Li Qingcang took Ye Tianxin’s hand and walked towards Xie Xuning. The two n were now at odds with each other.
Xie Xuning saw their hands intertwined. He sighed, suppressing the irritation in his heart.
“Sit here.”
The four of them sat down at the stone table, and Uncle He motioned for the servant to serve tea.
Ye Tianxin and Li Xingchen had two cups of herbal tea, while Xie Xuning and Li Qingcang had two cups of tieguanyin.
“Tianxin, this is Li Xingchen, your cousin Xie Xinghe’s wife and Li Qingcang’s sister. I invited her today to help prepare the banquet.”
A little surprised, Ye Tianxin looked at Xie Xuning with wide eyes and asked, “Dad, what banquet?”
“We’re having a banquet to officially introduce you as my daughter. I can’t keep hiding you here in Lang Garden. It just so happened that ever since Lang Garden was renovated, I have never held a banquet here. I don’t know much about holding a banquet, so I asked your sister-in-law to co and help.”
