“You’re very modest!” Guan Xiaotong shyly glanced at Xiao Han.
“You’re complinting ,” Xiao Han chuckled.
“You’re outstanding,” Guan Xiaotong smiled and said, “I heard from Zhang Xiaoi that you’re this year’s national top scorer in the college entrance examination, and moreover, you’re the first student ever to achieve full marks. Wow, that’s really impressive, and I heard you won an award at a university event for playing the piano?”
“Ah?” Xiao Han heard this and imdiately gave a bitter smile, “Well, if that counts as being excellent!”

Guan Xiaotong and Xiao Han had a delightful conversation. For a girl in university, a guy like Xiao Han truly was outstanding. “Now I regret not studying more back then,” Liu Bin said annoyedly. “Why wasn’t I the top-scorer instead of that Xiao Han!”
“It’s because you didn’t put in as much effort in high school as others did!” Zhang Feng chuckled.
Liu Bin curled his lips into a wicked smile, sneering, “If I revealed my status, countless girls would chase after . Hmph, do I even need to worry about not having any girls? What a joke!”
Soon, they arrived at Hann Restaurant. Since Zhang Xiaoi and the other girls were treating, they picked the restaurant. Hann Restaurant was a newly opened restaurant with beautiful décor, very much in line with what girls typically find attractive.
They entered the restaurant.

“Right!” Guan Xiaotong nodded eagerly and sat down next to Xiao Han. The other girls sat next to Guan Xiaotong. Xiao Han and Zhang Dagou were now sitting between the girls and the boys. Zhang Feng and Liu Bin sat on either side of them.

“Co on, have so,” Zhang Dagou chuckled, then said, “It’s hot enough; a little beer would quench the thirst.”
Zhang Dagou, also from the Northeast, was not very considerate of others’ feelings, often self-centered. The table full of dishes was already expensive, and if alcohol was added into the mix, it would beco a bottomless pit. No one knew how much these boys could drink.
