"Alright, then I’ll just call Boss Zhou right now." Zhao Xiaoqing said with a slight smile, imdiately taking out her iPhone and finding a contact nad Boss Zhou to dial.
Monts later, the call connected and Zhao Xiaoqing said, "Hello, Boss Zhou, do you have ti right now?"
"Oh, Miss Zhao," ca the voice of a man from the other end, "Yes, I do. What is it, have you made your decision?"
"Yes," Zhao Xiaoqing replied, "My boyfriend just ca with to have a look and he’s quite satisfied with everything. He said we can sign the contract now. If you’re available, could you bring the contract over?"
"Of course, of course, I’ll prepare and should arrive in about half an hour."
"Great, then I’ll wait for you at Chen Ji Teahouse nearby with my boyfriend, um, okay, that’s it for now, bye." After hanging up, Zhao Xiaoqing turned to Leng Xuan with a smile and said, "Dear, Boss Zhou said he will be here in half an hour."

He then pushed the door open and entered.
"Boss Zhou, you’ve arrived," Zhao Xiaoqing said as she saw the middle-aged man and stood up with Leng Xuan.
Boss Zhou was slightly startled upon seeing Leng Xuan, probably not expecting Zhao Xiaoqing’s boyfriend to be so young. He nodded his head and, after shaking hands with Zhao Xiaoqing, extended his hand to Leng Xuan saying, "Hello, my na is Zhou Dagui, pleased to et you."
"My na is Leng Xuan." It was Leng Xuan’s first ti trying to do business, so he behaved very modestly. He then shook hands with him and smiled, "Boss Zhou, you used to run a leisure center, right?"
"Yes," Zhou Dagui sighed, shaking his head with a wry laugh, "That’s all in the past, nothing worth ntioning anymore. However, the location you’re interested in is quite good. If managed well, you should be able to make a lot of money. Here’s the contract, take a look, and if there are no issues, go ahead and sign." As he spoke, he took out a contract and a pen from his briefcase and handed them to Zhao Xiaoqing.
Zhao Xiaoqing humd in acknowledgnt, took the contract, exchanged a few polite words, and everyone sat down together. After looking it over, Zhao Xiaoqing said, "It looks fine, dear, do you want to check it too?"
"No need, you can make the decision." Leng Xuan had actually glanced over it too, but he only had a vague understanding of the agreents within the contract, so he let Zhao Xiaoqing take full charge.
