Jin-Ho Kang had never known limitation. From the mont of his ascension, he had rewritten the very nature of existence, bending fate and destiny beneath his will. But as he crossed into the unknown, a realization settled upon him—this was no longer a realm he could control.
The void around him was neither abyss nor creation. It was beyond both, a space where even concepts struggled to exist. And yet, it welcod him, shifting and twisting in response to his presence.
For the first ti, Jin-Ho did not feel like a ruler. He was a wanderer now, an explorer of sothing greater than himself.
A figure erged from the shifting currents of the realm—not a being of flesh, nor of shadow, but a form woven from existence itself. Its voice resonated without sound.
You have crossed the threshold, Monarch of Shadows. Few have stepped here before, and none have remained unchanged.
Jin-Ho's golden eyes burned with curiosity. "Then they were weak."
The presence pulsed with sothing close to amusent. Strength is not asured in conquest alone. You stand at the edge of eternity. Do you seek to rule it, or to understand it?
Jin-Ho smirked. "I will do both."
The realm responded to his defiance, the currents of existence shifting, parting, revealing glimpses of sothing beyond even this space—worlds unseen, truths unfathomable. It was a place where even the gods he had defeated were nothing more than echoes.
And in that mont, Jin-Ho understood.
The power he had wielded before was vast, but it had been limited by definition. The abyss, the system, the wars—these were boundaries, rules he had unknowingly followed. But here, there were no rules.
Only possibilities.
The presence observed him. Then step forward, Shadow Monarch. If you wish to claim this place, you must first beco sothing beyond even yourself.
Jin-Ho did not hesitate. He took another step into the unknown, leaving behind the last remnants of what he had once been.
And the universe trembled at what he would beco.
