about what to eat, when suddenly a displeasing voice ca from behind—

"People who enter through the back door are indeed extraordinary, chatting and lounging during work hours. May I ask which school did you graduate from?"

Su Wanxin turned her head to see, it was an unfamiliar face. But upon closer inspection, it seed sowhat familiar.

After carefully recalling, Su Wanxin quickly rembered where she had seen this face. It was during the first banquet she attended upon arriving back, when she saw Fu Shihan and Shen Xiaochen; this woman had been standing behind Shen Xiaochen, likely a friend of hers.

Hearing her unfriendly tone, Su Wanxin smiled, continued staring at her computer, and didn’t respond.

Lin Shihan, seeing her aloof deanor, beca infuriated.

Su’s Fund was very strict in its hiring, only recruiting ten dostic undergraduates each year, and only from the top three universities. Lin Shihan’s qualifications were insufficient, but her father was a city Vice Mayor, and spent quite a bit of money to connect with Shen Family, managing to get Lin Shihan in.

"I’m talking to you! Are you deaf and can’t hear?" Lin Shihan raised her voice, "Walking through the back door so prominently, couldn’t be from so disreputable school, right?"

"HBS."

"What?" Lin Shihan was slightly taken aback.

"HBS, Harvard Business School, did you hear clearly this ti?"
