Zhou Jingpeng, upon hearing this, and recalling Leng Xuan had said he had a way to heal his son’s leg, though skeptical, dared not offend Leng Xuan anymore. He suppressed his anger and said, "Can you really heal Jingpeng’s leg?"
Leng Xuan nodded his head but before he could speak, suddenly the Nokia phone rang. The incoming call display showed a strange local mobile number. Curious, he said, "Uncle, sorry, I need to take this call." With that, he walked aside to answer the phone.
"Cold Bodyguard, where are you?" It was actually a call from Li ngjie, that young girl.
Leng Xuan asked, "How do you have my number?"
"Got it from Uncle Liu," Li ngjie replied. Then suddenly, Ling Xuejiu’s voice ca through from the other end of the phone: "Leng Xuan, you get your ass back here!"
Leng Xuan was truly embarrassed and said, "What’s the matter, Miss?"
"Humph! What ti do you think it is? You’re still not back? Xiao Jie and I are about to starve to death!" Ling Xuejiu said angrily.
Leng Xuan broke out in a cold sweat. These two girls were too much. Couldn’t they go out to eat if he didn’t return? After all, there were restaurants in the Imperial Scenery Garden; even if they didn’t want to go out, they could at least call for takeout.

By the way, Jingpeng, I’ll co and take a serious look at your leg during my lunch break on Monday afternoon, then decide on a treatnt plan. Also, don’t tell anyone else about my matters!"
"Don’t worry, I understand, haha. I won’t bother with thank yous; go take care of your things. I’ll wait for you Monday at noon." Zhou Jingpeng smiled and got out of the car with his father.
"Hmm?" Seeing Zhou Li still sitting in the backseat without getting out, Leng Xuan turned to look at her and teased, "Aren’t you getting out? Can’t bear to leave , huh?"
Zhou Li’s cheeks turned red as she said, "Thank you for today."
Leng Xuan smiled and said, "Is that all you wanted to say?"
Zhou Li asked, "Did you know my brother before?"
Leng Xuan pondered for a mont and said, "Yeah, but I’m afraid I can’t tell you more for now."
Zhou Li looked a bit disappointed, but still smiled and said, "Okay then, I won’t ask any more. But whose car is this?" She had been curious before, but didn’t ask because her brother was there.
"This..." Leng Xuan was slightly troubled.
"Never mind, if you don’t want to say, I won’t force you. I’ll get out of the car now!" Zhou Li cast Leng Xuan a resentful glance, pulled open the door, and got out, feeling a bit gloomy inside.
