Morgana's face was dark. After all, demons rose to power through looting and plundering.
She knew banditry inside and out.
And the guy in front of her? He was clearly saying: everything on Demon One—hell, even the stuff on top of Demon One—now belonged to him.
Including her.
Damn that b*tch Keisha.
How the hell did she end up working with soone like him?
Wasn't she always putting on airs about being righteous, refusing to associate with intergalactic thieves?
Morgana chugged down more than half a bottle of wheat fruit juice in one go, her gaze sliding toward Yamanaka Shinno—whose presence was completely indistinguishable from that of an ordinary human, and who couldn't even be scanned by dark energy.
The mont she raised her glass, the sharpened tips of her demon wings whipped out behind her, aid straight for his heart!
Clang—!
The pointed wing tips—crafted from dark adamantine, the sa material used in Demon Claws—were intercepted by the sudden appearance of a spear's tip.
It was a copy of the Eternal Spear, Gungnir.
Material-wise, it was on par with any weapon forged from dark adamantine in the Super God Universe.
"You've seen the power gap, haven't you?"
Shinno's expression was one of utter exasperation.
His body was connected to an entire dinsion—on a theoretical level, his durability surpassed even Keisha's so-called divine form.
Even if dark adamantine could manage to scratch him, the injury would be instantly repaired by the dinsional energy coursing through his body.
But still—whether it's a dark adamantine blade or a toothpick, getting poked hurts!
"You already looted all my stash and now I can't even fight back?" Morgana hissed, retracting her wings in frustration. She began to wrestle with the bottle of wheat juice again.
"Of course you can," Shinno replied. "Just be ready to accept the consequences."
He raised his glass to his lips with his right hand while his left hand ford a sword seal in midair, wrist flicking deftly.
At her feet, a glowing magic circle began to flicker with sparks.
Before Morgana could react, an imnse weight—like gravity multiplied dozens of tis—slamd down on her, and she dropped straight into the circle.
Bang!
The magic circle vanished.
Her modified demon wings dropped unceremoniously to the floor.
Shinno lifted the restriction on a ten-kiloter radius around them using the Dinsional Engine. With a flick of his fingers, the wings were swept into the Primordial Cosmic Realm for parsing and analysis.
"Where'd she go?" Angel Yan asked, raising an eyebrow as she watched the dinsional teleportation spell activate.
Beside her, Angel Azhui sensed the dark energy lockdown lift and imdiately reconnected to the angelic dark energy comms channel, uploading everything that had just transpired.
The Queen of Demons, Morgana, reduced to a laughingstock—what a rare sight.
"She went bungee jumping."
"That Earth free-fall activity?"
"Sothing like that. Except the gravity's about a hundred tis stronger. No rope. Just free fall. Forever."
"Sounds fun."
"It's decent. Wanna try it?"
Shinno turned to look at Angel Yan.
Angels and demons were born with the ability to survive and fly in zero gravity environnts.
But a high-speed fall, stripped of flight...
Yeah, she probably hadn't experienced that before.
"Unlimited freedom is sothing demons chase. Angels prefer order."
Angel Yan smiled wryly and shook her head. "I'll pass. Let her enjoy it herself."
"That's fine too. Anyway, eat up. Later we'll go check on... Galactic Force."
Shinno paused as he said the na.
He looked at Yan's expression across the table.
If he rembered correctly, Keisha had tried to set up Angel Yan and Galactic Force after Yan landed on Earth and started negotiating with Super God Academy.
But at this point in the tiline, Yan had only just reached Earth's outer atmosphere.
And facing a sudden appearance from a dinsion-controlling creature like him... it wasn't likely Keisha had the ti for matchmaking.
Was this... altering destiny?
Or maybe...
"Why're you staring at ? Want to know about Galactic Force? I'll send the info directly. Just stop scanning my dark subspace. A girl needs so privacy."
Angel Yan sighed and facepald.
She'd scanned other people's dark subspaces before without thinking much of it.
But having her data casually read by a guy like this? It was... uncomfortable.
Like being stripped bare.
"I'm not. I fully respect your privacy."
"Really?"
"In terms of morality, I'm probably a notch above you."
Shinno raised an eyebrow, teasing her.
"Then... a toast to your lofty moral baseline, Your Excellency, Lord of the Primordial Cosmic Realm," she said with a smirk, lifting her glass and hiding her flushed cheeks behind it.
Not that she was snooping or anything!
It's just... not everyone tells angels the truth.
In her seven thousand years of life, she'd seen too many people lie—for pride, for benefit, to hide ugly truths.
Many naive angels had died because of such lies.
Rather than waste energy trying to tell truth from fiction, she preferred to trust the data she could pull from dark subspace.
...
And besides, it was usually faster and more accurate than asking questions.
"You really don't let anyone off easy, do you? Gotta tease even now," Shinno chuckled, tapping his glass against hers and downing the drink.
"From an angel's perspective, you're... quite a charming god. Wise, kind, generous... and honestly, kind of fun. I an that."
Yan laughed too, finishing her drink.
A Void God who treated ordinary villagers as equals and actively protected them.
Even if he didn't fully align with the ideals of justice and order, there was no way he was a bad guy.
( ̄y▽ ̄)~*~
Angel Azhui cupped her mouth, eyes sparkling as she watched Shinno interact with her big sis Yan.
The look on her face was one of pure gossip-loving glee.
She quietly uploaded the entire scene to the angelic comms network.
...
After clearing the last few skewers on the table, Shinno placed a gold bar under a stack of greasy plates.
With a thought, he used the Dinsional Engine to scan for Galactic Force's location inside Super God Academy.
A portal opened—glittering with crimson-gold sparks.
"Damn it! Shinno-sama! The dorm's on fire!"
Wearing nothing but a tank top and shorts, flip-flops dragging on the floor, holding a foot-washing basin—Galactic Force—raised the basin and hurled the water straight at the portal.
Sploosh—!
Shinno's face twitched.
"It's not on fire, you idiot! This is just..."
