Back then, Jamie was too shocked to investigate whether it was his child or not.
He just took Ellen’s words for it.
Technology was so advanced that Ellen couldn’t lie to Jamie without him finding it out.
Therefore, Jamie accepted the fact that he had lost a child.
However, what the doctor said yesterday made him question it. He imdiately sent soone to check on the doctor who perford the abortion surgery.
What Jamie found out made his jaw drop.
The doctor suddenly felt dizzy and asked the assistant to do it for him as he thought it was a minor operation.
The operation went well, but it was not done by that doctor.
Therefore, if soone was up to no good, they had the opportunity.
Jamie went to look for the assistant only to find that she had long disappeared. Before her immigration, evidence suggested that she turned rich overnight and showed off her wealth.
This ant that she had been bribed.
Jamie still found the matter strange.
Ellen was in the late stage of pregnancy which allowed her to get a cesarean section. The doctor back then confird that she had taken the drug to abort. Why was it that the doctor now said Ellen had a c-section five years ago?
Judging by the ti, Jamie believed she couldn’t be pregnant with soone else’s child.
There was only one possibility. Ellen secretly gave birth to the child.
Jamie grabbed Ellen’s collar, giving her no chance to think. He asked, "Ellen, where are you hiding my child?"
Hearing his harsh voice, Ellen was stunned for a mont.

The loud sound indicated how much force Ellen used.
Jamie’s features contorted due to the impact.

"How dare you talk about that child? Yes, I didn’t have an abortion." Ellen bellowed.
Ellen admitted.
She bribed the assistant and secretly kept the child.
She did it because when the doctor was about to do the operation, the assistant said, "This child is healthy. We can save him."
Hearing this, Ellen held her hand tightly and said to her with difficulty, "800 thousand dollars. Keep the child for !"
Ellen gave the assistant Starry Sky, a diamond that Chris had given her as a coming-of-age gift.
Tempted and reluctant to see a child being lost, the assistant did what Ellen told her to do.

"Jamie, did you forget how seriously ill I was? That baby was eight months old when my condition worsened. I had no choice but to choose a c-section. However, the baby was too weak. He did not develop well in my womb and died after a week in the thermal container!"
Jamie’s face fell.
The eight-month-old baby didn’t survive. How could it be?
Ellen sneered, "Would the baby have died if you hadn’t doubted and tortured ?"
Jamie pursed his lips and couldn’t say anything.
"So, what do you want to prove?"
Ellen ruthlessly mocked him, "That you are a heartless killer who murders his own child?"
After a long silence, Jamie said, "No, I didn’t an it."
He wanted to say that he did not want to kill the baby.
He even dread of a life with a child.
The tragic death of his parents made Jamie very resistant to getting married and having children.
He thought of being single for his whole life.
Jamie did not want to pass his misfortune on to his child. He was a dark and ruthless man who would never be a good father.
But Jamie was a bit expectant when knowing Ellen had his baby.
His hope was shattered by the woman’s sneer.
"Jamie, your son died because of you. You live up to your na!"
Jamie’s hands fell beside his body. He had to admit that Ellen was skilled at controlling his emotions.
The enemies who shared the sa fate knew each other very well.
After a long ti, Jamie suddenly said hoarsely, "Just a baby. We can have another one."
Hearing this, Ellen trembled and raised her hand again to give him a hard slap. But Jamie grabbed her hand.
Seeing her pale face and dry lips, Jamie softened a bit. "If you like babies, we can have another one. But now, the most important thing is to take care of yourself."

After resting for another week, Ellen asked to be discharged from the hospital.
When Jamie asked the doctor about his opinion, the doctor answered tactfully as he thought of how the last doctor was expelled.
"The patient needs to rest more when she goes ho. Take good care of her."
This was much more pleasant.
Jamie asked calmly, "How long will it take before she can stop taking dicine?"
The doctor said, "Three to five months. She can co to the hospital every month for a check-up."
Jamie nodded and asked Jack to get the dicine. He went back to the ward.
Ellen didn’t have many things to pack. When she was hospitalized, she didn’t bring anything. Jamie got everything for her.
Jamie turned to look at her and asked, "Where do you want to stay? Oasis Apartnt or the villa you visited last ti?"
Ellen clenched her fists as if cold water poured down on her. She couldn’t speak for a long ti.
Both places were like a prison for her.
"Can’t I go ho?" she asked after a long ti.
"Your conditions don’t permit. If you stay with , I can ask soone to take care of you." Jamie smiled gently as if he was laughing at her innocence.
This was a request in disguise. Ellen would be dumb if she didn’t understand it.
Jamie was determined to trap her in his house. She had no right to refuse.
Ellen looked down as if she was resigned to her fate. "Then I will be back tomorrow night. I will pack up tonight."
"What is there to pack up? I will ask soone to do it for you."
Jamie did not want Ellen to do hard work. After all, she hadn’t recovered yet.
Unexpectedly, Ellen lost her temper.
She suddenly turned around and stared at him with her watery eyes. "Jamie, do you need to be so overbearing to keep by your side? Do you know how it feels? I feel like a beast raised by you. I don’t deserve to have my thoughts."
Jamie pursed his lips gloomily. "That’s not what I an."
"Then what do you an?"
Ellen’s eyes were brimming with tears. Feeling embarrassed, she wiped the tears from the corners of her eyes and said in a muffled voice, "I promise to listen to you, but I just want a night alone. Why don’t you let have it? Are you treating with the respect that I deserve?"
If she insisted that she wanted to go back, Jamie, as suspicious as he was, would not allow her.
But now her eyes were filled with tears, and her fair skin aroused Jamie’s guilt. Everyone who saw her would let their guard down.
Jamie frowned, and his voice softened. "I didn’t say you couldn’t go back. Then tomorrow night, I will pick you up."
For the first ti, he made a compromise.
"Let’s go. I’ll send you back."
Jamie ca over to hold her shoulder. But Ellen dodged as she was still pissed off.
"You don’t want to leave?"
Jamie grinned. He bent down, picked her up, and walked out of the ward.
Ellen was so scared that she wrapped her arms around the man’s neck and said angrily, "What the hell! Jamie, put down."
Jamie was in a good mood. He asked, chuckling, "Didn’t you say that you don’t want to walk?"
"I didn’t say it."
Ellen suddenly stopped.
Jamie looked up. Across the corridor, Kenyon was sitting in a wheelchair, expressionless. Soone was taking him to do a check-up.
As if feeling the gaze, Kenyon turned around and glanced at them.
However, the gaze didn’t fall on Jamie, but on the woman in his arms.
Jamie caught the woman looking back at Kenyon when he looked down.
Jamie felt extrely jealous even if Kenyon and Ellen exchanged a look and said nothing to each other.
"Who are you looking at?" he said coldly.
"No one." Ellen looked away, but her stiffness was still noticed by Jamie.
In the past, the only man she admired was Jamie.
But due to misunderstanding, they would never get together.
Ellen was staring down at her shoes. Although she looked away, she could still feel Kenyon’s gaze.
It made her feel ashad.
She was glad that Kenyon couldn’t hear their moans because of the thick glass.
Ellen knew this was just self-deception. Kenyon knew very well that she was forced to have sex with that demon.
Soon, Kenyon disappeared from their sight.
Jamie was tortured by jealousy. He quickly stepped out of the elevator silently and carried Ellen into the car.
The mont he put Ellen into the passenger seat, he pressed down on her lips and bit them with anger.
"Oh."
The sudden intrusion made it hard for Ellen to breathe.
Her mouth was blocked. As she couldn’t breathe properly, Ellen was suffocating and painful.
She pushed Jamie away but was overpowered by the domineering man. The disparity between the two was too great.
As Ellen could not resist, she reached out to scratch his face. Her nails, which hadn’t been manicured for half a month, left a long scratch on his cheek.
The pain brought the man back to reality. He pinched her chin and said angrily, "Why were you looking at him? Haven’t you learned anything from that day? Or do you want to teach him another lesson?"
Ellen’s lips were bleeding from his bite. It hurt at the slightest move.
"Jamie, you are overthinking."
She wiped the blood and ridiculed herself, "A dirty woman like is not worthy of a good man like him."
Her voice was soft. But one could tell the sense of inferiority and contempt in it.
This made Jamie even more furious.
Dirty?
Was it because Ellen slept with him?
Just as Jamie was about to lose control, Ellen pulled his tie tightly, drew close to him, and leaned to his ear. "That’s right. You’re so dirty. I’m no longer clean because of you. Now..."
Ellen aid at his neck and fiercely bit his sexy and bulging Adam’s apple.
Then, she wiped her mouth and said disdainfully, "We are both dirty."
The simple action easily cald the man’s anger.
To handle a unique man like Jamie, one had to use extraordinary thods.
His Adam’s apple moved, and he suddenly chuckled. "Isn’t this good? We are a perfect match."
Then, the man placed one knee on her seat, between her legs. The other leg stretched out of the car.
He held her face, bent forward, and kissed her passionately. It was much gentler than the last ti as if he was exploring her body.
Just like this, in the parking lot, in the open air, Jamie wanted her so much that he didn’t even close the car door.
