Chapter 134: Chapter 134: Overnight in the Villa (6)

This ti when Bryan Hawkins went to G Country, Carolline Ruiz did not calculate the ti. Regardless of whether ti went by fast or slow, she just lived her life well and didn’t think about when Bryan Hawkins would return.

Carolline Ruiz’s job performance was excellent. This ti, because of staff job position adjustnts, the hospital had several more staff dormitories available. Among her group of new cors, she and Avery Graham were the ones who got spots in the dorms.

When asked if they wanted the dorms, Avery Graham definitely wanted it. She was currently living further away from the hospital. Although this dormitory was not inside the hospital, it was just separated by a wall. She could sleep in more in the future, so naturally, she wanted it.

What Avery Graham didn’t expect was that Carolline Ruiz, who already lived on hospital grounds, also wanted it. Of course, she understood Carolline. The relationship between parents and children, no matter how good it appeared on the outside, each family had its own difficulties. Living together for a long ti would always cause friction of so sort.

It would be good to live in a single dormitory. She’d been wanting to get a single dormitory for a while and separate from her family. Occasionally, when she had a day off, she could get together with her family, which would make their family relationship better.

Carolline Ruiz didn’t even consult with Henry Ruiz and just agreed. She was an adult now, and she could make so decisions on her own. For the first ti, she made a decision without seeking approval.

After work and at dinner, she calmly told Henry Ruiz and Emily Hill about this. “Dad, mom, I got a spot in the dormitory provided by the hospital. I want to move in there.”

“Hmm, that’s good. It’s not bad to live on your own,” Henry Ruiz naturally agreed. As the child grew up, she should have her own private space, and he didn’t think there was anything wrong with that.

“What do you an ‘it’s not bad’? Carolline, is it uncomfortable living at ho?” Emily Hill knew Carolline had been upset with her recently, but she hadn’t thought that Carolline would move out because of that.

If it really was about a man that caused such a rift between mother and daughter, Emily Hill would feel hurt.

“It has nothing to do with comfort, mom. As dad said, I’m twenty years old. I must learn to live on my own eventually and not depend on you guys forever,” Carolline explained.

Everyone knew that this explanation would not do and was just a cover-up for Emily Hill.

“… Fine, you can do whatever you want,” Emily Hill compromised. On the matter of whether or not to move out, she could compromise. As long as Carolline and Bryan Hawkins could stop being in contact in the future, that would be fine.

Once this matter was over, she would slowly explain to Carolline. She believed that Carolline was soone who could listen to reason.

“Thank you, mom.”

Next, Carolline began moving. She brought bedding and other essentials from ho and bought so simple cooking stuff from the supermarket, which Emily Hill accompanied her to.

She also bought so pots, dishes, and utensils. With Emily Hill’s help, the single apartnt was decorated and really felt like a ho.

“When you want to co ho for dinner, just co back, okay?” Emily Hill said to Carolline.

“Okay, I know,” Carolline nodded her agreent. There was no significant barrier between the mother and daughter, especially after Carolline understood that the problem between her and Bryan Hawkins had nothing to do with her mom. She had completely stopped resenting Emily Hill’s attitude towards Bryan Hawkins at the ti.

The reason she wanted to move out and live on her own was that she wanted more private space on her own. When she was sad and wanted to cry, she could just cry without having to worry about her parents being in the next room and enduring it.
