After plenty of attempts at fixing his body, Lucas finally attained the most awaited part of this series of trials. Finally, Lucas had reached the condition of his body where he could cultivate easily. And just as he expected, within just an hour, he got a total of a year’s worth of Qi, which was equivalent to 5 levels in the Apprentice Spirit Realm.
Lucas’s eyes glowed with light blue as soon as he opened them. And feeling his whole system being reborn, he couldn’t help but smile.
He was currently in Wilford’s personal field. And just before he ca here, he helped Wilford ascend into another realm of his cultivation. As previously, Wilford was at the peak of the General Spirit Realm. Now, he was on the first level of the King Stage.
A week ago, Wilford approached Lucas for so help with his cultivation. And that was also the ti when Lucas rembered that he had to attend to Wilford’s progress as Wilford was his disciple.
"Master, I ca here for an enlightennt. Please help . I do not want to make it look like I am rushing, but I am feeling that my progress is getting slower."
Lucas took a pause from what he was doing and then checked Wilford’s body. Seeing that it was in good condition, he continued to check his dantian, realizing that there was sothing hindering him. He then looked at Wilford and smiled.
"I’m sorry if I was lacking as your master. But, you don’t have to worry; that is a mild blockage that hinders you from ascending into the higher realms."
Lucas took a piece of paper and drew a human body on it. Then, he described each of the functions of the body parts and then focused on the dantian part. "You won’t ascend into the higher realms of cultivation in this simple manner. I an, simple cultivation won’t help you break through. Instead, you have to use pills to get the lack of energy to breakthrough."
Lucas gave Wilford a number of strong, condensed Qi pills. At first, Wilford was dumbfounded as he slled a familiar scent from it. Rather, what made him confused was the ingredients used in it. They were regular precious herbs that could be gotten from any shop.
Raising an eyebrow, but not intending to doubt Lucas, Wilford asked. "What is this, Maser? I can’t feel an abundant amount of Qi in this pill, yet you are suggesting I intake this."
Lucas smirked and then shook his head. "I bet that my knowledge has advanced enough for you to not recognize its use. That is just a normal Qi pill, but the effects of it were significant."
"What do you an significant? They are regular herbs combined."
"That is what matters the most. That is from regular precious herbs, not that rare. And, the effects of it were just basic, but what is helpful in the functionality of things are the basics. Hence, if you take that, you will understand what I talk about the basics."
Wilford was silent, listening to Lucas’s absurd explanation. Even if even a slight hint of doubt was with him, he just ignored it and followed his master’s order. He took the pill and swallowed it.
After swallowing it, he didn’t feel any significant effect. He just felt nothing, and just when he was about to question Lucas, he suddenly felt a sudden burst of the flow of his spiritual energy. It was as if his ridian enlarged, making the flow of his Qi fast and steady.
"How is this possible...? Just how?" In disbelief, Wiflord looked at Lucas, who was smirking at the successful result of the pill. He had a smug face and continued to explain.
"That is a Qi pill that helps regulate your energy flow, which basically ans that there will be no present obstacle in your cultivation. And it has an abundant amount of spiritual energy, which is not visible because of the steady effect of the pill, which makes the Qi not leak."
"Amazing..." Wilford muttered as he was gazing at his arms. "This is wonderful."
And as a smile appeared on Wiflrod’s face, Lucas went back to his matter.

[Lucas Point of View]
’My initial plan was to take over their hearts, not by force and invasion, as I totally disagree with the idea of owning land. However, in order to do so, I must first do them a favor that will move their hearts and eventually make their father figure. In that manner, I could take their lands and own them without violence.’
’For heaven’s sake, if not for these karmic points that the God of Magic gave , I would choose a safer invasion by first having a secure number of innocent individuals, and then continue with killing those who block my way. But, in this case, I could just capture them and have other people kill them for instead. My karmic points are in danger at this point.’
’But, one thing ca to my mind. If I went to the Northern Continent without prior knowledge, what would happen to ? I would start from scratch and gather information. That was just a totally useless matter for . If that happened, I wouldn’t be able to win their hearts in a short ti.’
’Hence, I should check the conditions of the legacy. I didn’t know the exact details, but I managed to understand things, starting with the ascension to the higher realm.’
Within ten years of reaching the Emperor Spirit Realm, a cultivator would be forced to take the trial to ascend to the Upper Heaven. Hence, I should finish the legacy within ten years, but what would happen? Did my body beco an exception to that rule since I needed to finish an official legacy?
’Xiulong just stated to that I would be forced to finish it, and even if I died, I would co back to life and continue the legacy. So basically, if I think about it in a systematic manner, I am forced to beco the ambassador.’
’But, the legacy told to beco the Divine Emperor, not only as the ambassador, which is basically just equal to being immortal. ’
’Hah... This would not be getting better if I thought of this in this way... I should focus on taking their lands. ’
’Then, I would infiltrate the Northern Continent and win the hearts of the people and capture the leaders. That is the most plausible thod I could use. Hence, the Western Continent and the Southern Continent will be the next problems.’
’From the various mories, I could say that Western Continent has a higher woman rate in their population and n were just servants and lower-class people. But, that was just a rumor from the mories I gained, not the fact. ’
’But, unless it was created to slander people, every rumor has a basis. In this land, slandering the Western Continent would be pointless.’
A smile appeared on my face as I thought about it. It showed lightly on my plans for the future, which gave a calr state of mind about this problem.
Then, I knew now that I should take their hearts. But, the problem again was with the Southern Continent, the seclusive continent with swamps and water. Basically, everyone that tried to have a journey in the southern part of Heaven didn’t return without trauma.
’Fuck! This is enough. I will not be getting anywhere with these useless mumblings in my thoughts.’
I stood up from my bed and rushed to the manor of the queen, who was Yuna. And as I arrived there, people started greeting with respect. Their eyes showed deep affection towards , which I was awkward to accept. It was not because I was being weak-hearted, but because of the fact that Lia was still angry with .
I just learned that Lia and Ruby Sun were the sa. And because of that minor detail, I felt awkward walking freely in the manor where she lived.
Every corner was as if her eyes were moving in any direction. I could feel that she was intently looking at .
When I arrived at the front of the massive door to Yuna’s throne, I noticed so noticeable expensive materials in the design. There were also paintings that caught my interest for a short ti. But then, rembering my purpose, I imdiately dragged my attention to the door.
I entered it and was nervous about the possible encounter with her and Lia. But, as I arrived at the throne, Yuna openly accepted .
"Lucas, why did you co here?" She asked with her usually bright eyes. I couldn’t ignore that her eyes were shining in front of . Just rely looking at them filled my stomach with butterflies.
"I have a favor to ask, Your Highness."
"Lucas, I already told you that you don’t have to address that way."
I could only scoff lightly and shake my head. "Let do this, Your Highness. This is at least my way of reflecting on my previous actions and also respecting your authority. If people saw or heard being casual with you, they would be looking down at you." I humbly said.
"Hmph! If they dared to do that, their heads would be away from their bodies for eternal ti." She blurted out, making scoff again, but this ti it was loud.
She looked at with amazed look and ca to my side with smiling lips. "See? It is not hard to be casual towards ."
"Just let , Yuna. Also, Lia told to address you in you respectively since you are the queen of the Xiao Dynasty in the whole Eastern Continent." As I ntioned Lia, my eyes unconsciously moved to the side of the throne where Lia was sitting with her eyes closed. Her eyes might be closed, but her attention was all over .
