On the journey, Hei Huang recounted his experiences from the past year.

The place he was searching for, the land of extre yin, was this ancient relic, where the yin energy flowed endlessly, enough to absorb for years without depletion.

But after just over a year, cultivators started intruding.

Xu Hei knew what happened next; more and more people ca to this place, making it impossible for Hei Huang to ditate in peace.

"Damn it, I found this place first, and these humans are so unreasonable!"

Every ti this was ntioned, Hei Huang would grit his teeth in anger, wishing he could trick everyone.

Xu Hei just sneered without saying a word.

...

It wasn't long before they found the ditch Hei Huang had ntioned.

In ancient tis, this should have been a canal used for irrigating farmland, now long dried up.

The Earth God was stuck upside down in the ditch, with only a small tip protruding from the ground.

Xu Hei hurriedly dug a hole to pull the Earth God out.

Perhaps due to the infiltration of yin energy, the statue had turned black, and the smile on its face appeared sinister and eerie.

"Is this it?" Xu Hei asked.

"That's right, this thing can't be stored in a storage bag, so I had to bury it," Hei Huang replied.

Xu Hei was speechless; discovering a place of inheritance and thinking first to use it to trick people was sothing only Hei Huang could do.

"Why don't you activate the inheritance?"

"Why would I? I don't care about this inheritance. A friend of mine can casually create hundreds of them," Hei Huang said disdainfully.

Xu Hei's eyes flashed. "You said it."

He set the statue upright, climbed up, recalled the thods of Zhou Wendie and Xu Qingfeng, and flicked a drop of fresh blood, using the tip to touch the statue.

"By the way, this place of inheritance has a ti acceleration effect; one month outside is equivalent to a year of cultivation inside, and the spiritual qi is abundant," Xu Hei said softly.

Hearing this, Hei Huang's eyes lit up imdiately, and he ran over, rubbing his paws with a sheepish grin. "Why didn't you say so earlier!"

"Didn't you say you didn't care?"

"When did I say that? Don't slander !"

"…"

Xu Hei had nothing to say to this shaless dog.

"Buzz!"

In an instant, the statue emitted a powerful light.

Xu Hei was prepared, taking out a corpse pill to support a true essence barrier.

No matter how much true essence there was, as long as there was a trace, it wouldn't be rejected. Xu Hei had discovered this rule, which served as a threshold for accepting the inheritance.

Hei Huang reacted quickly, mimicking Xu Hei, and wasn't repelled.

As the halo spread, the Earth God's stiff body ca to life, his eyes gaining luster, just like the previous two activations.

The Earth God scanned the surroundings, confusion flashing in his eyes, and a deep voice erged: "Where is this?"

"Uh…" Xu Hei paused and said, "This is the Earth Temple."

"Yes, this is the Earth Temple."

Hei Huang nodded while filling the hole beside him with dirt.

The Earth God examined the surrounding environnt, initially bewildered, then turning to anger. Especially upon seeing a deep pit of the sa size as himself, though his face couldn't show expressions, his eyes seed to blaze with fury.

Xu Hei felt a chill, sensing sothing ominous.

"Hmph! This is outrageous, moving out and burying in the ground, what decorum is this!" the Earth God said angrily.

Xu Hei remained silent.

Hei Huang also stayed silent.

The Earth God looked around at the environnt, then at the large pit in the ditch, growing more and more furious: "Unbelievable! Absolutely unbelievable, you descendants are utterly disrespectful!"

Xu Hei said nothing.

Hei Huang was imdiately displeased, glaring and pointing at the Earth God: "Old man, we found the place of inheritance according to the rules, hurry up and activate it, don't be ungrateful!"

Hearing this, Xu Hei's face darkened.

Damn it, if you want to die, don't drag into it!

Xu Hei's eyelids twitched, and he transmitted his voice: "Isn't that a bit too much?"

"Maybe."

"You..." Xu Hei was speechless again.

The Earth God was so angry his face turned blue. As one of the guardians of the Five Elents Inheritance, even though he only retained a trace of ancient divine thought and couldn't take action, he wasn't soone these juniors could bully.

"Quickly send back!" the Earth God demanded.

Xu Hei looked troubled; the place was already exposed, and the Snake Catchers Sect might have sent people to seek revenge. How could he dare to return?

At this mont, the Earth God gazed at Xu Hei for a while, then suddenly focused, exclaiming, "What is your relationship with that white snake?"

"What?"

Xu Hei was bewildered.

He glanced at Hei Huang and found him equally perplexed.

"You two just stumbled upon this, but that white snake is a truly perceptive creature. She could understand the aning of the earth, but unfortunately, she wasn't interested in the earth inheritance. Otherwise, she would have been the most suitable inheritor."

The Earth God sighed deeply and continued, "That white snake ntioned that a black snake was more suitable than her, which must be you."

Upon hearing this, Xu Hei realized that Xu Bai had also been here and encountered the Earth God, being the first to find the earth inheritance.

Xu Bai carried many mysteries, always appearing in strange places.

He took out the jade slip Xu Bai had left behind, looked at it, and put it away.

"In that case, I can activate the inheritance space, but this place is not within the Earth Temple, deviating from the City Lord of Wuyou's original intent. Don't bla if problems arise!" the Earth God said.

"No problem!" Hei Huang spoke first.

The Earth God looked at Xu Hei and asked, "Inheritor, Xu Hei, do you wish to activate the inheritance?"

"Wait!"

Xu Hei suddenly thought of sothing and stopped him.

"Do you have sothing else?" the Earth God asked, puzzled.

Xu Hei took out an ancient spirit-replenishing pill, broke the seal, and swallowed it in one gulp. Then he closed his eyes, using the pill's abundant spiritual power to mobilize all the true qi in his body, concentrating it at his brow, and releasing it beside him.

"External Incarnation!"

With a thought, a shadow appeared beside Xu Hei, countless shadows overlapping, solidifying the ethereal image into an external incarnation.

This journey would allow him to ditate for a year, giving him ample ti to cultivate.

But he couldn't influence matters in the outside world, so he needed to leave so backup.

This ti, Xu Hei used all his true qi and half his blood essence, spending a day to condense an external incarnation with eighty percent of his original strength.

After forming the incarnation, Xu Hei was completely exhausted.

Seeing this, Hei Huang also ford a dog-shaped incarnation beside him.

Xu Hei and his incarnation exchanged glances, nodded at each other, and said, "Activate!"

"Alright!"

The Earth God declared loudly, "Five Elents Inheritance, Breath Soil, activate!"

As the words fell, the surrounding light distorted, space twisted, and ti beca chaotic. Xu Hei felt as if he were being drawn into an alternate space.

The world spun, light and shadow intertwined, as if traversing the galaxy.

Monts later.

Xu Hei's original form descended upon a barren land.

Dust filled the sky, the earth was a dull yellow, and the air was thick with earth-elent spiritual qi, dozens of tis more than the outside world.

Poplar trees, cacti, palms... various desert plants grew here, along with a pool of spiritual spring, adorning the landscape.

He lost contact with his incarnation.
