The phone hung up with a snap.

Lu Shifeng frowned and pondered for a mont. Nowadays, Mr. Lu wasn’t pleased with Su Xingyu at all. If he didn’t go back imdiately, who knew what asures the old man might take?

Well, it might as well be solved sooner; Su Xingyu should still hold on. If he returned overnight, he could make it back to the bedroom by dawn to feed her.

So he instructed the driver to prepare the car and headed to the old mansion.

In the villa of S City.

Su Xingyu’s hands were pulled high and cuffed to the headboard, her legs shackled tightly with steel chains, unable to move. A ball gag was stuffed in her mouth, making even swallowing saliva difficult. Staying in this position for a long ti, her gums ached as if they’d dislocate. She choked on her saliva several tis, unable to make a sound when she coughed, her chest heaving dramatically, almost causing her to pass out several tis.

Tears were already dried up.

She stared blankly out of the window, feeling as if her body floated in the air, unaware of how much ti had passed or when Lu Shifeng would return.

Her body was a bit cold, as the silk blanket Lu had covered her with in the morning had slipped off one corner, leaving half of her fair, delicate body exposed to the air, like a pitiful rabbit on a chopping board waiting to be slaughtered. She had acted like a little white rabbit for so long, timid and accommodating, always trying to not stir up trouble no matter what happened, only to receive such a cruel outco in return.

Lu Shifeng...

Her heart simred like an oil pan, turning over and over, chewing on those three words. She really didn’t understand what his heart was made of — was it truly heartless...?

In a delirious daze, her mouth parched dry, Lu Shifeng had installed an automatic feeder above the bed, like the one families use for pets when they’re out. He treated her like a pet rabbit, with the feeder dripping water into her gaping mouth every hour, flowing into her body regardless of her thirst or choking.

The feeder’s water dripped down again, slowly. At least he retained a faint sense of reason, having no intention to drown her with a fast flow. But she didn’t want to swallow those drops, didn’t want to truly beco his captive pet. The icy water slid down her throat, causing her to cough almost to the point of suffocation, only letting out sounds resembling a whimpering animal.

Suddenly, the bedroom door opened.

A woman walked in and closed the door.

"Such a miserable sight," she heard the woman say with a laugh, "Su Xingyu, I thought Shifeng loved you so much, but it turned out he just treats you like a plaything!"

She turned her head with difficulty and saw the woman standing by the bed was Zhuang Heng, her eyes widening slightly — how did Zhuang Heng get in here?!

"Surprised?" Zhuang Heng looked at her with contempt, smiling maliciously. "With Shifeng not around today, all I needed was a simple trick to get those stupid servants out of the way. Wasn’t it easy to co upstairs? Heh, Su Xingyu, but I must say you really surprised ... Look at your current state, Shifeng must still hate you for betraying him, still fuming, right?"

Su Xingyu whimpered twice with the ball gag in her mouth, looking at Zhuang Heng but unable to say anything. She desperately tried to curl her legs or pull tighter on the thin blanket that could not cover her body. Nearly half of her body was exposed to Zhuang Heng’s view, making her feel unusually ashad.

Watching her struggle desperately, Zhuang Heng laughed again, "I didn’t expect you to still have a sense of sha? But, in these tis, of what use is sha? Such good skin—"

Her ticulously crafted eyes swept over Su Xingyu’s delicate body with envy, on which were shallow rose-blood-colored bruises, hinting at what nights in this bedroom might have involved. Zhuang Heng couldn’t bear such implications, pinching Su Xingyu’s leg hard with her long fingernails until a large bruise instantly appeared.

Her touch was too harsh, causing Su Xingyu to groan in pain.

Unrelenting, Zhuang Heng pinched her several more tis until horrifying bruises covered her body, finally satisfying herself: "I’m really sorry, but seeing you makes want to abuse you. Now you must be wondering, won’t Shifeng find out when he returns and see what I’ve done? Hehehe..."

Her smile was sinister and terrifying.

Su Xingyu shuddered with fear as a vast terror surged in her heart. When a perpetrator doesn’t mind leaving evidence for the victim, it usually only ans one thing...

"From your expression, I surmise you’ve guessed?" Zhuang Heng smiled contentedly, "That’s right, after today, Su Xingyu, you will no longer exist in this world. I will kill you here. Don’t be afraid, and don’t get angry; you’re to bla for being so clever, enticing Shifeng to stay faithful despite everything, refusing to divorce you. I’ve tried every thod to separate you two, but none worked. You chose death, so I have no choice but to kill you, once and for all."

...Zhuang Heng really intended to kill her!

Su Xingyu lay cold-heartedly on the bedding, watching the woman approach step by step.

Zhuang Heng took a lighter from her pocket and lit it with a snap, the brilliant and peculiar flas leaping closer and closer to Su Xingyu’s face.

Su Xingyu desperately turned her head, trying to avoid the approaching flas. Her delicate, dazzling white skin could already feel the terrifying heat. But her hands and feet were shackled to the bed, and with her mouth gagged by Lu Shifeng earlier in the morning, she couldn’t utter a sound for help.

"Scared?" Zhuang Heng admired her desperate attempt to flee, laughing heartily, "Su Xingyu! You stole soone else’s man, so you should taste the feeling of being burned! In ancient tis, a bitch like you burning a hundred tis wouldn’t compensate for the shalessness! Hahaha Su Xingyu, today is your turn!"

As she laughed maniacally, she grabbed Su Xingyu’s long hair, holding it firmly in place as she brought the lighter against it, the scent of scorching flesh quickly filling the room.

Su Xingyu was in so much pain she nearly fainted, Zhuang Heng’s malicious face lood larger... and larger...

She tried with all her might to scream, but the ball gag blocked every sound, no matter how intensely she struggled, not a single sound escaped beyond the door.

Zhuang Heng finally took away the lighter, looking at her flesh rolling and scorched, half of her face hideously burned, feeling unsated: "A bitch like you deserves to be disfigured. How does it feel? Isn’t it exhilarating? With such an ugly face to enter hell, even King Yan wouldn’t welco you! Hahahahaha!"
