Teaming up with outsiders? Disrupting the lecture?
Su Xingyu tilted her head slightly, smiling faintly: "Miss Zhuang, isn’t this accusation a bit too much?"
Zhuang Heng’s voice was soft, with a hidden sharpness: "You know it’s a serious accusation, so why dare to do such a thing?"
"I didn’t." Su Xingyu said, she wasn’t about to foolishly let soone sar her in public, "Miss Zhuang, you’re the one who invited to the lecture to help. If it weren’t for your invitation, I wouldn’t even be here today, so how could I be deliberately disrupting it? And, well, Cang Er has been the editor-in-chief at Cloud for so many years; she’s got her own unique insights on photography. Do you really think just anyone can manipulate her?"
As soon as Su Xingyu spoke, many people in the audience nodded secretly.
In the fashion circle, Cang Er is famous for being a formidable woman—domineering, strong-willed, and unwavering. It’s true that not just anyone can direct her.
"Isn’t this Zhuang Heng getting anxious?" soone in the audience murmured, "Cang Er is targeting her, yet she insists on twisting it into Su Xingyu’s conspiracy."
"Even though Su Xingyu is Lu Shifeng’s girlfriend, Cang Er is soone with principles. Even if Lu Shifeng himself showed up, there’s no guarantee he could make her compromise her ethics to help soone."
"If Cang Er is willing to co, it surely ans one thing: she must really admire Su Xingyu’s set of photos."
"Exactly. Cang Er is renowned in the industry, and if she says Su Xingyu did better this ti, I’m siding with Su Xingyu too."
"Can’t you all be a bit more rational," soone else from the audience chid in, then raised their voice towards the stage, "Cang Er, you’ve been praising Su Xingyu’s photos for a while now. Why not show them to everyone? Fairness lies in the hearts of the people; compare them with Miss Zhuang’s photos, and everyone can see which is better."
"Yeah, yeah." many people agreed.
Cang Er smiled slightly.
On stage, Su Xingyu also smiled. The reason she agreed to help at Zhuang Heng’s lecture was this very mont.
Wasn’t Zhuang Heng intent on humiliating her at the lecture? In that case, she’d let Zhuang Heng taste what it’s like to face embarrassnt!
She gracefully lifted the microphone, her deanor like a princess: "If you want to see them, I have no objections, and I doubt Cang Er does either. The question is whether Miss Zhuang has any objections?"
All at once, every eye turned to Zhuang Heng.
Zhuang Heng didn’t look pleased: "Su Xingyu, don’t disrupt the lecture."
"This isn’t disruptive; it’s the will of the people." Su Xingyu pressed on, refusing to let Zhuang Heng brush it off with grand rhetoric at such a crucial mont. She directly aid the microphone at the audience, asking them, "Do you want to see my photos?"
"Want to see!"

Whether dia journalists or ordinary consurs, they all loved the spectacle.
Su Xingyu bead as she turned the microphone back, looking at Zhuang Heng: "Now, do you still have any objections? Or is it that deep down you know the photos aren’t as good as mine, so you don’t want to show them to everyone?"
Her word-by-word attack cornered Zhuang Heng, who was dressed in high-end attire, to a dead end.
In front of so many people, Zhuang Heng had to say: "What am I afraid of? We already compared once at Blade, and my photos received the promotional honor. Professional judges found superior to you, why would I fear these amateur opinions?" She paved her way out, noting that Blade’s last evaluation was professional while this one wasn’t, so even if she lost, it would rely be a case of the public lacking discernnt.
Su Xingyu, however, smiled: "Our Blade caras are sold to a wide range of consurs, not all of whom are experts. I actually believe their opinions matter more."
Many consurs in the audience were moved; Su Xingyu’s words were unassuming yet filled them with warmth and assurance.
Unlike Zhuang Heng, who seed aloof, Su Xingyu was approachable, always respectful towards ordinary people. This naturally made them feel more favorable towards her.
Zhuang Heng, on the other hand, was secretly furious. Su Xingyu’s simple words had directly put her at odds with the audience!
That vicious woman!
Typically unremarkable, but why are her words so sharp at critical monts?
What she didn’t know was that even an innocent rabbit would bite when cornered. Su Xingyu was like this little rabbit, pushed too hard by Lu Shifeng lately. With the deadline looming in a month, she had to show her fangs, decisively taking a harsh bite at Zhuang Heng.
"Show your set of photos." Zhuang Heng said.
The more you say, the more mistakes you make; saying less is better, and only by keeping it simple could she minimize the chance of giving people more leverage against her.
However, unbeknownst to her, this inadvertently beca further evidence of her aloofness, pushing many in the audience further towards Su Xingyu.
Su Xingyu smiled gently again and said, "Unfortunately, I didn’t bring the originals today. Cang Er, do you have an electronic copy with you?"
Cang Er also smiled. She was here today to support Su Xingyu, so how could she fumble at the critical mont? She said: "Though I didn’t bring the originals, it just so happens today is the pre-sale day for the annual edition of ’Cloud.’ Cloud’s official Weibo has published parts of the special edition to promote it, and I rember this set is among them."
Su Xingyu looked down and operated the computer on stage a few tis, quickly pulling up the official Weibo of ’Cloud.’

"Xia Ling and Ouyang Yi are models for Su Xingyu’s shoot, which features test photos for Blade’s new cara!" The audience was in an uproar. Xia Ling and Ouyang Yi were such sensational stars, a supre diva and a supermodel! They were so of the most dazzling figures in the entertainnt and fashion circles! For a photographer to land either of them as a model would be a remarkable fortune, yet Su Xingyu had both!
Indeed, both!
People quickly recalled that not long ago, Su Xingyu had shot an ad for MJ Fashion with Ouyang Yi, while the environntally thed photoshoot "Light" with Xia Ling was still making waves everywhere.
"This photographer is so lucky," a few photography journalists couldn’t help but feel jealous, "to work with such big-na stars again and again!"
"Xia Ling isn’t easy to get along with, and Ouyang Yi is said to be quite picky about work. If Su Xingyu managed to win their favor repeatedly, she must have her exceptional skills in her field!"
