Christopher returned to the company not long after, and Lucas King entered with a sowhat awkward and cautious expression.
He glanced at him and said, "If you have sothing to say, then say it."
Lucas then placed his smartphone in front of him. "President Hart, this has just exploded online. Please take a look."
Christopher put down his docunts and picked up the smartphone. He had only glanced at it a few tis when his brows furrowed deeply.
"Utter nonsense."
It was so rubbish written by a so-called magazine journalist.
The article claid that the mighty President of Seal-Cloud Corporation had failed in his courtship, throwing large sums of money as a "bribe" for a lady’s favor, only to be publicly rejected, causing him great embarrassnt.
It also said that the recently liberated President of Seal-Cloud couldn’t wait to be surrounded by won.
On one hand, he was passionately involved with a popular young actress, and on the other, he was also pursuing the Fashion Queen — a true playboy casting his net far and wide.
In addition to making fun of Christopher, the article devoted quite a bit of space to gossip about Clarke Norton, the chief jewelry designer of "Venus," and her ambiguous relationship with Kane, the foreign boss of "Venus."
It concluded that the reason Lady Norton had rejected President Hart was that she had already moved from being business partners with Kane to being lovers.
And thus, she was unwilling to beco the stepmother to President Hart’s daughter.
It also revealed that Kane’s background was incredibly mysterious, as no information about him could be found. However, according to the long-standing secretive tracking by the paparazzi, it seed he might have been married before.
Since he was often accompanied by two children.
So, the question worth exploring was why, if both situations involved playing the role of stepmother to soone else’s children, she would choose a foreigner over the national heartthrob, Christopher?

There were photos of Alia Garcia commuting to and from work, her sharing a laugh with Kane at a press conference, Kane giving her flowers and their faces close together in a kiss, and even a snapshot of Christopher with Alia — as well as images of Kane out and about with the children.
Aside from a few photos that were close enough to see clearly,
most of the pictures were quite blurry, and the piecing together made it even harder to discern.
Christopher verbally dismissed it as "utter nonsense," yet his eyes couldn’t help but consu all the content.
Seeing his stern expression, Lucas cautiously asked, "President Hart, shall I find out this person’s identity and send him a cease and desist imdiately?"
"No." Christopher stared at the smartphone, his gaze fixated on the image of Kane with the young boy.
Seeing his refusal, Lucas was taken aback, "President Hart?"
"Find this paparazzi for ."
Lucas was shocked. "President Hart, this— such trash isn’t worth your personal attention."
He thought his boss wanted to personally teach this reckless guy who dared tarnish his reputation a lesson.
Christopher set down the smartphone and looked up at him, "If I told you to find him, just do it. Stop wasting words!"
"Yes, sir. I’ll get right on it—"
Lucas grabbed the smartphone, turned, and started to leave.
"Wait—"
"What else do you need, President Hart?"
"Replace the bodyguards following Alia Garcia. They’ve been tracked by the gossip hounds for so long without noticing. They’re utterly useless!" Christopher was extrely displeased.
Lucas nodded, "Yes, I’ll arrange for so people with stronger abilities right away."
"Go ahead."
With that, Lucas left, and Christopher picked up his docunts again. But after a silent mont, he put them down, his brow furrowed in thought.
Those two young boys with Kane, why did they look a bit familiar?
And previous investigations hadn’t revealed that he was ever married.
If he had illegitimate children, and that woman was still entangled with him, it would be infuriating!

Alia was confused, "Gossip? What do you an?"
"I sent it to you on WhatsApp, check it out quickly."
After the call, Alia logged into WhatsApp and opened the link her best friend had sent her.
She was utterly shocked!!!
She had no idea that the paparazzi had been tracking her for so long!
And they had taken so many photos!
What terrified her the most was that the paparazzi had also captured photos of Kane with the children.
"Alia, you need to think fast. Christopher Hart must have seen this post too. If he gets suspicious about the children and starts investigating Kane, you won’t be able to hide anymore." Snow Fitch sent a voice ssage, warning her.
