In a garden, where the sun was beaming down, red flowers were the main attraction. On first glance they’d appear to be simple roses but on closer inspection they had razor sharp teeth along the petals along with swaying side to side unnaturally.

Aurianna was in the garden, sitting on a couch leisurely all the while reading a book. She flipped page after page, an unconcerned expression on her face.

Next to her was Eva, who didn’t share in her unconcernedness. She was gazing at her intently as she laid on a cloud.

"Aurianna I feel like you’ve been keeping sothing from ," Eva said, a hint of frustration in her voice.

"It’s nothing important," Aurianna said with a swipe of her hand, her eyes not leaving her book.

"I see, but ever since you woke up it’s like you’re in deep thought and I can’t even read your mind," Aurianna was so engrossed in her book that everything Eva was saying fell on deaf ears. All until she heard that her mind was unreadable.

She raised an eyebrow, still looking at her book but she wasn’t reading anymore. She was rely pretending, thinking that if she stayed silent Eva would reveal more, and reveal she did.

"I was really worried when you and Leila didn’t wake up."

"Eva it seems we have an opponent who’s extrely powerful and after my life. So is there a way to block such an attack if it cos again?" Aurianna asked, turning from her book now to look at Eva, referring to what happened a few days ago.

"Unfortunately no unless the victim is a higher level than the caster," Eva responded. Her tone previously filled with doubt remained, but her face was slightly content now that she had Aurianna’s full attention.

"I see, system, is there any solution?"

[ Well you can buy a high level { Divine magic nullification skill }, but you have to buy with faith points. ]

"I’ll buy it," Aurianna said quickly.

She didn’t even need a second to process as the system’s screen popped up before her.

[ That cost 2000 faith points you’re now left with 23,690 faith points ]

[ You have to practice the skill in order to gain mastery and learn the { book of magic nullification } in your storage. ]

"I will, thanks."

"I feel useless with this system around," Eva grumbled.

"Don’t worry about your usefulness. By the way, I’ll be going to the AppleShire Empire in 1 week. That’s where the Mystical Academy examinations will be held."

"Sure if you wanna go," Eva said happily.

The sudden shift in her attitude caught Aurianna’s attention but she didn’t voice her observation. Simply saying, "Thank you for supporting Eva."

And with her gratitude extended Eva nodded with a small smile, before vanishing.

"System, is there a way to break the seals on ?"

Eva was in the void space, her finger on her chin, a serious expression on her face.

[ There is, however I don’t see the need to, you’re many tis stronger than anyone on the sa level ]

[ You’re more like a level 30,000 at 20,000 ]

"But we are in a main world, that ans there would probably be a Regal around, but I haven’t felt its presence yet. But the High god is very suspicious." Eva started rotating slowly in the space, a thoughtful expression on her face as she spoke.

Eva clenched her fists tightly, "If I just hadn’t lost my clock and wings blocking that attack on Aurianna would have been an easy feat."

[ I can help you track down your clock, but for your wings, unfortunately that one is being guarded by a Higher Regal ]

[ And going after those two ans leaving Aurianna and Leila alone ]

There was silence for a mont. Her face filled with conflicting thoughts too heavy to mask.

She sighed, "Even so. I must still go. I’ll just leave a small part of my consciousness with them, to give so ntal support."

"And also I’ve got to kill those bastards who took my wings and killed my friends," Eva said, hate seeping from her.

[ You have friends? ]

"What do you an by that, of course I do. I think."

"Well leaving such things aside, I know you’re more than a system so could you please teleport near the location of my clock," Eva was moving her foot up and down. If there was a floor or surface to stand on, the tapping would no doubt indicate her irritation.

[ But your seals haven’t been removed yet! ]

"That is the point of leaving. I’ll figure it out on my way," Eva insisted.

[ I refuse, taking you there would place you and the White Gemaris at stake! ]

"Then should I wait till a Regal arrives!?" Eva shouted angrily. "If a tier 3 Regal and above appears we are all dead!"

The fear and anger in her eyes quickly went away however as she crossed her arms stubbornly, "I’m going so that I could be of more use to my Gemaris. If it ans I should go around raging across the universe it doesn’t matter, our only threat isn’t the Regals but the black Gemaris and Golden Gemaris I’m sure they are the two on top of the Gemaris Ranking list anyway, am I right?"

The system remained silent as Eva ranted. With her last point she knew silence to be an admission of guilt and so, she commanded, "Please send now!"

[ When would you co back? ]

"I’ll probably co back in 7 years, if not it should be around 10. I’m sure Aurianna and Leila won’t disappoint when I return."

[ Fine I’ll send you the coordinates to your wings and watch. I have also giving you the guide to break the seals. ]

"Yes I have seen it," Eva nodded as she tapped a screen revealing many universes as one had a golden glow while the other had a gray one.

[ Rember if you think I would protect them, you’re wrong, because I’m bound by rules which I cannot break. I can never help or interfere in the life of a Gemaris ]

[ I’m only the system to guide them to grow ]

Hearing the system’s words Eva responded hesitantly, "I understand."

[ One more thing, you won’t be able to enter the void space once you leave ]

"No worries, you sound like a mother worried about their child, going out on their own for the first ti," Eva chuckled.

[ I’m not worried just being cautious ]

"I hear you," Eva smirked.

Suddenly a pink gate appeared before Eva as she stepped inside without hesitation before disappearing.

[ Be safe ]

"Ugh!" Eva grunted as her body was being tossed, turned through the pink portal, causing her to feel nauseous.

She curled up into a ball-like shape firmly, as she seed to be bouncing through the space endlessly. Eventually she found herself getting spat out at the end of the gate.

Falling down with a thud, Eva dusted the dust off her body and watched as the pink gate quickly disappeared.

"My tummy hurts, this is why I hate gates," Eva complained.
