"Watch out!" I scread in horror.
However, Christian was already expecting this. He quickly reached out and covered my eyes, and the next mont I heard a gunshot.
I felt my face pale. I couldn’t see what happened, but my only comfort was that Christian’s hand was still covering my eyes.
A brief mont later, I heard Christian’s voice.
"I’m going to keep your eyes covered as I carry you out of the room. Is that okay?"
"Yes, of course. Are you okay, Christian? Did you get hurt?" I asked, worried that he may have gotten shot.
"Don’t worry. I’m okay," he gently replied, keeping his hands over my eyes.
The next mont, I felt him lift off the bed along with the blanket. By the ti he uncovered my eyes, we were already in the hallway.
I looked up at him, checking to see if he was injured in any way, but thankfully, he seed fine.
"Christian--"
Suddenly, a wave of heat spread throughout my body, striking like a bolt of lightning.
"Leslie? What’s wrong?"
"Christian... I feel strange. I’ve been drugged," I said, trying to suppress the rising heat in my body.
Christian’s brow furrowed as he looked at . "It looks like the sa type of drug your sister drugged with. Would you like to bring you to the hospital?"
I shook my head, "No. I don’t want to go there."
He frowned but nodded. "Okay. I’ll bring you to my place for now. I don’t want to take you ho after what they did to you. There’s also sothing I want to talk to you about."
I raised my head and nodded. "Christian, there’s so much I want to say. You were right this whole ti--"
Just as I finished speaking, another wave of heat spread through . I was slowly beginning to feel very hot and uncomfortable.
"Shh. We will talk later. Just rest right now, we’ll be at my place shortly," said Christian, gently patting on my back.
The area where his hand touched felt like it was on fire, but I wanted more.
Christian increased his pace, jogging through the hallway. Once we entered the elevator, he adjusted the blanket so that it covered my face. I appreciated the gesture, but right now, the only thing on my mind was trying to figure out how I could cool down.
He carried through the lobby and straight into a black car that was parked outside.
"Here, hold on. We’ll be ho soon," he said as he buckled in and walked over to the driver’s side.
The second I sat down, I imdiately reached for the AC in the car, turning it as low as it could go.
"Christian, I’m burning alive," I said, hoping that he would know how to cool down.
"I know, princess. I’ll help you as soon as we’re ho."
Princess?
He hadn’t called that in so long... But it caused the fire to only intensify inside of . My hands subconsciously reached over to touch him, and to my surprise, he felt so cool to the touch, so comfortable.
"Just hang tight, almost there."
He pulled out his phone from his pocket and dialed a number.
"Hey. I need you to do sothing for . It’s urgent. Go check on room 414 at Seven Moon’s hotel. It’s fine, just bring a few people with you. Also, settle things with the hotel managent," he said before hanging up the phone.
Using the last bits of my rationality, I looked up at him.
He’s so handso...
I shook my head, "Is everything okay? Karl...is he..."
"Everything is okay," Christian said, flashing a small smile. "I’ll take care of everything. You don’t need to worry. I’m here now, leave it to ."
His words were incredibly comforting. It was exactly this sense of comfort and safety that I missed so much.
It was only then did I realized that both of my hands were exploring his body.
"Oh. I’m sorry. It’s just that you feel so cool..." I said, pulling back reluctantly.
Christian kept his eyes on the road by shaking his head. "Don’t worry about it. Do as you like, I understand what you’re going through... it’s just... I’m unsure how to handle what will co next..."
"Next?" I asked.
I was slowly peeling away as much of the blanket as I could without fully exposing myself. It was only getting hotter by the second, and I felt like I didn’t get sowhere cooler, I would lt into a puddle.
Christian hesitated on how to reply. "Let’s just say that when the heat subsides, the aphrodisiac sets in. Your family doctor told not to hold back..."
A mix of excitent and shyness caused to blush. I understood what he was saying. I didn’t need an aphrodisiac to know that I’ve been craving his touch for a while now. So many sleepless nights of fantasizing about him as I pleasured myself...
But now, I didn’t know what to say. We still haven’t talked things through, and I wasn’t sure how he felt about ...
"Ah--"
I let out a small groan that mildly resembled a moan. My body was on fire. It was all-consuming and uncomfortable.
"We’re here. I’ll carry you up," said Christian, parking the car right in front of his villa.
As soon as he walked around to my side of the car, I took the initiative and wrapped my arms around his neck, uncaring that the blanket had fallen off .
Christian stiffened slightly, but allowed to do as I pleased. His skin felt so comfortable that I pushed my body as closely against his as I could. The only issue was that his shirt was preventing from feeling the blissful coolness of his chest.
I need to feel more.
As Christian carried inside, I battled with his shirt, doing my best to unbutton it, but the way I was positioned made it nearly impossible.
"Here. Let run you a cold shower; it helped ."
But the mont he placed down on the floor of his opulent bathroom, I gripped my fingers along his shirt and ripped it apart. Nearly all of the buttons ca flying off, and the button-up shirt finally flung open, exposing Christian’s broad chest.
He was slightly startled by my actions, but I could no longer hold out. In a few swift movents, I pulled the shirt completely off him and jumped up to wrap myself around him.
Imdiately, the burning sensation on my skin began to cool off. It was like he was made from a block of ice that couldn’t lt.
The next mont, I felt Christian wrap his arms around , lifting off the ground.
"Feeling better? You have a smile on your face."
I nodded, "Yes, you feel so cool and comfortable," I said, burying my head into his shoulder.
