“I know,” Lan Yudie intertwined her arm with Xiao Han’s as they slowly walked towards the BMW Car, then said, “But sotis, it feels like they’re so unreasonable and lacking empathy. I’m an adult, why should they interfere in my love life?”

Xiao Han corner of his mouth curled into a smile and said, “Let them in.”
“Yes!” The headwaiter nodded.
Before long, a group noisily walked in from outside.
“Fuck, this place is pretty big.”

“You guys, stand at the door!” the leader with the hook-nose turned his head and instructed.

Then, the hook-nosed man walked in with a large gold chain and another person. From their deanor, it was clear that the hook-nosed man was not soone to be trifled with. He wore a piece of black jade around his neck and had a complex tattoo showing on his chest, exuding a carefree and dashing presence. He fiddled with two walnuts in his hand.
Xiao Han glanced at him. Yang Lu stood up, then said, “Who are you guys?”
“Shut your mouth!” Hook-Nosed glared at Yang Lu before speaking, “I am here for Xiao Han today.”
Xiao Han looked at him and smiled, “If I am not mistaken, you must be Hei Tie, right?”
“Kid, you’ve got a good eye.” Hook-Nosed chuckled and sat down across from Xiao Han, slinging his legs on the office desk, letting the dust from his shoes fall onto the surface. He grinned, “Do you know why I’m here to see you today?”
“Let’s hear it.” Xiao Han put down the financial report he was holding and said, “Hei Tie, as a big brother, you wouldn’t be getting involved just for so petty followers, would you?”
“Damn, what did you just say!” the man with the large gold chain suddenly got angry.
“I said you’re petty.” Xiao Han responded to him, saying, “A bunch of grown n bullying a woman – what’s wrong with stepping in to help when I see injustice? Shouldn’t people from the streets have so moral code? You bully a woman and when you can’t beat her, you call for backup, and if that fails, you call the boss. What if even your boss isn’t good enough today?”
“You!” The man with the large gold chain, holding a baseball bat, looked extrely furious.
“Shut it!” Hei Tie glared at him and said, “I’m talking to Xiao Han, it’s not your turn to speak.”
“Yes, big brother!” The man with the large gold chain appeared embarrassed.
Hei Tie glanced at him, then turned to Xiao Han and said, “You beat up my n, I ought to stand up for my brothers, don’t you think?”
“That’s one way to put it!” Xiao Han nodded, then said, “However, that’s not quite the way it is. You also have to see what your brothers did before you stand up for them, right? If they were murderers or arsonists, would you still stand up for them? That would make you no different from a pig!”
“Kid, watch your tone!” the man with the large gold chain shouted angrily.
Hei Tie narrowed his eyes, his face turning a steely blue, and he said, “Kid, you’re the first person who’s dared to talk to like this. I’ve heard you can fight, right?”
“So what?” Xiao Han said coldly with a laugh.
“If you can beat today, I’ll let go of whatever you’re responsible for.” Hei Tie sneered, “And if you lose, well, don’t bla for being ruthless.”
“Whatever!” Xiao Han responded disdainfully.
Hei Tie paused for a mont, then said, “Let’s do this.”
Hei Tie kept staring into Xiao Han’s eyes, trying to find sothing in his gaze, but after several attempts, he realized he might be wrong since he couldn’t discern anything. It suggested that Xiao Han was likely quite formidable.
Hei Tie stood up from his chair.
Whoosh…
Suddenly, his fist violently smashed towards Xiao Han. Who was Hei Tie? He was soone who climbed from the lower echelons, and his fighting moves never followed the conventional path, often leaving no room for his opponents.
Xiao Han pushed off with his legs on the ground, and the chair swiftly slid backwards. He dodged Hei Tie’s punch, but Hei Tie didn’t let him off and quickly jumped forward. His fists, like two pieces of steel, radiated a whooshing sound with every punch, nearly tangible in force.
“Such powerful punches.”
“Big brother is really powerful.”

The gang shouted one after another. Yang Lu was terrified, shivering as she hid in a corner. She clutched her hands over her red lips, afraid she might scream out loud.
Suddenly, Xiao Han jumped up, kicking his legs towards his opponent’s fists.
