The middle-aged man swept his gaze around and saw Leng Xuan standing hands-behind-the-back in the center of the private room, with the Feihu Team mbers surrounding him. He couldn’t help but bellow furiously, "What are you standing there for? Arrest him imdiately! Do I really need to do it myself?"
"Stop it!" Ling Xuejiu also lost her temper. These guys were too arrogant, acting like they were the Heavenly King himself, showing no respect for anyone.
The middle-aged man glanced at Ling Xuejiu, was startled by her appearance montarily, then asked sternly, "Who are you? Don’t you see we’re arresting a criminal here? Stand aside."
"I’m the owner of this hotel," Ling Xuejiu said unyieldingly. "If you want to arrest soone, you can, but first show your authorization. Otherwise, I won’t allow you to just arrest anyone here."
Upon hearing this, the middle-aged man sneered, "What about your hotel? I’ll have you know, in Baiyun City, my word is the authorization. If I say to arrest soone, they get arrested. No one can stop ." With that, he swung his hand and commanded, "Arrest him."
However, just as the Feihu Team mbers began to move at the orders of the middle-aged man, all of a sudden, the sound of helicopter rotors could be heard outside the hotel. Leng Xuan knew from just one listen that it was the sound of a helicopter. He was surprised; the night was turning out to be quite lively, even helicopters were being deployed.
Li ngjie’s expression, however, turned to one of delight, and a sly smile crossed her eyes as she said, "They’ve finally arrived."
"What’s arrived?" Leng Xuan looked at Li ngjie in astonishnt and asked, "Your people?"
"You’ll find out in a mont." Li ngjie played coy.
As her words fell, a large group of people suddenly burst into the fifth floor. They were all dressed in combat gear, wearing long military boots, and each of them carried standard military weapons. As soon as they entered the floor, they spread out and aid their guns at the Feihu Team mbers who were also ard, forcibly disarming them. The mbers of the Feihu Team were not easy to deal with, though, and they resisted imdiately. Although they did not go so far as to shoot, hand-to-hand combat was inevitable. Unfortunately, they soon sadly realized that these soldiers were not ordinary troops, but battle-hardened special forces. Moreover, these military personnel were clearly trained in actual combat, each with extraordinary skills and an aura of bloodshed about them. It didn’t take long before the Feihu Team mbers outside were all taken under control.
Imdiately following, these soldiers rushed into the private room, surrounding the mbers of the Feihu Team. A few of the special forces soldiers didn’t bother with words and directly went forward to knock the Feihu Team mbers to the ground, confiscating their guns.
Everyone was clearly stunned by this sudden turn of events, each one looking sowhat at a loss. The middle-aged man who was also the director swallowed hard and only managed to say after a long ti, "What are you doing? We are from the Public Security Bureau. Who gave you the permission to treat us like this?" Regrettably, no one paid any attention to his demands.
At this mont, a young man wearing the uniform of a major walked into the private room. He swept a glance over everyone, then his gaze settled on Li ngjie’s face. He hurriedly pushed through the soldiers and approached her. Facing Li ngjie, he seed very respectful and bowed, saying, "Miss, are you alright?"
