"Mr. Kaiser, please follow ."

Stacker Pentecost's voice broke Kaiser's reverie.

Kaiser said nothing, following the group toward the Shatterdo.

"Mr. Kaiser."

"Does the world you ca from have supernatural powers?"

Raleigh was clearly curious about Kaiser's origins.

A world that birthed Heroic Spirits couldn't be mundane.

"In a way, the beings of your world have harnessed a form of technological supernatural power."

"But it's entirely different from my world."

"It's due to differing world rules."

"So worlds are naturally fertile ground for the supernatural."

As they spoke, they reached the plaza housing the Jaegers.

Kaiser looked up. The chs were massive.

Each stood seventy to eighty ters tall.

Before the steam era, such machines would've been divine instrunts, capable of destroying nations with just two pilots.

"Mr. Kaiser, these are the Jaegers we've built on Earth."

"Only these four remain."

Stacker stopped, gazing at the chs.

Before Kaiser's arrival, they were humanity's last hope.

"Impressive creations."

"I've traveled many worlds."

"Your technology isn't advanced, and your individual strength isn't great."

"But your resolve as warriors impresses ."

Kaiser responded.

"My power is too great. I can only act three tis in this world."

"I'll stay at the Shatterdo until those chances are used."

"Decide when you need , and let know."

"Once the three chances are gone, you're on your own."

Kaiser paused, then added.

Based on his knowledge of the plot, three chances were more than enough.

He could help them avoid so regrets and save their world.

Without fostering dependency.

"I understand."

Stacker nodded.

This was the first Heroic Spirit summoning, and much was uncharted.

Kaiser's curiosity about the World's Will made a few extra days no issue.

He was here as a spiritual body.

In simpler terms, it was like dreaming.

No matter how long the dream lasted, only a mont passed in the outside world.

"Power too great, huh?"

Stacker mused.

If Kaiser was as powerful as he claid, their plans could change.

But he wasn't sure of Kaiser's true strength.

If he was truly above all, capable of shifting the war's tide, their old strategies would need to be scrapped.

Stacker understood Kaiser's intent.

Three chances were, in his view, plenty.

This was humanity's fight.

They'd survived this long and were ready to go all in.

He wouldn't bet everything on Kaiser.

"Mr. Kaiser, this is your room. Contact if you need anything."

Mako Mori led Kaiser to a room.

It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean and tidy.

Kaiser didn't mind. Before becoming a Gold Saint, he'd endured plenty of hardship.

Living alongside wild beasts was practically routine.

Receiving no response from Kaiser, Mako felt a pang of disappointnt.

But she quickly rallied, leading Raleigh in another direction.

"You'd better not get any ideas about Kaiser."

"He's not from our world."

Raleigh saw through Mako's fleeting interest.

He wasn't surprised.

Kaiser's appearance and aura were extraordinary.

Even Raleigh was impressed.

Let alone Mako, a young woman.

"Don't worry, it's just business." Mako replied.

Kaiser was remarkable, but he felt distant, untouchable.

Ti passed.

The selection process for Dangerous Wanderer's pilot mirrored the original story.

Raleigh ultimately chose Mako as his partner.

A test run caused a stir at the base.

"Mr. Kaiser, are you settling in alright?" Stacker Pentecost asked, visiting Kaiser's room after the incident cald.

"You were too hasty."

"I sense as much luck in Mako as I do in you."

"She'll be pivotal to your plan."

Kaiser opened his eyes, his dark pupils like an abyss, as if peering into Stacker's thoughts.

"You an Mako is also chosen by the World's Will?" Stacker asked urgently.

"Of course. To be precise, all Jaeger pilots are favored by the World's Will."

"But so have thriving luck, others dwindling."

"The pilots of Crimson Typhoon and Cherno Alpha... their luck is spent."

"Without intervention, they'll be dead in two days."

Kaiser's words struck like thunder, leaving Stacker silent.

The next Kaiju attack was indeed imminent.

Losing two Jaegers in one battle was a loss they couldn't afford.

"Mr. Kaiser, please save them if it cos to it!" Stacker said after a long pause.

"Is this my first action?" Kaiser asked.

"I'll agree. That leaves you two chances."

Kaiser closed his eyes, slipping into ditation.
