"I greet Her Majesty." Pearl bowed to Yuna as soon as she was allowed to have her audience, even though it was already late at night. And just as Yuna realized it, she guessed that her purpose for visiting was to talk about Lucas’s love for the two of them.
Yuna greeted her sincerely, without any hatred of a rival for a man’s heart. They were both seated with both legs crossed, and they t each other’s eyes. Pearl, on the other hand, was feeling her hands sweating from nervousness about what she was about to do.
"Do you really love Lucas, Your Majesty? I am sorry for being blunt, but I think that I needed to know that as not just the maiden whom Lucas knew the longest between the two of us, but also as Lucas’s potential wife. I want to know it, Your Majesty."
It was a surprising question, out of nowhere being placed on the table. She didn’t even have ti to prepare for thinking about it, and just as Yuna had it, she smiled as she couldn’t even bla her. Pearl appeared to be only concerned with ensuring that the person to whom she was to be sister-in-marriage was sincere.
Yuna lowered his face. "I do really love Brother Lucas. Not just because he helped in the past, but also because I have this feeling in my heart that I can’t live without him recognizing my love for him." She said, touching her heart with one hand.
"I think words can’t really explain how we love soone," Pearl said, with a different tone from earlier. She was now soft as if soone had a poetic phrase on her back.
"I might not have any experience with love, but I think that Lucas helped to give it so aning. Lucas... wasn’t just a simple man that could be found in any city. He was soone who was a hero. In fact, he was my first, second, and only hero as he didn’t only save my life once, but plenty of tis."
Yuna didn’t talk, silent throughout the session of Pearl’s expressing her love to Lucas through the stories of their encounter. It was blissful and pleasing to her at the sa ti, as she could see this was another story of how great Lucas was. It was making her fall in love with him deeper.
"When I was at the edge of the cliff because of being paralyzed, he suddenly appeared and healed . At first, I thought that I was just admiring him for being so noble and profound. But, I was wrong as, after a few days, I still couldn’t forget him. Even after months, I can’t forget his face. And by the ti I saw him with a different woman on his side, I didn’t know what to feel. I was envious." Pearl said, making Yuna pause for a mont as she digested what she had just said.
She recalled the words she said before her last sentence, and when she was about to continue her story, she stopped her.
"I am sorry if I have to stop you for a mont. I am curious about what you just ntioned earlier. He was with a different woman? Do we have another rival, Lady Pearl?"
Pearl scoffed as she rembered how immature she was in the past. She just wanted to laugh at how he acted before the two of them, but Yuna was just waiting, and her patience was probably getting thinner at how she was dragging her story.
"Your Majesty, she was the most beautiful lady I have ever seen in my life. I don’t want to be rude, but she might be more beautiful than you."
It was like a hit of lightning that made her body numb and still for a second.
"More beautiful than ? I don’t know what you are saying."
Pearl could see how envious Yuna was that she was doing her best to hide her emotions. But, she was failing, which was why Pearl snickered before she continued her story.
"When he was away again, I still wanted to see him again. But, as our fate wasn’t ant to be t again, I was devastated for a mont. Not expecting it, we t again, but it was when the InterSect was held at the Southern Bridge that, out of nowhere, I manifested a physique that made berserk. I was uncontrollable at that ti, but as he was my hero, Lucas appeared out of nowhere, and he helped without making know it. It was just a few realizations that made realize that it was Lucas who saved again."
Pearl continued her story and sighed afterward as she felt that she was unstoppable for a few minutes. She was so deeply taken with her story that she forgot that it wasn’t all about her side of love for Lucas, but Yuna’s as well.
"I apologize, Your Majesty. I was driven with joy and pleasure to rember our encounter. I am just in love with him."
Yuna chuckled, then accepted it. "Don’t worry. We are taking turns, and I really waited until you stop."
And then, Yuna started her side of the story, and it started when he saw Lucas fighting the three criminal siblings.
"I was captivated by his majestic movents. All of them were profound, as I rember my friend performing them. At first, I was just curious about what kind of person he was, which is why I invited him, in the guise of rewarding him for killing three wanted criminals from the Eastern Region. But, as it went along, I just realized that it wasn’t all about curiosity, but now admiration, as Lucas was there to help with different things. He even taught a mystical art that wasn’t familiar to , even being the head of the previous Great Five Families."
Yuna continued her heartfelt stories of Lucas’s accompanying him, helping him, and all the monts when she felt her world was getting slower. Both she and Pearl laughed at it as if it was making their stomach feel each flap of the wings of butterflies in their stomach.
"It is amazing that we can both share our version of love with each other without any worries," Yuna said, making Pearl shy for a second.
"It is really amazing, Your Majesty. And... can I have a request? Can I address you as my sister? I an, we are both Lucas’s lovers, right?"
Looking at her bashful expression, hesitant about whether it was right to ntion it, Yuna snickered.
"You don’t have to worry. You can call anyti you want to call your sister. I have nothing against it."

Lucas ended his cultivation as he felt the presence of his lovers coming to his chambers. As he opened his eyes, the two of them knocked on his sliding door. He left his bed and opened it, and the sight surprised him.
"Did the two of you beco close after that talk?" Lucas asked, with obvious confusion.
The two of them nodded and even showed it to Lucas by embracing each other. It took them hours to finish their talk, and the result wasn’t what Lucas was expecting. He thought that they would at least just accept each other, but it was even greater.
"Yes, and I want to thank you, Lucas, for giving a cute little sister. By the way, I won’t be addressing you as a brother since you and I are already in a relationship. Just like your status with Pearl..." Yuna said as she stretched Pearl’s cheeks.
Pearl chewed her words, finding it difficult to properly speak with her cheeks away from her jaws.
"So... is it now okay? Can I say thank you that you agreed with my selfish request?"
"It wasn’t a selfish request, Lucas," Yuna said, and her eyebrows were furrowed. "It wasn’t selfish since you were just being honest with the two of us. It would be selfish if you let yourself get the best of yourself with all the worries and concerns about having two maidens as your lovers. There isn’t anything wrong with having two ladies in your heart."
"I am sorry..." Lucas sighed after that, then looked at Pearl, who was adjusting her cheeks.
"Lucas, I love you, so you don’t have to worry about it. Even though you might leave us for the legacy, it would still be okay with us since we can understand our kind of love for you. We understand each other that our love for you is pure."
Lucas couldn’t help but just stare at the two of them. Afterward, he hugged them, as if there wasn’t sothing urging him to do it.
"I promise, I won’t betray you. I will do my best to fit into your expectations and I will love you with all I’ve got."
"You are worrying too much, Lucas. And I think it really shows your cute side."
