"Did you truly think you could always hide us, Gray Diamond?" The Regals’ voices bood through the air.

"Well, considering I’ve managed to stay alive for so long, I’d say I’ve accomplished that feat quite handily," Gray Diamond replied with a hint of defiance.

"Let’s cut to the chase, alright? So, where is the Dinsional Knowledge?!" The demand was punctuated with a roar that shook the very foundations of the earth.

Gray Diamond simply stood there, his gaze never wavering from the imposing figures before him. "You Regals truly are persistent, aren’t you? But I’m afraid I don’t have what you’re looking for."

"But even if I possessed it, I would sooner face death than relinquish it to you, wretched beings!!" In an instant, a shield materialized around her, a translucent bubble that shimred with a gray light. Eva gaped in awe as the shield absorbed the brunt of the Regal’s flying attack, leaving her untouched and unhard and the bubble disappeared, as it hid Eva’s presence.

Breathless with relief, Eva stared at the shield, her eyes wide with wonder and amazent. She had never seen anything like it before, and she knew that Gray Diamond’s powers were beyond anything she could comprehend, but seeing the predicant Gray was in, her heart couldn’t rest.

"I’m sure I heard a voice," The male Regal’s head swiveled around, searching for the source of the voice that had distracted him. But there was no one in sight, only the desolate landscape with old buildings, stretching out as far as the eye could see.

anwhile, inside the protective bubble, Eva pounded on its translucent walls, her voice a muffled scream, and couldn’t be heard outside the barrier. Her cries, drowned out by the cacophony of battle as Gray Diamond was locked in a relentless clash with the Regals, couldn’t hear her desperate pleas.

With lightning speed, Gray lunged forward, his book aid at the female Regal. But she was quick, evading his attack with ease. He tried again, but she blocked his strike with her bare hands.
