"Three provinces were now at the hands of an unknown enemy. Do you think I could remain calm at this point?"

The Emperor sat at the end of the hall, with his extravagant red wooden throne on a platform, staring deadly at the three remaining generals in front of him. All of them had no face to show, embarrassed by what had just happened.

’Sothing is not matching. Even though those three were the weakest of us six, it doesn’t an that they can’t protect their own lands. Compared to normal General Spirit Realm cultivators, they are stronger and more skilled.’

Levitate was a young man in appearance, but in reality, he had already passed the age of 70. He went through a body transformation, which gave him this youthful and beautiful appearance. He was the 2nd general, which in the ranking of generals, was the second-best.

However, despite Levitate being the second in rank, he was the most intellectual person the Emperor had ever t. He was rational at most tis, and emotional matters were nothing to him as he always used his mind. Furthermore, he was strong despite his calm and safe aura.

"Even if we cannot go straight to those three provinces, isn’t it better if we just rush to take over the Southern Continent? We just have to intimidate them with the lands that we take over."

The person who talked was Demon Sword, who was a lady who was now past her pri, but she was still one of the generals as she still had those astonishing skills in Demonic Swordsmanship, which used Blood Reversal Technique, which was the evilest and deadly technique that could be used to enhance a cultivator’s ability. However, in Demon Sword’s case, she was in control, which made her powerful and one of the generals.

"Have you tried punching?" A stupid question coming from the Lord of Punch, Six Fist.

"Not everything is about punching, Six Fist." The Emperor said, making Six Fist silent in his foolish questions.

Six Fist was a literal description of his na. He had a huge body, was 7 feet tall, and had six hands, which was a result of his body transformation after reaching the King Spirit Realm. He was also bald and had red skin with a few veins visible on the surface.

"My Lord, we have already contacted the Intelligence Departnt. The Crown Prince is also here."

The Emperor, his beard floating from his rage, cald down and then faced his facial expression. He then shook his head and then looked at the three generals.

"Figure this out. We won’t attack the Southern Continent until we get back the three provinces. That will be your assignnt." The Emperor stated with a firm tone.

The three generals showed their respect before leaving, and after them, the crown prince arrived.

A young man with black hair and deep brown eyes entered the hall. He had fair skin, a tall physique, and expensive royal-looking robes that gave him the exquisite look that was rare to see in any place on the Northern Continent.

"My Lord, I have arrived."

"Carry on. What is your assessnt of the issue? Do you think we could do sothing with it?"

The Crown Prince walked straight to the center of the hall, then lowered his body, half-kneeling. He stood up after it.

"My Lord, I have a suggestion. I think it is better if we have so temporary truce with the Justice Coalition. For the record, they were only disagreeing with our atrocities but not entirely with the control of the land. Our blood still deserves to have control of the Northern Continent."

The Emperor’s eyes widened as he ca to realize what the Crown Prince had just said. He knew that it would be helpful if he let the Crown Prince know about the issue with the other three provinces. And just as he appreciated his son’s idea, he recalled the nicknas that the Crown Prince had.

’Genius Successor...’

"That is great, Crown Prince. But, I also thought that..." Even though the Emperor did not.

"The ssenger Office will try to contact the Justice Coalition. Since the people who took over the three other provinces were also their enemies for not being open with the public, I think they might help us. I will help in creating the ssage request to them, so please be assured that things will smoothly flow."

The Emperor, even though he was under the shadow cast by a small light in the hall, appeared to be visibly smiling at the people inside. Even the Left and Right Guardians noticed that he was pleased by the Crown Prince’s responsible trait. And just as he was about to praise him, a representative from the Intelligence Departnt arrived.

"My Lord, Elder Yu is here to show his greetings."

"Elder Yu from the Intelligence Departnt, what is the departnt’s assessnt of the people that took over the three provinces as well as the other continents?" Without wasting any mont, the Emperor asked.

As he had been dying to know what seed to have been missing, his face showed an anticipating expression.

"We noticed that there was nothing wrong with the three provinces. Although they set a grand protective array formation to stop us from entering the borders, we could still see what was happening inside. And what we discovered is that they were trying to strengthen the defenses within the provinces by connecting them without borders."

The Emperor beca silent, and a solemn face appeared on the Crown Prince. It was the Crown Prince’s first ti hearing about this information and having it was useful to him.

’We can’t let the Justice Coalition learn about this. The Justice Coalition might be weaker than us, but they have been at the roots of the continent, which just indicates that they could help us with the knowledge they have to fight against new thods that our enemy might be using. Although they were against our thods, they couldn’t do anything to oppose us. They were just there to rebel, but they couldn’t do that as they still respected our bloodline’s worth of ruling over the continent.’

anwhile, in the Emperor’s mind: ’Even if the intelligence of the generals were weaker than that of the Intelligence Departnt, I couldn’t say that they were useless. The Departnt takes too many resources to gather information, while the generals could just gather without using many resources.’

"I understand. Now, to the next thing that I ordered from the departnt. What about the Southern Continent?"

"The Southern Continent still lived secretly in the swamps, sending spies to different continents like ours and the Western. Although we couldn’t assu properly if they had sent so to the Eastern Continent, we can still say for sure that they were still hiding mysteriously in the swamps that served as their walls to the surrounding continents and smaller islands."

"What about the skies on their continent? They were red a few months ago. Does the departnt think they are preparing sothing that resulted in their skies turning red? "

Elder Yu shook his head. "That red skies are still unknown to us, but we have already nad sothing to it. It is called Calamity Aura, and we speculated that it was the continent’s sign that they were preparing to wage war against us. They must have already learned that we have got the Western Continent, so they might attack us in the sense that our land might have divided the force to stay in control of the Western Continent."

The Emperor showed no particular expression. He simply contemplated and used his ti well for the next command he would give to the departnt.

’Although the Southern Continent’s divine beast was still unknown to us since in the Great World War they used their Qi to spread the swamp to protect them instead of counter-attacking, I could still say that they were weaker than us. The density of Qi in the Southern Continent was weaker than the other two, which made them the least among the lands I needed to capture since they posed no threat. But, if I attack now, I could waste thousands of n to pass through the swamps which they might have inhabited by now and set traps for trespassers. Then, the only thod I could use to go to the continent was to use the sky. But, the red skies that recently appeared a few months ago bother .’

"Alright. That’s all. I can not think of another order. Just continue with the experint of the divine beast from the Western Continent. Find out what benefits its blood could provide cultivators and report back to right away. We are nearing victory. There are just pests in so areas, but they will soon disappear."

The Emperor stood up, then the Crown Prince and Elder Yu lowered their stances and heads.

"Guardians, continue the training in the Academy and get Demon Sword’s help with the Blood Reversal Technique. Teach the disposal soldiers about this technique and make sure that they can still be rational to receive orders."

"Understood, My Lord."
