This was Fenric’s current attribute panel.

After the injection of the Super Soldier Serum, nearly every stat had skyrocketed—an average boost of 25 points each.

The greatest leap? Strength.

From a re 45, it now stood at 72—a terrifying increase of 27 points!

Fenric couldn’t help but grin. The serum’s effect... was beyond satisfying!

Next, he picked up the scroll inscribed with Armant Haki.

According to the system, using it was simple: tear it open.

Fenric didn’t hesitate. He ripped the scroll apart.

In an instant—

The parchnt dissolved into shimring motes of light, flowing into his body like stardust.

A strange energy surged within his body, accompanied by an alien mory burning into his mind—

The instinctive knowledge of how to wield Armant Haki.

Fenric let out a low whistle. This system really is a miracle...

He clenched his right fist.

"Om..."

Before his eyes, his hand darkened—turning an obsidian shade, laced with an ethereal blue sheen, like tempered steel.

He stared at his hardened fist, his voice barely a murmur.

"So this... is Armant Haki."

To say it was amazing would be an understatent.

With a punch now, he could shatter an iron plate. And his fist? Untouched. Hardened to perfection—both weapon and shield.

Unfortunately, this was only entry-level Haki.

Fenric imdiately checked the upgrade cost.

Proficiency Upgrade: 8,000 Samsara Points.

His expression froze. Eight thousand?

That was several tis the cost of acquiring it! No wonder Aurora Morwyn had said Samsara points were a bottomless pit.

Still, upgrading once—to Proficient—expanded the hardened zone to his entire arm.

For now, his fists and forearms could turn into living steel at will.

And he knew the truth: Armant Haki was more than defense or brute force. It was the natural counter to Devil Fruit users—especially those with Logia powers who could turn intangible. Ordinary weapons would pass through them like smoke. Haki? It made them bleed.

Fenric’s satisfaction deepened. This ability alone put him on another level entirely.

That left only one item: Heart of the Brave.

The object resembled a crystalized heart, no bigger than a fist.

Its usage? Brutally simple. Eat it.

Fenric didn’t hesitate. A few bites, and it was gone.

At first, no obvious change. But he felt it—deep inside.

His heartbeat was calm. Unshakable.

He hadn’t lost the sense of fear—he’d transcended it.

No terror, no looming death could shake his reason now. His will... was iron.

Stepping out of his personal warehouse, Fenric checked the ti.

Two and a half hours had passed since he entered the Samsara Space. Another two and a half remained before the system closed.

Plenty of ti.

He pulled out a shimring Personal Instance Card.

"System, use Personal Instance Card—open a personal dungeon."

The response was imdiate:

"Opening personal instance... Initializing teleportation."

Countdown: 10... 9... 3... 2... 1."

And then—Fenric vanished.

No white preparation room this ti. No buffer.

Just a blinding flash—and when his vision cleared, he stood beneath a boundless blue sky.

Clouds drifted lazily overhead. Amber sunlight spilled across rolling hills and endless mountains in the distance. The air was crisp, sweet with the scent of pine.

Picturesque... almost unreal.

But Fenric didn’t lower his guard. His gaze swept the empty wilderness.

"Where the hell... is this?"

No landmarks. No system prompt yet. Just... silence.

Then realization struck. This ti, it wasn’t an avatar body. It was him.

His real body had crossed over. No armor, no disguise—the system had stripped it away. Even his outfit remained his original school uniform.

A faint smile curved his lips. Makes sense. It’s a personal instance—no other Samsara players. Why bother hiding my identity?

One problem though: the uniform now clung tight across his shoulders and chest. What had once been loose now strained against the physique sculpted by the serum.

But Fenric didn’t care. His only priority—find civilization.

He scaled the nearest hillside in fluid strides, boots crunching loose soil. From the peak, his eyes swept the horizon—

And then, finally, movent.

People.
