Fenric’s open admission of his identity as Shura was not made recklessly.
Unlike before, he no longer needed to hide in the shadows. He was not afraid of being besieged. And if things truly turned against him, he still had a way to escape—his teleportation bracelet, coupled with the supersonic flight of the Mark VII Armor. If he wanted to leave, no one could stop him.
"So you really are Shura!"
Golden Sage King’s eyes widened slightly. "You’re strong. As expected of the man hailed as the most talented figure in Samsara Space."
He puffed out his chest and introduced himself proudly, "My na is Jo MinKi, though most call Golden Sage King. I’m the strongest player in Willowland Country—and ranked 96th on the world’s top 100 list."
His cold gaze locked onto Fenric. "You should feel proud. Not many can push this far."
Fenric’s brows rose faintly. He had already recognized Golden Sage King as a high-level A-rank powerhouse, but he hadn’t expected him to be in the global top 100.
The next mont, Golden Sage King burst into loud, arrogant laughter.
"Shura! I don’t care why you ca to Soule or who you killed. No matter your reasons, I’ll keep you here today. Adam has long wanted to et you!" His smile twisted. "Snuffing out a genius like you—it should feel glorious, don’t you think?"
His body lifted into the air, and in his hand materialized a glowing blue blade—a lightsaber straight out of Star Wars.
This ti, he was done playing.
"If you want to keep ," Fenric replied flatly, his eyes narrowing with a dangerous gleam, "that depends on whether you have the ability."
With a thought, Mjolnir—the Hamr of Thor—appeared in Fenric’s hand. Now that he knew his opponent was ranked among the top 100, there was no room for carelessness. He was eager to see just how strong such a master truly was.
"Boom!"
Another sonic boom tore through the air. Golden Sage King vanished, reappearing before Fenric in the blink of an eye. The lightsaber slashed straight for Fenric’s neck, its scorching blade capable of cutting through anything.
Fenric didn’t dare test whether Armant Haki alone could block it. Instead, his ntal power surged.
While his telekinesis couldn’t bind soone of Golden Sage King’s level, it could at least disrupt his speed—enough to make a difference.
In that instant of slowed movent, Fenric twisted aside, dodging the lightsaber’s arc. Mjolnir whirled in his grip and slamd toward Golden Sage King’s chest.
But Golden Sage King reacted with inhuman reflexes. Taking the hit head-on, he flipped midair and delivered a brutal kick to Fenric’s ribs.
"Boom!"
Both n were knocked back.
Golden Sage King’s kicks could shatter iron plating, yet Fenric only felt his blood stir slightly before steadying again. Armant Haki reinforced his body like unbreakable armor—lacking against extre heat, perhaps, but formidable against physical blows.
Even if Fenric stood still, Golden Sage King’s barehanded strikes would barely scratch him.
Landing firmly, Fenric raised Mjolnir high above his head.
"Hah!"
The clear night sky darkened as black storm clouds gathered in re seconds.
"Boom!"
Thunder rolled, shaking the heavens.
Golden Sage King’s eyes narrowed. "That hamr... Is it Thor’s Hamr?"
Fenric didn’t bother answering.
If he wants to serve Adam and deliver like a dog, then words are aningless. I’ll just crush him here.
"Boom!!"
A colossal bolt of lightning struck Mjolnir, crackling across Fenric’s body. Bathed in lightning, he resembled a god of thunder descending upon the earth.
The citizens watching below froze in terror, finally understanding what it truly ant to face an A-class Samsara. No wonder nations prized such beings—their power was monstrous.
But Golden Sage King wasn’t about to let him unleash that thunder unchallenged. His eyes flared red again.
Twin beams of heat vision lanced toward Fenric—just as Fenric brought down Mjolnir, releasing all the thunder he had gathered.
"Zzzzzz!!"
Both were struck at once—Fenric seared by the burning rays, Golden Sage King blasted by divine lightning.
Onlookers felt their scalps prickle. Two A-class powerhouses, tearing into each other without restraint—it was terrifying.
In the end, Fenric endured better. His Armant Haki was ironclad, his skin thick and battle-hardened. With Mjolnir in hand, his combat power was nearly on par with Golden Sage King’s.
The Golden Sage King, however, proved vulnerable to lightning. Like Superman, his magical resistance was poor. Though his steel body could shrug off physical strikes, thunder tore through him, leaving his figure charred and staggering.
Even so, his vitality was monstrous. Though injured, his fighting spirit burned hotter.
"Shura!" he roared, golden light blazing around him. "I’ll kill you!!"
The aura surrounding him surged violently, his speed spiking.
Fenric’s instincts scread in warning—an unmistakable sense of mortal danger.
He instantly summoned another storm bolt, hurling it at his charging foe.
But when the lightning struck, it dispersed harmlessly against Golden Sage King’s golden aura.
Fenric’s eyes narrowed. A buff ability... sothing like Savage Charge!
There was no ti to dodge.
At the last instant, Fenric activated his own Savage Charge, gripping Mjolnir tight as he charged headlong to et him.
"BOOM—!!!"
Their collision erupted like a falling sky.
The asphalt street caved in, forming a massive crater. Cracks raced outward like a spiderweb, splitting the ground for hundreds of ters.
Fenric’s body was flung back violently, smashing through the walls of a supermarket. He crashed through shelves and displays, tearing through the building before finally stopping.
If not for the invincibility buff, he would have been gravely injured.
Panting, he steadied himself. This guy really is worthy of the top 100. He’s on a whole different level.
