Kaiser pointed at the two chunks of tal on the ground, speaking to Bulma.

Poking at the tal, Bulma said to Kaiser.
When Kaiser had left earlier, she tried using instrunts to cut parts of the Sacred Cloth for analysis.
But no matter what she tried, she couldn't cut it.
Two machines had even broken down.
Bulma realized that Earth's instrunts likely couldn't cut this tal.

A sacred sword appeared in Kaiser's hand.

After returning to Mount Paozu, he couldn't stop thinking about Kaiser's words.
Letting Gohan's potential go to waste was sothing he couldn't accept.

Kaiser smiled.
Gohan's potential was imnse.
Even greater than Goku's.
When he ascends to godhood and the Hall of Heroes officially opens, Gohan could beco one of its top warriors.
Relieved by Kaiser's response, Goku gave Gohan a few words of advice before heading to the Other World with Kami.

Gohan, ditating nearby, was also startled awake.
"What's up with Aunt Bulma?"
Gohan asked, confused.
"Has she figured it out?"
Suppressing his excitent, Kaiser hurried to Bulma's lab.
As he opened the door, a tal gleaming like the sun caught his eye.
"Quick, Kaiser, try this tal!"
"After my research, I've maximized the ductility, repairability, and flexibility of tal VII."
"Not only that, but I've slightly improved its hardness."
"And there's no loss in energy conductivity."
"Try it and see if you can replicate the Gold Cloth you ntioned."
Bulma, her hair tied in a high ponytail, pointed at the tal VII.
"Alright!"
Kaiser took a deep breath.
He looked at the transford tal VII.
The Cloth Gem began to erge.
It floated slowly toward the tal VII.
No deliberate crafting was needed.
As if summoned, the tal VII began to shape itself under the Cloth Gem's influence.
Soon, a gauntlet appeared before Kaiser.
Kaiser grasped the gauntlet and put it on.

The gauntlet glowed with golden light.

"This Cloth is even better than the original Gold Cloth."

Kaiser looked at the gauntlet with delight.

This was a Cloth uniquely his.
Though it still relied on the Cloth Gem, Kaiser had no intention of removing it yet.

Kaiser opened his eyes in a room.

Kaiser was thrilled.

She could tell the materials were extraordinary.

Kaiser grinned back.
"Indeed, not bad."
"Its hardness surpasses Orichalcum Steel."
"But it's still missing sothing."
"Wait here."
Athena vanished.
When she reappeared, Silver Star Sand and Gammanium coated Kaiser's Cloth.
"The Cloth Gem needs these materials to reach its full potential."
Athena said calmly.
Kaiser imdiately felt the Cloth transform.
The Libra Gold Cloth now resembled a Divine Cloth.
It looked even more splendid and powerful than a Divine Cloth.
"This is a perfect Sacred Cloth."
"This Cloth's strength rivals that of a Main God's divine armor."
"It just lacks a bit of consecration."
"I can't bless it now."
"But at the next Holy War, I'll grant it my blessing, and it will match a Divine Cloth."
