A fire broke out in a tavern’s room. A naked man jumped out of the top-floor window while he was on fire. He tumbled to the ground and pulled out a fire-warding talisman to remove the fla, but it didn’t work.
As for the person in fla, he was none other than Pei Guihong.
Fu Tong raised his head to look. He was about to move, but the heart of the array glued him on the spot.
The array specified Pei Guihong as a target. In exchange for the effect, it required him to keep touching the written pattern on the ground, or the array would be disabled.
anwhile, a cultivator busted into Pei Guihong’s burning room and found the missing young woman lying unconscious.
