Chapter 2: Chapter 2: No Waiting for the Outdated (2)

However, she lingered for an extra glance, which was why she got so drenched. That extra look had turned her into a soaking wet ss.

It’s a real killer.

In this season, it’s easy to catch a cold or get sick from being soaked like this.

Ailin Ferguson was the female boss of Flomoon Tea House, and she was now 30 years old, single.

Her motto was that if soone could make her fall in love at first sight and want to give her all to them, then she would marry them.

However, she had yet to et a man who made her feel willing to devote everything to them in her life.

The na Tea House was derived from a particularly romantic idiom, the four charms of nature: wind, flowers, snow, and moon.

Her na was Ailin, so her tea house was nad Flomoon.

“Ailin, there is still a custor upstairs. She says she’s waiting for soone but promises to leave when we close at 10:30.” Lily Clark, who had just taken $100 from Carolline Ruiz, ca over and spoke to Ailin, “This is the money she gave. She’s been sitting here for over four hours already.”

“What did she order?” Ailin asked casually as she wiped her head with a dry towel.

“A pot of Biluochun green tea and a pot of jasmine flower tea.”

“Did she pay the bill?”

“Yes.”

“Then what’s this one hundred dollars for?” Ailin’s voice beca a little unpleasant.

Her principle was that from 9:30 am to 10:30 pm, even if you ca to her Tea House at 9:30 and ordered a $30 pot of tea, you had the right to sit for the entire day and enjoy free refills of hot water.

Because you were the custor, you were her, Ailin’s, god, and the god of the waiters in her Tea House.

“I’m sorry, I’ll return it right away.” Lily’s face flushed hotly, and she imdiately turned around to go back upstairs, feeling guilty.

On her first day at the Tea House, Ailin had personally trained them not to accept tips from custors for sitting too long or refilling too much hot water.

However, if custors wanted to give a tip because of their satisfaction with the service, she would not prohibit it.

But Lily’s tone just now clearly showed her dissatisfaction with the custor staying for too long, resulting in her charging an extra one hundred dollars.

Of course, it had to be returned.

At 10:20, the Maybach’s back door outside finally opened.

Bryan Hawkins walked in with his tall and long-legged figure. Ailin turned her head, and when she saw Bryan’s face, she couldn’t help but look down at his long legs. She was sowhat startled, “You, you—”

“…” Bryan’s mouth twitched slightly in a mocking smirk, and then he walked past her, heading straight for the second floor.

“Wait, Mr. Hawkins, our Tea House is closed.” Fortunately, Bryan hadn’t gone upstairs yet, so Ailin ca to her senses, ran after him, and stopped him.

“I know, I’m here to pick soone up.” Bryan replied indifferently, not even bothering to turn, and then continued up the stairs, turning left, his figure disappearing from Ailin’s sight.

Ailin hesitated for a mont, grabbed her bag, and walked towards her private resting room. She took out her phone and dialed a number, but no one answered after a long wait.

Ailin cursed softly, and when she ran out again, only Lily was cleaning up the tea house. Seeing Ailin’s slightly pale face, she hesitated for a mont before explaining, “Ailin, I gave the money back, but the custor didn’t want it.”

“Where’s the custor?” Ailin asked, wanting to know if Bryan was still upstairs or not.

“She left, soone picked her up.” Lily looked confused, not understanding what Ailin was focusing on at this mont.

Ailin didn’t ask further. Since she had only gone inside for a few minutes, they shouldn’t have gone far. She rushed to the door and looked out. The rain had gotten a little lighter, but there was no sign of anyone, and the Maybach outside had disappeared.
