"That looks way too painful."

Standing by the staircase railing, Mordo glanced down at Tony Stark's pitiful state and instantly understood what had gone down.

After all, they had been nearby when the Sorcerer Supre made that bet with Stark.

Even though they'd been engrossed in studying that high-tier arcane energy conversion thod, their senses weren't completely dulled to their surroundings.

The Virginity Seal—a forbidden enchantnt hailing from the East.

If it wasn't true love, the backlash would be sheer agony.

So now, Tony Stark had definitely confird that Pepper Potts loved him deeply, thanks to the enchantnt. But upon learning the truth, Pepper responded to his lack of trust in the only way she knew how: a devastating knee strike straight to the groin.

"There's no such thing as a wrong nickna—only the wrong na."

Yamanaka Shinno chuckled as he teased, the corner of his mouth twitching slightly.

He couldn't help but think of Kushina, the woman once dubbed the Red Habanero.

Only in front of him would she ever tuck away her explosive temper and act like an adorably sweet girl.

But if she were up against an enemy—or soone she just didn't like...

...

"Your Excellency, Sorcerer Supre—have we achieved our objective?"

Kaecilius, whose face had long since grown accustod to wearing a mask of cold detachnt, now showed a flicker of doubt.

The Sorcerer Supre had ntioned forming a partnership with S.H.I.E.L.D. to deal with the looming crisis, but after exchanging just a few words with Nick Fury, they hadn't discussed any actual terms or formal agreents. Not a single clause had been put on the table.

Was that really considered a partnership?

"Mhm. Much smoother than I expected."

Shinno nodded as he recalled Nick Fury's reaction and words, sighing internally at how sharp the man truly was.

Faced with a group of sorcerers he had so knowledge about, Fury didn't try to leverage the authority of the Council or pull out Captain Marvel as a trump card.

Instead, he imdiately lowered his stance to the bare minimum.

It was a clear ssage to Shinno:

S.H.I.E.L.D. wouldn't interfere with the sorcerers' actions—and might even offer so help, within reason.

And Shinno's parting remark? It wasn't just to warn Fury about internal problems within S.H.I.E.L.D.

It also subtly criticized the decision to have JARVIS—a privately developed civilian AI—manage sorcerer-related intel, implying that sorcerers would gradually erge into the public eye.

Did Nick Fury miss that subtext?

Hardly.

Never underestimate the intelligence of a top-tier agent—especially not the kind of agent who rose to beco Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. in a world filled with gods and monsters.

Fury had gotten the ssage loud and clear. Chances are, he'd already considered it before coming here.

That's why he didn't show any reaction.

...

"JARVIS, set up a new encrypted website. Domain na: wushilianng. All users must enter a userna and password to log in, with facial recognition and retina scan required."

"Sir, all related domains have been secured. Login system is in place. Shall I begin designing the website interface?"

"Just clone Facebook's layout for now. I'll copy it as we go."

Shinno rapidly began assembling the new forum, projecting a ntal illusion to present snippets of his mory in front of JARVIS's scanner for fast docuntation.

The site would require real-na registration. Only mbers who were already logged in could help register new users.

Maximum security to keep ordinary folks out.

With JARVIS—the most advanced AI around—handling backend managent, not only were they freeloading server space, but they were also safeguarding sensitive sorcerer data from falling into the wrong hands.

It was already 2011. Sorcerers still didn't have a proper online platform to communicate?

Unacceptable.

Once the forum was up and running, Shinno uploaded tons of basic magical knowledge from the trait mories linked to [Chaos God of Magic].

Under "Current Events," he posted videos of his recent lectures, along with news of the Ancient One's breakthrough into the [Chaos God of Magic] realm.

Frowning at the still-barebones forum layout, Shinno glanced at Kaecilius beside him, who was staring in confusion. With a sigh, he shook his head.

Forget it.

No point bothering people who still couldn't figure out smartphones.

"JARVIS, in my na, send text ssages to the sorcerers who attended my lectures in Kamar-Taj. Give each of them an account and have them upload the necessary information."

"Completed, sir. Any further instructions?"

"All the magical textbooks I uploaded earlier—break them down and optimize them according to my teaching format. Upload the detailed breakdowns as appendices to each spell in the forum's database."

"Parsing, optimizing, and indexing in progress. Estimated ti to completion: 12 hours."

"No rush. Take your ti."

As Wong, Mordo, and Kaecilius all took out their phones, Shinno turned his attention away from the forum and back to his personal system panel.

Rewards were piling up like fireworks at a festival.

After reviewing his options, Shinno decided to try the Random Associated Trait Extraction.

[Randomly extracted associated trait from 'Divine Word, Womb Awakens.' Congratulations! You've obtained the Purple Trait: "Hundred-Man Trial of No Return."]

Hundred-Man Trial of No Return (Purple): Lock in a specific reward, then select or randomly choose 100 individuals from the current planet with power levels not exceeding the trait owner. They will be sent into a survival trial arena. Modes: solo, duo, or squad (4-person). Victory earns the preset reward. (Note: The trial arena generates copies. Death is not real death.)

"…Is this how gods pick their top-tier lackeys—I an, devoted followers?"

Shinno stroked his chin, thinking.

The link to [Divine Word, Womb Awakens] made sense. Both traits involved making others fight while the trait owner watched.

One hundred contenders, all thrown into a simulated battleground?

It was basically Battle Royale: Divine Edition.

Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, Pepper Potts, Black Widow...

A full-on chaotic free-for-all?

Actually... that sounded kinda fun.

Only problem: you had to pre-select a reward to activate the trait.

He wondered if the knockoff weapons he'd copied using [Lord of Primordial Realms] could be used as prizes.

"System, activate [Hundred-Man Trial of No Return]."

As soon as Shinno gave the command, the trait was activated.

A flood of information poured into his mind. Four specialized zones were now bound to him:

Desert, Snowfield, Tropical Island, Rainforest.

Then he discovered sothing even more interesting—the trial reward could even be selected from inactive traits.

The corners of his mouth curled into a mischievous grin.

What if he used things like [Overti Aunt Flo] or [Silk Enthusiast] as prizes?

Imagine a champion winning the whole battle—only to end up cramping for days...

That would wreck their ntal state for sure.

[Detected synergy between Purple Traits 'Divine Word, Womb Awakens' and 'Hundred-Man Trial of No Return.' Begin fusion?]

"Do it."

[Fusion complete. Congratulations! You've obtained the Red Trait: "Divine Word, Womb Awakens."]

Divine Word, Womb Awakens (Red): Select or randomly choose up to 100 individuals from the current planet whose power is no more than 10x the trait owner's. Send them into a designated trial zone. The trait owner may adjust participants' power by up to 20%. Modes: solo, duo, squad. Choose between simulation mode or real mode (death in real mode is permanent). Winners receive a prize determined by the trait owner after the trial concludes.

"So... the winner gets chosen first, and then I decide the prize?"

Shinno raised an eyebrow.

What started as a straight-up 1v1 man-fight had now evolved into an all-out brawl, complete with dynamic difficulty scaling.

A divine reality show, complete with life-or-death stakes.

And this was a Red trait?

Talk about overpowered!
